Hi, about to book tickets for a family of 4. Would like a paper pass as have heard mobile ones are more complicated but we are not totally sure of the travel date yet - might be a saturday or a sunday in August.  Can i change it at a later date or if i put the Saturday date, and then we actually travel on the sunday, would that be ok?  It is a 7 day pass within a month and we are travelling for 2 weeks

I need help!!I am a student and a bit broke right now. My Mother and Grandma wanted to visit me in England and I booked the tickets for them. A lot went wrong already and I am just done for the day.  the actual problem was when I booked the seat reservation for the Eurostar. The payment just didn’t go through. So I waited and waited and then followed the instructions on the help page and restarted the whole process. Same problem. Then I decided to use my credit card instead of my bank account even though I need to save that money.  and now it went through 3 times 😭😭 I can’t cancel it and I’m not getting a refund on the page. I don’t find a way to contact somebody helpful and I just don’t have the money to pay for 6 Eurostar reservations.  please help me. How can I get the money back, since it was a technical issue and I just followed the interrail instructions  best Jule 

HiI have not purchased an inter rail pass yet. I am hopefully travelling by train to Istanbul I’m looking on various train websites to book travel from London to Paris and Paris to Munich and Munich to Budapest and can’t find anywhere to add an inter rail pass. I don’t seem to be able to use the inter rail pass...Am I missing something  CheersMorgan

Hi,My question:In case a particular train route is not included in the interrail pass, but a 25% discount offered, does this cost you a travel day on your pass? As you have to apply for the discount at the station upon showing your interrail pass, I think that it will NOT cost you a day of your pass. However, I would like to be sure.Thanks + cheers,Threes 

Sorry if this seems obvious. I understand you have to pre book tickets and reserve seats on some high speed trains but do you have to obtain tickets form local stations for other journeys using your pass.Thanks

Hi,I usually book my reservations through the interrail website and can see them in the Reservation Overview page. However none of the reservations I’ve booked over the last few days show in my reservations overview.I’ve received the actual tickets by email, so they have been processed, but because they are not shown in the overview on the website I can’t cancel any if I need to do so.Any advice gratefully received! Hi,I have bought a 1st class pass some days ago. Now, I´m trying to make a reservation for a seat in a train from Budapest to Zurich but it´s says there are no seats available. When I go to the company´s web I can see that there are no more sleep cabins available but there are seats and couchettes. Is there any form that I can make a reservation for that type of seats?

Hi, I'm from San Marino.Can I fly to Prague and start my Global Interrail from Prague to Berlin?Can I don't write "outbound journey" because Czech Republic is not my country of residence, but write only "inbound journey" ?  

Looking for the cheapest /easiest way to get form London to Berlin with Eurail pass. I was figuring Friday January 13th and coming back that Monday but not finding any sites that will plan the whole trip and a little confusing for figuring out which stations/trains are the easiest/cheapest/available to go on while using Eurail pass. Seems like alot of airline flights would be a cheaper quicker alternative but wanted to enjoy the countryside ride 

Urgent help please - the website won’t allow me to buy a pass and the sale ends today. I want a three month global pass (from Australia). 

I purchased the 1st Class Global Pass from Eurail ……….but couldn’t find any way to make seat reservation even from Eurail APP…..why there is no clear steps mentioned in website ….  even i tried from CD website nothing mentioned about eurail pass such a pathetic process……. let me know, provide me link where i can make seat from Amsterdam to paris train number THA9328

Hi. Can anyone help with this question. Looking at booking a seat reservation on Eurostar journey Brussels to London on 1st June and they times they mention on the rail planner app are different to those specified on the Eurostar site for that day. Hi, I have a problem  about my pass. The duration of my pass is from 23 December 2022 until 22 January 2023, but today is 02 January 2023 and it shows that my pass is expired so I can’t add any new travel day. Is there any way to fix this? I’ve contacted the customer service, but I didn’t get any reply yet and I am traveling today. Thank you.

If I use snälltåget, does this trip count as a travel day? Or can I use snälltåget just as long the pass is activated?The trip is considered as a travel day if the trip is listed on my mobile pass. But if I travel with snälltåget, I have to buy a separate ticket via your webpage, and snälltåget from Stockholm to Berlin isn't listed in the mobile app.

If I travel by ship (for example Viking Line from Helsinki to Stockholm), is this a travel day (if I have a flexipass with 10 travel days within 2 months)? Because a ship is not a train. And if I want to use the discounts that I can use (for example in cafe's etc) if I have the pass, can I use them only during the travel days (10 days) or during the whole 2 months?

Hi all,New to this website, so sorry if this is not the right place for this.Myself and my partner are currently at beginning stages of planning an interrailing trip for June 2023. We’ll be in Barcelona at the start of the month - but ideally some of the other countries we’d like to visit are Croatia, Austria and Switzerland. Our rough plan at the moment is to fly from Barcelona to Budapest. Then take trains from Budapest to Split, then back up to Zagreb - onto Vienna and then Zurich. We are thinking of purchasing the 5 Day in 1 Month pass - hoping that this will cover us. We are just looking for general advice really. Does this route seem doable to people? Have people done anything similar? We are cautions that this will involve a lot of night trains - are these harder to reserve? Any tips or suggestions would be great :)  

Hey! I am travelling with my husband and 2 kids at the end of March on a 1 month global pass. We can only get 3 weeks off work but are hoping to cram in as much as possible. I did a mini Interrail trip 30 years ago! I realise this time will be a very different experience! Do you only take a day off your 5 or 10 day allowance when you are travelling?ie You don’t have to use 5 days after your first journey to use the pass, you can stay in a city a couple of days without eating into your allowance, and travel later?

I’m planning a family interrailing holiday this summer and going to buy tickets (global passes) today while the sale is on.We are going to buy mobile tickets.My question is - can I buy all the tickets myself and then allocate them to other family members, or does everyone have to physically buy their own?Thank you so much.

Hi, I'm booked on a outbound journey on the Eurostar from my home country UK and I'm using a paper pass (global) and will be filling out the journeys on the paper pass and not on the app.  Just a quick question and I'm sorry if this has been asked or is obvious to everyone else but I can’t seem to get my head around it.   When I'm filling out the journey there is a section to record inbound and outbound journeys where I record the date etc I'm doing this journey do I also write this on journey record part of my ticket where i fill out the other journeys that I am making.  Thanks so much for the help on this and sorry if it seems like a stupid question.
