I’m gonna book an interrail pass and I can see on your app a trip from Stockholm to Tuku Satama. Given that that trip requires a boat, is it included in the pass? I found this on the interrail app

I just booked a new global pass, en while trying to upload it on my phone, the app keeps telling me that I am not online (which I am). I tried it both via the automatic link in the confirmation mail and by giving in my family name and pass number manually. Is there another way to upload the pass to a device?I tried with safari and google chrome, deleting and re-uploading the app, but i constantly gives the same default.Tried on various Wifi and 4g, but it keeps telling ‘Go online and try again. it looks like you’re offline. Please check your connection and try again’. using an Iphone SE 14.8.1 

Forgive me for being clueless!I will be traveling from Paris to Rome in April. Are the reservation fees separate from the Euro Rail Pass? If I am reading it correctly, I need the Euro Rail Pass and the Reservation (for an additional fee)? Is this correct? Otherwise, I may not have a seat on the train.It’s my first time traveling to Europe, I’m beyond excited but I am a little unsure of what I am doing!Thank you!

Hello!I’m trying to book seat reservations for myself for the 17th of December to Paris (from London) and 19th to come back however I am not able to do it on the interrail reservations system.Are the tickets really already sold out or have they not been put up yet? Any possibility I might be able to buy from the station on the day?I have an Interrail Pass but there doesn’t seem to be tickets left for the times I am after, there is just one available at 5am.

If i want to go to Brussels from Paris at 6 am and return at 11 pm (arriving at Paris 1 am of  the next day), counts as 2 trip days?

I am a resident of the UK and have a UK passport.  This should mean that I buy a Eurail, not an Interrail pass.  The purchase is going fine until I come to the ‘Eurail Global Pass Adult traveler’ details.  You have to submit a country of residence.  But ‘United Kingdom’ is not available. Neither is ‘Great Britaiin’ or ‘GB’ or whatever we are calling ourselves today.  What is going on?  Am I missing something?

Hi allI have my itinerary in mind but do I need to specify it when activating the pass (I already checked on the planner and it is feasible)? And if so, do I have the freedom to change itinerary and date of travel date once the global pass has been activated (and trip started) in case I change my mind and provided I will stick to 7 days of travel in the allowed time?Thank you!

Are there some magic words that you can say to train employees that help them understand the pass and it’s discounts?  I was just in a French station and they wanted 40eu for two people to take a 20 minute high speed train trip. I have always paid 20eu even to take a 4 hour high speed train.  when I was in Spain I could see their computer screen and apparently there are 20 different passes they can choose from.  I tried to tell the lady in the station today that it was a Eurail pass but she had no interest in seeing the details.  As a result we are wasting a few extra hours take slow trains today.  

Does Eurail pay a commission to travel agents?

ASAPI need urgent help to add a caregiver pass to my trip as it's happening tomorrow, I tried everywhere and interrail don't have a phone number and I try to contact them via chat but it said they will contact me only within 7 days. I know it's hard but can anyone please help if they can?

I have tried multiple times to book a reservation and get the message from the screencap below. I have also tried booking through travel.b-europe.com, though when trying to book there, it states that booking there is “only valid for Eurail/Interrail passes in paper format (not for digital passes).” I am in the U.S.A. and I don’t have any paper passes; only digital. Is there any other way possible to book the reservation? 

I will travel on a single day from Zurich to Interlaken and want to ride the Golden Pass from Lucerne to Interlaken. After I travel from Zurich to Lucern, I want to spend time to visit Lucerne before heading to Interlaken.  Since there will be 4-5 hours between trains am I using two passes or just one.  I am preparing my trips on the app.Thank youJim

Hi, I’m GermanoI would like to make a 4-day pass (30/12 - 2/01) in 1 month only first class tickets for 3 night trains: (Venice - Vienna; Vienna - Berlin and Berlin - Zurich) and 2 regular trains (Milan - Venice; 30/12 and Zurich-Milan; 2/01)If I do this type of pass, can I book any seat on any train (of Trenitalia railway company for regular trains and of OBB nightjet railway company for night trains) in those 4 days? even seats with couchettes or beds?Thanks for the availability

Hi All, We are planning a trip to Amsterdam/Netherlands and surrounding areas such as Zaandam,Vollendam, Zaanse Schans, Delft, Gauda, Giethoorn and Brugge in Belgium coming from South Africa.Is there a rail pass that can include all this destinations without having to pay extra each time to visit these places. We will be staying in Amsterdam and will travel with Amsterdam as well.Any guidance will be much appreciated

Hey! I'm planning next year a trip to south-east europ.But there are a cuple of countries wich aren't in the area schengen (for example Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria ...) Do I need a Visa for those countries?Has anyone experience with that?

Does Eurailpass offer a complete service for obtaining specific train reservations if I provide the dates and desired routes for a multi-city trip?

I am trying to find a way to book seats on the TGV trains between Luxembourg to Paris and Paris to Frankfurt online with the ability to use my Interrail cover number. I can't find any retailer that let me do this, except maybe the Interrail planner app reservation function. Since I bought my pass from a Swedish retailer I am not able to use the app for reservations… Is there any other site I can possibly use? I guess the only other option I have is to book these trains separately and pay full price :(Since this is my first time traveling with trains outside Sweden I’m not familiar with booking train tickets at stations, but do you think that there will be any seats left if I book these seats like 2 days ahead in Paris when I get there at the ticket office? Or is the pressure on tickets too high on the high speed trains to be able to get any in such a short time ahead? I rather not be stuck in Paris :)

I would like to have a phone number to call, because it gives me a little mistrust, not being sure of how to set up my trip and pay for something that I do not know if it is reliable. I am confused in how to make the reservation, I do not know if the price they give me when I plan my trip is correct or there are additional costs, I do not understand the use of the page very well, it would help a lot if an advisor is in front of the reservation because It is not understood very well and it generates mistrust by not being able to speak to a person at the time of purchase

HelloSorry, but I forgot to return the Interrail papers we signed in 2019, and now we will soon start planning another wonderful trip through Europe to Portugal in March 2022.My wife Kjersti Lorentzen is a member of Interrail, but I am not a member of any of the suggested Internet sites, and use this opportunity to sign in. So I wonder where I can send the Interrail papers from 2019 to? Snail mail? E-mail? You should have a simple and plain email address too? The only problem we had on our Interrail trip in 2019 was in Ancona in Italy, when we came from Greece. The train we should take over the Alps was cancelled because of a strike, so we had to buy tickets from another train company, which did not have an agreement with Interrail. That cost us another 120 pounds or dollars (?) if I don’t remember wrong. Why doesn’t Railplanner support scandinavian letters like Æ, Ø and Å? It’s a pain to write certain scandinavian stations in english.

My two 90 day global passes are on my iphone. But the phone continues to have problems and finally Apple will replace it. However they don’t stock American phones in European stores so I need to wait roughly a week for them to ship a replacement to this Apple store. I don’t even have an exact date. In the meantime, we will be moving on to some new cities. I will be waiting for Apple to call me to know when to come pick up the new phone. Apple refuses to have it delivered to an Apple store in the new region, so I will have to come all the way back to get the new phone.  When I get a new phone I will probably lose the authorization for the Eurail Pass since it’s locked into the old phone. so that means that when I leave the Apple store and try to get back to the city that we’re currently staying in I won’t have a Rail Pass anymore until Eurail can give me a new authorization. Is there a way to check on a ticket price without purchasing a pass?

Hi, I'm thinking about buying the interail global pass as I'm on a trip around Europe(I'm spanish) but I already started the trip so now I'm in France. Is the interail worth it, does it woks in all the "common" trains? And most of all,shall I put Spain as my origin since I'm in France? But on the other hand if I put France as the origin I only get one train from France to the other country and I cannot use in France? What should I do, can somebody please help me? 

I am trying to book Basel SBB to Interlaken OST on 17 DEC 2021. The alert displayed shows Seat Availability Unknown. I went directly to the SBB ticket shop site and am unable to book there as it will not accept the credit card. Please note: have already contacted the card company and they show they have not blocked the transaction and have verified that I am using the right card. I cannot seem to get an answer why the card cannot be accepted from SBB. There seems to be availability on the SBB site. Should I take my chances and ignore the alert and book through Eurail?
