I was adding some new journeys in last night but cannot find all the old saved ones including the journeys used over the last month 

Eurail won't let us reserve a round trip train from Naples to Catania (or anywhere in Sicily) in November 2023.  It actually won’t accept any date after August 4, 2023.  Are there no trains running to Sicily after August 4th, or is it too soon to reserve a train, and we will need to wait a few weeks to book for November?  We have the 8 day pass and two travel days available for this round trip.  Thank you!

I have setup my trip on my app but it has one train that needs a seat reservation. It shows I have a ticket on it but I can not find where to make the reservation

Hi, I’m organising a trip in the North of Europe on July. I  need help to organise the route Berlin-Copenaghen. I’ll leave Berlin on 25th July in the evening so I’ll arrive in Copenhagen in the morning. I have the interrail pass for 7 trains and I need to use just one day train and I want to do maximum one change. Do you have any suggestion? Also where can I look for trains

Hi,Travelling across Europe and am unable to reserve a seat for the train from Kapikule to Halkali. Given that the train departs at 02:30 is it possible to buy tickets from the station, does anyone know?Never done the trip before and all tickets are sorted except for this train.Many thanks.

Ich möchte gerne mit einem IC über Nacht von Wien nach Berlin fahren. Ich fahre bereits vor Mitternacht in Wien los und komme erst am Folgetag in Berlin an. Ich muss dabei nicht umsteigen, es ist ein Direktzug. Gilt dieser Zug als Nachtzug & gilt quasi als 1 Reisetag oder muss ich für diese Variante 2 Reisetage meines Interrailpasses in Anspruch nehmen?Vielen Dank & beste Grüße 

Have accidentally booked a seat on the wrong day from Zagreb to split. Howcan I cancel it so the paper ticket does not get send?Do you get a refund for the delivery charge if not required?

Hi,from 17 June 2023 there will be a swap of train set for the route Hamburg - Copenhagen. No IC3 train sets of DSB but there will run DB IC1 carriages with more seats. Somebody knows if this summer there will be the compusory reservation on this route or not? Because now with more coaches should be possible to run without compulsory reservations.

Hi ! :)I’m french and I need to book a ticket from Montpellier to Marseille with my interrail global pass, to then go to Italy. But at the train station, I was told by the machine that this ticket with interrail global pass is only available for people who don’t live in France… While it is said on the interrail website “ An Interrail Global Pass is valid for travel in your country of residence during one outbound journey and one inbound journey that occur during travel days at any point in your trip.” Can someone tell me what to do actually ? Thanks in advance ! :)

For a trip to and through France, I would like to first check whether seats can still be reserved for certain trips. But I have to provide a passport number for this. I don't have that number yet.Because I don't want to buy the pass until I know that there are even seats available for my trips. What can I do? 

We are leaving to Great Britain on monday, and have not received our Interrail Great Britain Pass Senior yet. Can you send it to us by e-mail or send it as mobilpass?

I want to buy a 10 day pass over 2 months. For example I begin travel from the UK eurostar on the 28th May, then I return to the uk after my trips to various countries via eurostar to London on the 5th  June? Is that OK as I want to fulfil the 10 days in one trip

Hello, I am trying to reserve beds for me and my family (2 adults, 2 children) on the night train EN40459 between Mannheim and Prague on the 1st of August. On the nightjet website it says that there are no offers available for "Couchette carriage", but for "sleeper cabin", but it only includes compartments for a maximum of 3 people (we are 4) and separated by gender. Is there no chance that the four of us can share a single compartment? Also, the price is quite expensive (€276) considering that we already have an Interrail pass. Hi! I want to book  two sleeper cabin for 2 (separate by gender) in order to be me and our son in one compartment, and my wife and our daughter in other one (first screenshot). But when I’m gonna pay, this warning appears (second screenshot). I guess it means that we all four are not gonna be in the same compartment, that is gonna be two in one compartment, and two in the other one. Is that correct? It does’nt mean that, for example, my son is not gonna sleep in the same compartment as me, right? 

Hello, this is my first time booking on Eurail. I’m starting my journey from the UK to Belgium. Is it possible for me to book my journey starting from Newcastle or Edinburgh? Or does it have to start from London to get to Belgium? To my understanding, I would have to book separately on a different website to get to London first before travelling to Belgium. 

Hi, we’re staying in Briançon and would like a day trip into Italy. I had hoped to go to Turin but it looks very long and complicated by train. Are there any other recommendations of good day trips from Briançon? I’ve been trying to find a map to help me look at connections from Briançon but that doesn’t seem available anywhere. Thank you!Nicky and family 

We travel with two persons and booked the passes in one account and already made reservations for the nighttrain in thi account.The support says, it is possible that each traveler uploads his pass on his own mobile in the  Mobile Pass App.Question….Can we also upload the already booked group seat reservations on two mobiles für each traveler?If not, what should we do the best?

Hi dear, I'am little confuesed regarding adding a journey to the Mobile Pass with several connections.I will have two trains in one day with a short connection, the eurail site says that I have to add all the journey to the pass before getting to the train.Does it mean that I have to add the two trains in the same time before the first train, or I have to add every train before I get in it ?In case I will have to add them all in advance, and I missed the second train, would it possible to add another journey in that day with another train.Knowing that I have a global pass (continious). Thank you.

Dear experienced travellers, I am planning a trip to Italy this summer with my family by train, but have some uncertainties about the travelling days/planning. Hopefully anyone in this community can help me with some advice. Our plan is to travel from our homecity 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands to Rome for  a week or so, than to a small city underneath Napels (to visit Napels, the Vesuvius and Pompei) for a few days and then return home. My most important question, are the outward and inward journey to our homecountry included in the 4 days of the 'global pass 4 days'?A bit more explanation with the schedule for our first trip from home to Rome (:-)) that would look something like this:20.09u Departure 's-Hertogenbosch 23.44u Arrival Koblenz 00.49 Departure Koblenz 06.20 Arrival Basel 06.28 Departure Basel 10.40u Arrival Milano 10.58u Departure Milano 14.10 Arrival Roma If I understand correctly, this will mean two travelling days. hello everyone  my wife and I are flying into Lamezia on 21 September and will then take the Frecciarossa to Messina leaving Lamezia Centrale at 1730, train #9583. My question is this: does the train go to Messina or do we have get off the train in Villa San Giovanni and make our own way to the ferry port? We do have a rail pass. When I was looking for trains to add to our trip, I entered Messina Centrale and this train came up as going to Messina. Does it really go to Messina?
