I’ve lost my paper reservation ticket for Barcelona to Paris.I’m not getting a response from Interrail after contacting them over 2 days agoI have the Interrail booking number on my app showing it’s paid. I tried the SNCF office in Cannes but they cannot find me in their system I’m going to try Renfe when I get to Barcelonait really shouldn’t be this difficult in a digital system…

I made my seat reservations yesterday through the eurail website. I can‘t See my reservations in the reservation overview on the app though. And I didn‘t receive a confirmation email either, just my paypal bill.

I wish I’d bought reservations for all French express trains, even trips where the planner makes it uncertain if one will be needed. I had to buy separate tickets because all the Interrail reservations were gone, even though there were plenty of places on the train.Seems like a bit of a scam…it adds a lot to some journeys as the reservations are for each leg.

My group and I received the interrail pass and we try to plan our trip so we can book accommodation and etc. However, we could not find connections from Lisbon to other destinations in Europe. We have already tried Irun, Hendaye and Madrid, which were the ones recommended for us to start, but it always appears as unavailable. At the stations we are told that there are no trains outside of Portugal.Can you give us some kind of tip or place to go?

Hi,I am a uk resident.I want to buy a 3 month interail pass.My first Journey is going to be from london to Germany between 1st June to 5th June.Then I want to travel again from london to Amsterdam from 15th June to 18th June And then in august from london to Paris.Am I allowed to take multiple journey in an out of my residence country for different trips in a different point in time ?

Hello!I’ve had a look on threads but most of them are for other types of trains!I have a interrail global mobile pass and I’m travelling from London to Amsterdam with Eurostar, with a change being with Thalys at Brussels.While I was booking/reserving the seats it was saying that I need to print it at home?but I’ve received both of them via e-tickets so do I not need to print them or do they need to check it alongside my interrail pass on the app? Hello all :) I was wondering if you can help me please? I am looking to print my digital pass. Is this possible? In Montenegro it seems as if they won't accept a QR code. We are travelling to Belgrade this evening. Basically I would like to make my E ticket into a paper ticket. Also do I need a seat reservation? My wife and I have a first class pass which we have been unable to use so far. Hoping this changes today!

Hi,I seem to have a pretty big problem with my Eurail. Basically, most of the train journeys I’m interested in taking don’t show up when I search for them on the app. They do, however, show up on the website, but it appears I can’t add them to my pass from the website. So, to book a seat for my upcoming first journey of the travel (from Madrid to Ronda, on the 10th of May, at 3:05PM), I added the trip manually to my pass on the app, copying the information from what I saw on the website and triple-checking that it was accurate. I then went in person to the train station (Atocha, in Madrid), as instructed by Eurail, to try to book the ticket, but was told there was no way for them to book it because my manually-entered journey had no QR code. (After I add the journey to my pass by toggling the little QR code icon, I go to “My Pass” and click on “Show ticket”, but it says “No ticket for this date”.) Does anyone know why that’s happening and what I could do to fix it? I tried to ask Eurai

Hi,I made a reservation for a trip from Paris to Turin for next Monday 25/07, my money was taken but I did not receive any ticket or confirmation email. It’s been a month that I try to reach the assistance but I had only one response, asking me to give my reservation number, I answered that I did not have any, as I had mentioned but now I don’t have any news.So I wanted to book the trip again, but now it is unavailable on the website.Do you know by any chance if there is a way I can get that train on next Monday ? I followed the advice of AnnaB: It can be wise to make a test just to see that everything works etc. So I connected my pass to the app. and activated the pass with a date well in the future, in this case 9 Apr 2023 and immediately deactivated it. It seems OK, however if I look in “my Pass” I see “activate this Pass by 9 Apr 2023”. Is this correct or usual info? As first-time-user of mobile pass I can still activate my pass on an earlier date?

Hi there, I’ve purchased a 2 month global pass that expires in 11 months and was wondering whether I need to activate it within 9 months to get a full 2 months travel or if I can activate it in 11 months time and still get 2 months travel.

Hi, Currently completing last minute details for a month long trip through 5 countries. I’ve been able to find perfect times for all of my trains and have added them to my journey. I’m running into an issue where all of my travel days add up to 12 travel days. This leaves me short 2 days on the 10 day pass but with 3 excess days I wouldn't be able to use. I was curious if I’m able to purchase just single days or if it has to be a pass? Any advice? Also, 8/12 of my travel days require seat reservations (one requiring global pass). Is the pass worth it or do you think I’ll end up paying extra? Best, Rachel 

Hi,I'm travelling these days, if i take the train from Bamberg to Neurnberg (dep 08/12 h 23:39- ar 08/13 00:19), it'll cost 2 travel days? (Because the arrival time Is after midnight). maybe this Is a stupid question but i wanna be 100% sure.Thanks​​ 

Does anyone know who runs the direct train from Aix en Provence to Barcelona? I have purchased a reservation and have a paper ticket and have looked on SNCF and Renfe and searched online and can’t find the train anywhere. I just want to check it’s running and on time but now worried it doesn’t even exist?! Thanks very much 

Are Frecciargento tickets limited? Like with the SNCF TGV? The employee at the counter in Gent Sint Pieters first said that she could not reserve seats for Italy. After I showed her my tickets from previous reservations she tried, she said, but according to her no more places available 😡😡😡😡 I then called B EUROPE customer service at 16:45, open until 17:00, and I get a tape that they are closed!Scandalous!

Hi! I'm travelling with Interrail through Europe for the first time. I'm a little dissapointed about the fact that I can't make any reservation (not to Paris, not to Basel, etc). I cant imagine that every single train has not even 1 place left. Tomorrow my trip goes from Paris to St.Niklaus (Switserland) and I cant take the trains without reservations. Does anyone has an idea what I can do and where I can check if theres a ticket available?

Hello, I am a non-EU resident and planning to visit Austria-Switzerland-Italy. I read about eurail global pass but i need some clarification before i purchase the global pass. Basically I will be spending few days in Austria and Italy whilst I will just spend 1 or 2 days in Switzerland. The whole reason why i stay in Switzerland is because i want to experience the Benina Express from Chur to Tirano, Italy (which is basically 1 of the highlight of my trip!)My journey will start from:1. Vienna and then I'll take a train to Salzburg. 2. From Salzburg, I am planning to take a train to Chur.3. From Chur, I'll take Benina Express directly to Tirano. 4. From Tirano, I'll take a train to Milan and5. From Milan i will take a train to Florence. The journey will be about 12 days all together. When I read about the Eurail global pass it seems that 7 days in 1 month pass is suitable for my trip. I have few questions as follows: 1. Can eurail global pass be used for all of the above train route? 2.

My husband and I are trying to book Berlin to Krakow and Krakow to Vienna, both need seat reservations. There are no trains to and from Poland after about 2 September showing on the app.We have looked on general tain websites and these are showing a number of trains on these routes Any idea when these will show on the app? Thanks!  

my friend is travelling with me but her phone broke and she is now trying to open her rail planner app on her new phone but it won’t let her as it is still open on her broken phone.
