hi, how big is the luggage could carry on the train?

Hi, I’m from Sweden and have a problem with the inbound journey. I will arrive in Copenhagen in Denmark - close to the Swedish border - in the evening, and it is not possible to get all the way to my home town in Sweden (Hallsberg) that evening, and there are no night trains. So my plan is to stop somewhere in Sweden on the way home and sleep, and the pick up the journey again the next day. Could this be counted as one journey and be valid as the inbound journey? I’m not travelling around, just going strictly home, but due to the late hour that I’m crossing the border to my home country, I will have to do it in two steps. I have no problems with the validity date of my pass, nor the number of days I travel. 

Hello,while travelling from Munich to Bologna I was asked to pay 10 euros extra for using the Brenner-Pass. I wasn't expecting this, because i used the Reservation tool and thought I had done everything correctly... Did I make a mistake there? And how can I be sure, that I have paid every necessary reservation and fee.Thank you for your advice :)

Hallo, Travelers! I bought 5-Days-in-a-Month Interrail Pass for me, my wife, and my daughter (11 yo). But i did a mistake. Instead of buying a free Child Pass for my daughter, i bought her a Youth Pass (200ish EUR). I paid with Paypal, and i use Mobile Pass. How can i change the type of Pass and get the refund? Thank you.Regards,Fahmi

I have to travel tomorrow and my app have been showing me a warning saying that i have not connected to internet in 24 hours which it's not true. I uninstalled the app and installed again to see if that works but now i have a problem with the 'reactivation' of my pass. Now a message pop up saying: "There is a problem, the pass' data cannot be load, be sure you have a connection and try again later". Please, i don't know what to do and i have to travel tomorrow. THIS IS VERY URGENT!!!

Hi, I’m getting an error message when trying to activate my pass. Please see screenshot. It appears after I input my passport number. I’ve already enabled error logs on the app setting.  what can I do? I’m due to start my travels next week.  also, do I need to have the “trip days” planned with all the journeys listed on the app before I activate my pass? Thanks  

Hi there!Just have a question before a buy the global pass.We are a couple and we don’t know if I want to buy first or second class global pass. That depends on the price I have to pay to reserve a private bed for night trains.For example, if I have a first class global pass, is cheaper to reserve a private single sleeper in night trains or is the same price if I have second class global pass? For example, this 146€ private single sleep price is the same or different for 1rst or 2nd class holders? Or maybe 2nd class could not be able to reserve private single sleeper?  Thank you very much in advance!

Hi,I have a global mobile pass for 15 days travel over 2 months and have downloaded the Rail Planner app onto my Android device (Samsung). I have also downloaded the SNCB app for b-europe tickets.I have bought a few tickets for travel from both Eurostar and b-europe using my laptop.My first date of travel is this Tues July 12th, 2022. I have activated the mobile pass for that day so it says 1/15 travel days used. The ticket I purchased for the 12th July London → Paris trip was through Eurail/Eurostar via their website on my laptop. I have the printed tickets.I have bought other tickets eg Paris → Brussels. The b-europe tickets appear with a QR code in the SNCB app (but not in the Rail Planner app).I am confused about what to do next. My questions are:  Even though I have a hardcopy of the printed tickets for the 12th July purchased from Eurostar - do I need to get an electronic version of those tickets on my phone in the Rail Planner app? From the 16th July I next go from Paris → Bruss

I’m traveling tomorrow. I made my seat reservations online.  I can download and print those tickets and see my seats.  I have a mobile pass.  The pass is activated on my phone.  But it didn’t SEE the trip I had in my web account even though all the account info matches. So I added the trip again manually. But it still doesn’t show my actual ticket that I bought.  How can I show the conductor what I need to show them on the train?  I can show the paper ticket but that’s not mobile and my pass is. ?? Anyone know how to get the app to SEE what you have bought online?

I’m currently looking into my Eurail trip to some less travelled to destinations. But I’m concerned some of the routes are NOT valid with a Eurail pass. For example, the map PDF lists Meydanekbez, Syria as a destination (via southern Turkey).This, among other places, is somewhere I’m interested in exploring but I’m questioning it’s accuracy, I’ve been told that the map lists a lot of places that you cannot reach. The last thing I’d want is to plan a trip and once I’m there find out my anticipated trip is not feasible!

Hi,yesterday we discovered that our dates of birth are wrong on our cards. We want to leave on Saturday (tomorrow), just judging by all the responses, customer service will not respond in time. Is there a possibility to adjust it yourself? Because traveling with wrong data doesn't feel good.-Iduna

Hello! Our group has four travelers with paper Eurail France (Flexi) Passes good for 4 days of travel. How do I reserve seats before our passes have been activated? The website doesn’t recognize our pass cover numbers.

I activated my pass and put in the first day (outbound/inbound). But now I can't see it any longer in the app :( it's away but inbound/outbound ist 1/2. What can I do? I can also don't put new dates in. The journey should start at the 16.july next step ist 19.july... I am not able to put in something before the 19.july

Hello,  I have a question, I booked a night train seat reservation from Wien to Warsaw on 2nd of August using OBB website but when I check the Interrail rail planner app I don't see that train in the list, Can I still use this train using my Interrail Pass? 

Hello dear community!We want to start our journey with the 2 months continued global pass on july the 20th and are wondering wheter it will be valid until the end of august or until the 20th of September.So to say: does july count as a whole month or not?The interrail website sadly wasn't a big help so we really are looking ahead to get some help here!!Cheers Lutz and Lou

Following problem: I bought the mobile pass (as I have in the past) and did not realise my Iphone 6 is no longer supported by the app ( what I find highly annoying is that the app itself still runs perfectly on my phone, it is only when I want to add a new pass that it asks me to update the app - super misleading!). long story short, interrail refuses to give me a full refund despite me being unable to use the product I bought, so I was wondering whether it might be feasible to activate the pass on another person’s phone and let them add the trips I need, and then just have them send the screenshot of the ticket to me?

Hello, I am planning to do interrailing from Roma to Vienna, Vienna to Warsaw, Warsaw to Prague, Prague to Budapest and Budapest to Roma (Via Vienna). I would like to know if there can be any better route planner for this above itinerary? Also, when I checked for Vienna to Warsaw night train, The DBB or Interrail is not showing any trails but Poland Railway website is showing a direct night train (no stops). Can I book the seat reservation from their website? Thank you

Hello everyone,In September I will start my global interrail for 1 month and I have some doubts that after checking similar tickets they have not clarified my doubt. My last travel will be in montpellier and later i will get a train to visit barcelona , then i choose a train from france to spain  but i live in malaga,so my doubt is that if i go from montpellier to barcelona and stay 2 days in barcelona and later get a train to malaga, this is considered as 2 inbound journey or like i get a train in barcelona to malaga will be 1 inbound journey. Thanks and Regards

Hello All,I recently had a particularly unpleasant experience when asking someone politely to move from my reserved seat on a compulsory reservation train in the Czech Republic (IC 500). We ended up having to get the trains conductor and it got extremely aggressive. Are there any suggestions or helpful advice you can provide going forward? Thanks in advance,Ben :)

Hey guys.  I have an interrail trip starting tomorrow, from UK to Norway. I had all the sections planned out etc a month ago, and checked every so often, but this morning I read someone on reddit say that they had problems on the German sections especially Hamburg to Copenhagen regarding reservations absolutely required when the interrail info says you don’t need a reservation. Many others commented the same.I WAS going to travel from Brussels to Koln, then to Hamburg, then Copenhagen, on the 13th July. Seemed easy and was looking forward to it. Now I’m just really annoyed and confused that the information was wrong. Good job I saw the reddit post!   So the Interrail app and planner states no reservation required, but apparently it is? Now I cannot reserve the train/time that I require, as it is not possible. This interrail is kind of ridiculous. Hello Community,  recently i have picked my journey from Venice (ITA) to Nice (FRA). I have checked it via  eurail webpage, and i have also booked requested reservation for trains in Italia (Frecciarossa 9728 (from Venice to Milano Centrale) and also for FrecciaBianca 909 from Milano Centrale to Ventimiglia).When i tried to add these journeys to my trip, i am not able to find second train in Italia (FrecciaBianca 909) So currently i have Ticket in railplanner app + reservation from Venice to Milan, Then i have Reservation from Milan to Ventimiglia, and then i have ticket in railplanner app  from Ventimiglia to Nice (reservation here is not required).Please can you help me how can i add a ticket to railplanner app for part of my journey from Milan to Ventimiglia? Or what should i do to have proper documents ready?It would be good if somebody can help me before Wednesday  21.7.Thanks in advance.Br,Pavol.

I have an two month ticket and I plan to go home in the middle. I know that you can only enter and leave your own country once. I am prepared to pay if I leave and enter the second time that is not a problem. My question is if my pass ends if I enter my home country in the first month already? 

HI, I have a global pass on the app. Some time ago I took the dates and the trains and I activated the code (stupid me). Later on I changed my mind and, since I saw it was possible to cancel the trains and reschedule and I did it. Now it says that I can’t activate the new trains cause I have “no travel days left”. And it doesn't make me cancel the travel days either. I’m supposed to start my interrail tomorrow, what can I do??

Hi!I’m travelling from Holland to Sweden soon and reserved seats quite some time ago for the direct train from Hamburg to Copenhagen. When I look for the itinerary in the app or online, I get very different results then I did when I reserved the tickets. On the DB and NS website, my planned itinerary is still available.Is this because the train I reserved is full? Can I still take this train even though the connection doesn’t show up on the website/app?Many thanks!
