Hi, I had a question since tomorrow I start my trip in interrail and I have made the reservations through the application.  I bought the 10-day pass, I wanted to know if someone can confirm if with the reservation of the mobile without paying a plus and obtaining the qr is enough to confirm the reservation. I did it all from mobile nothing from the web. Another question in the event that I lost my mobile, is there any possibility of carrying backup bills? Thanks u so much.

I want to book tickets from Vienna to Hallstatt on December 26 and then from Hallstatt to Salzburg the next day. I know the details won’t be available yet as it’s still several months away but do trains actually run on Boxing Day? 

Hi guys! I’m very stressed out cause Idk how to make a seat reservation online for  my trains in Spain and Portugal. It always says that seat reservations are required but not available on the Interrail website, so I have to book them in Spain and in Portugal.can’t I book them before online by calling or texting a station number? It seems risky to do it the same day.. what if there is no place left? I need to organise my trip in advance😭 thanks!

Hello,I am a bit confused about the inbound/outbound rules. I have a FlexiPass with 4 days in one month. I planned to go from Germany (country of residence) to the Netherlands, stay there a few days and then come back to Germany. After that I am also planning to go from Germany to France, stay there for a few days and come back to Germany. If I try to add these trips to my pass, I can only add the way to and from the Netherlands and the App tells me, I’ve used up my inbound/outbound days. Does that mean I have to buy seperate tickets for my travels to France and back?  Thank you in advance from Mimi  :) 

Hi, I’m thinking about travelling with a night train to Zurich from Utrecht, the only thing I’m worrying about is the fact that there are two trains leaving at the same time to the same destination. One of them is the night jet and the other one is just a IC. For the night jet you have to reserve a seat and for the IC it’s not obligated but how do I know which train is which or is it the same train? Thank you guys in advance:)

Hi, I have an Eticket and was wondering if anyone could help with me understanding how I can travel for free using my ticket instead of paying extra fees. I’m planning on travelling from London to Amsterdam but there are no options I can find that are free, they all require extra payment. I then tried to France then linking to Amsterdam to shorten the trip, but with the same result. kind regardsSam B

We used our 2 inbound/outbound days and I’m getting the “no outbound/inbound journeys left” note in the app. How can I use the remaining two days on my Interrail Global Flexi Pass? I’m traveling from Germany. Our pass has 4 days within 1 month.  thanks!

Hello! I need to take the Praha-Munchen EC360 on August 22nd. But on the DB navigator it says this train most likely will be delayed due to controls at the border and the issues with migrants (if google translate is not wrong).I have a commuting time of 1h15 at Munchen then. Do you think it's too short? Had anyone had any delay with this train before? Because the same message appear for all line connecting Praha to Munchen. This trip is part of my trip from Praha to Zurich.Thanks!   

Unable to book a seat reservation on the interrail website or through SNCF for the first Paris to Barcelona service tomorrow. Worst case scenario is it possible to stand on this train?

Hello! I've been trying to find 5 tickets from Goteborg/Malmo (both in Sweden) to Stockholm on the days Thursday 4th and Friday 5th, but it seems there aren't ANY trains available. Plus, it appears the message below while trying to book. I know it is too close to the date of the journey, but it feels odd to me the complete lack of journeys. Any ideas or clues? Hi, I have a Global Pass.  I lost my phone and cant get my hands on a new one right away. Im already travelling. Now i try to get to show my pass through my interrail account online, but that doesnt seem to be possible. Then i tried adding my pass on another mobile phone of a friend, but it said that my pass is already activated on another device. But that device is lost, so I really dont know what to do... even if get a new phone, my pass is already added to another device (my lost phone).   I feel im really out of options... Im very far from home and dont seem to be able to acces my pass, even though i have my account and pass number. What should i do? Please help me out, im sorry to say but starting to feel desperate :( Thanks in advance, Samu

I am taking the sleeper from oslo to bergen next week and made a reservation via Interrail reservation service. After receiving the reservation via postal service I saw that I received two compartments (each for one or two passengers). We are only two passengers traveling, so one compartment would be fine.I made a call to vy (norwegian railway) and they told me to write an email. After one week I got the response that they haven’t made the booking so I should reach to the place where I made it to get a refund.On the interrail page it says, that it takes long to respond and online I can only delete the whole booking instead of just one compartment. What would you recommend to do? - What way of reaching to interrail would you suggest?I somehow think that I can not cancel one compartment. I double checked the interrail reservation page and did not see an option to choose how many compartments should be booked (see image). I think it would be good if it would be possible on the reservation

Hi dear Interrail Community,I have a question regarding the seat Reservation. Does an not taken Reservation still take one Day off my interrail pass? Or does it only count as one Day of my pass if I really take the train?Thanks for your answers !Hanna  

We want to travel from Zagreb to Split on the 07:35 train on 2nd July. In the Interrail reservation tool it’s saying reservations are required, but it won’t let me make a reservation. I get the same message if I search for the same journey on different days and at different times. Does this mean all the seats are reserved on all the trains?! Or will I be able to reserve seats at Zagreb Station when we arrive a couple of days before? Thanks for your help. I am a French citizen but who moved to Switzerland to live. France is entered as my residence country on my mobile pass, and I should be travelling by the end odf the week. I would like to change the residence country as Switzerland. I haven’t had an answer from the customer service. Can anybody help me or does anybody know what I can do ?  Thank you so much !

Hi there,I booked an interrail pass during the flashsale yesterday and have the following problem now: I was going to buy two passes, one for my friend (the one-month pass) and one for myself (the-two months pass). Apparently I was too excited and accidentally booked the one-month pass for myself instead of my friend. I am aware that sale passes are non-refundable, otherwise I would have just cancelled and bought both passes with the correct names.But I have read that customer service can change incorrect information on the pass before activation so I assume this includes the name? Does anyone have experience with this? I’ve been waiting for an answer from customer service about this and have no idea how long this will take. It’s a little urgent as the sale ends in a couple of days and now I have been waiting to book the two-months because I first wanted to be sure that I can get the name changed on the pass I already booked.Please help!:D

I want to go from Madrid to Toulouse. It says you can book a reservation by calling 72 hours before the train leaves until 24 hours before the train leaves. I will be stuck in Madrid if I can not get a reservation. How likely is it that I can book this train? Or will I get stuck even if I call 72 hours beforehand?

Dear Community, I bought your ticket for traveling around Europe. So I had planned my trip and booked seats in trains. Buenos días, En septiembre voy a hacer un interrail a Italia. Mi pregunta es que si con el Global Pass y saliendo desde Barcelona me contaría como día de viaje o contaría como viaje de entrada y salida. Es decir, si el trayecto: Barcelona- Milán- Florencia- Roma- Milán- Barcelona, contaría como 6 días de viaje?

Hi there, I have reserved tickets from paris to barcelona and they are paper, so they are sent to my house in Australia. It looks like now I won’t be in australia when the tickets arrive, so I was wondering if it’s possible to divert them to my AirBnb address in Paris? It appears PostNL hasn’t received the shipment yet, so I’m hoping there’s still a chance. PostNL said to ask the sender to redirect, but it looks like Eurail aren’t responding to questions quickly enough… What can I do? Thanks in advance,David
