I made an earlier post; however bare with me please as I am new to interrailing!I decided to buy the 15 days for 2 months pass. I made an itinerary which on the most part has worked out; however, my origin is from Split Croatia and I wanted to take a train to Zagreb. The route requires reservation and when I am sent to eurorails external link to book them, all tickets from various days say I am unable to buy the seats. I have heard that Croatia allows you to buy tickets at the box office, hoping that is the case can anyone vouch for this? I am having the same issue with Zagreb to Ljubljana.I also planned a route from Vienna to Krakow and then Krakow to Prague, again with seat reservations allowing me to boo. This was the earlier post I made regarding this issue where someone commented back how Polish trains usually wait 30 days beforehand to book. Again, can anyone vouch for this? My wife and I bought an interrail pass for our 18 year old son, but my wife activated the pass on her phone. How can we set it up on our son’s phone? He starts his travel very soon (3 days). Any help would be greatly appreciated. And if we do need to contact customer service, what it the best way to do that?Thank you all so much for your help!Denis

Hi, when I click "My Pass" in the Rail Planner app it loads and says: "Something went wrong""We couldn't load your Pass details. Make sure you are online and try again." I am using Wi-Fi. My phone and Rail Planner app are up to date, I reinstalled the app and restarted my phone but still the same issue. I also clicked "Enable error logging". I am in the middle of my travels and am travelling tomorrow. Help.

I created a trip in the app and would like to share it with other travelers so they don’t have to create their own trips, which are the same. Is there a way to share the My Trip that I created?

Hi Community,I am planning to visit UK/Europe and wondering if Eurail global pass covers the travel within UK? I take my first train on June 7, if I activate it now, the validation time starts, right?  and you say that I can reserve my trains and buy through the page but, without activating the pass or can it be activated from the day I take my first train? help

Hello, I’ve now been waiting over two weeks for help in customer service, I need my pass cover number and my three travel days that were unused to be added back to my pass. I will require using these as soon as possible to finish my trip. 

Hello, I have just noticed that the date of birth is incorrect on my interrail pass which I just bought and I am about to start travelling in one week. I've already tried to contact with the customer service via chatbot and online submissions however there is no reply …Who else should I contact to correct this?

I cannot activate my mobile pass using my passport number. I need to travel tomorrow.

There are 4 travels going together and we all have our passes activated on our own phones but we want to easily add the same trips and trains. Is there an easy way to do this or do we all need to add the trip/trains individually? 

I think it's very wired that I submitted the delay compensation form (https://www.eurail.com/en/help/delay-compensation) twice but nobody came to contact me nor did I receive any compensation. I'm wondering if I can find someone help me here.

Hi guys, my friend and I have a seat reservation for a train, but since we arrived in the city we realised that it is too early for us, as we still would like to enjoy the city. Do you think it is possible to change the time of the train but keeping the reservation?

I urgently need to change my country of residence as it was incorrect when I purchased the Global pass 1 month. I am due to activate my pass on Wednesday 13th June (in a day). I have contacted customer service multiple times with no answer and am getting nervous. Please could this be flagged.

I cannot find the PNR code for eurostar ticket in my email. The email says it can be found under the train details, but I didn't find it.

Hello, I am traveling at the end of September to France, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Sweden. I will spend the most time traveling between several destinations within France, particularly Paris, Reims, and Strasbourg. Does that mean I need to buy a separate pass for France AND another one for multiple travel days between different countries?

hi - it looks like if i havent activated my pass yet then it will be simple to get a refund. but the boioking platform then offers choice of additional refund protection for 23 euros. Do I need to get this extra protection or is an unactivated pass still ok to get full refund? Im worried that i might book my pass and then find that i cant get the seat  reservations i need (espesh for eurostar) -am travelling in october o hoping its long enough away but in cae I wanted to have the back up of a refund..thoughts welcome! thanks! :)

Hi, I’m trying to reserve a train to Poland in september, but it says that all the seats are already booked. What do i do?

Have two passes starting Sep. 10. First train is from Geneva at 9:15AM but when I tried to get seat reservations it only showed from Noon. Should I get those or is it for a different train or am I trying to get them too early or what is going on? Thanks in advance

ich fahre am 6.08 nach London von Leipzig und habe das Problem, dass ich bereits vor dem Herunterladen der app eine Sitzplatzreservierung gekauft habe (für Brüssel-London) und nun merke, dass ich für die Verbindung, die ich herausgesucht habe (also diesen journey in der App) noch eine Sitzplatzreservierung von Köln nach Brüssel benötige, die aber nun nicht mehr erhältlich ist. Was soll ich jetzt tun? Ich kann ja nur den einen Journey mit der bereits gebuchten Sitzplatzreservierung buchen und benötige aber noch eine Sitzplatzreservierung, für die ich aber nur noch eine andere Verbindung nehmen kann.

Hi, one question. I would like a quote to leave Italy and go to Slovakia and back. In the pisos selector select only Italy (departure) and Slovakia (arrival)? Or do I necessarily have to select Austria as well? Because it gives me different costs. I should just visit Slovakia without (possibly) stopping in Austria. (ENGLISH)Hello,I'm still brand new here and would like to start in a month & don't want to do anything wrong … In my selected route abroad and also on my selected route back to the home country, i get a notification saying  “Conditions are valid" (orange bars, see picture 1). It is said that these conditions apply to travel with a one country pass and that more information could be found under "travel information".Unfortunately, I couldn't find any "travel information", nor find out why this notification is not displayed for all of the possibile routes this day  (but exactly for the routes we have chosen, since we are happy to have longer stops at the individual train stations —> picture 2 and 3).What do I have to do now or do I have to consider something special?
