Hi everyone, I'm heading to Lisbon from Seville on the 10th December and I've noticed that all direct trains have been suspended.  The rail planner app does show several options with two or three changes (I presume these are local trains). Can the rail planner be trusted or are all rail services to portugal suspended? Also, I have an EU Digital covid vaccination certificate - I presume that should be enough (as with my travels in the rest of Europe) or does portugal have stricter requirements? I know that a covid test is required if you travel by air. Not sure if the same is required for train travel.   Thanks so much in advance for your advice... travel during the covid world is doable but things change every day!   

My train was cancelled after my journey started. I therefore need to change the start day on my Global pass AFTER the start of the first day for which it is activated, since the cancellation of trains (with no other possibility to travel on the same day) was through no fault of my own. Please help. I did not leave the start country (switzerland) before the cancellation occurred and I had to go back. I have a General-Abo, meaning all my trains are already paid for within switzerland, so I have not used the Global pass at all yet for any journey. It is however already activated for today.

Is there any advantage having Eurail pass for journey between Interlaken and Jungfrauhoch?I read few things that there is 25% discount with Eurail pass, is it true?

I have a 2 month free travle global pass. My country of residence is Denmark and i want to take the train Home, see my friends, take a flight to spain afterwards and continue my journey from there. Im wondering if it’s possible to use your inbound trip and use your global pass afterwards?

I would like to know if Iunderstand this correctly. I know it's lockdown in eu. This is for future reference only. The Eurail pass that costs more than €300 is good for 10 destinations within 2 months, right?This means that I can travel/ride the train 10x regardless of my destination in eu as long as it's within 2 months. For example, I'm coming from Italy. I'd like to go to Vienna and stay there for a while. That is 1 travel, right?

Hello everyone!I’m a bit stuck with the reservations. I have my global mobile pass, and I’m supposed to get back to Hungary from Besancon, France on the 5th of December, but it seems that Interrail is out of seats for the trains that I’m trying to book. Are there any other ways that I could book reservations for my trains? I’m having a hard time reaching the English speaking operators of SNCF, and I’m afraid I’m running out of time. Can you help me please?

Does anyone know if interrailing can manually cancel a travel day for you? As I’ve accidentally added a travel day unknowingly and cannot delete it as the day is today? Thanks!! 

My pass is on its way and will be delivered shortly.  I have to be at home to sign for receipt. What happens if I am not at home? Will the package be delivered on another day?  Thanks for your reply! 

Hello everybody, For a week now, I try to pre-book some of my trips but after January 15th, I can’t find anything (no matter what I’m writing). I even have some trip that are not out after December 12th. How is it possible ? How do you do to plan ? Thank you 😊 

Hello everyone, everything good?I'm having trouble reserving my seats.I will arrive in Barcelona on December 21st of this year, I need to take a train to Madrid on the same day and back to Barcelona on the 24th of the same month. I cannot make reservations over the internet.The same is happening for my journey from Barcelona to Paris on December 30th. From what I understand, trains departing from Spain need to be booked at the station, my fear is to arrive there on December 21st and not have any more seats for the trip, I already have a hotel and Eurail Global Pass reserved.Can you help me? How should I proceed? Do you believe I will get seats for the trips I mentioned? Thank You! 

Hello, I’m trying to reserve seats on the Barcelona-Sants to Paris leg of my Madrid-Paris trip (I know for the first leg I have to reserve seats in person at a Spanish station). On the Eurail website I try to use the reservation service, but it says the departure date is too close for the paper reservation tickets to be delivered to me at my home. It also says it’s too close to departure for the tickets to be delivered to my hotel in Madrid.  Unfortunately, I am not yet in Madrid to reserve the tickets in person, nor will I arrive until the night before departure. What options are available other than testing my luck at 5pm at the Madrid train station before a 10am departure the next day? It makes me nervous since the website says TGV limits eurail pass holders per train. I want to make sure we’re able to get to our destination. Any advice?

Hello, I want to buy an interrail pass, but I would like to know 2 things:Is the mobile pass always 100% refundable (even after the promo ends - 30th November)? And if so is it usually more expensive than the paper pass? Can I exchange my mobile pass for a paper pass? If so what does it involve?Thank you for all the help you can give!

Hey, it says I can travel with Interrail pass within 1 month, is that one calendar month or just 30 days? so If I start mid of December, will the pass still be valid mid of January?

I see Black Friday sale is 100% refundable, but while purchasing it shows 85% refundable. Which is true? Confused with advertisement 🙄and Does this refundable is in same mode of transaction or a Eurail voucher? Does this refundable offer applies until later 11 months?

Hi!I just reserved (80€ altogether) some seat from Stuttgart back to Paris (via Brussels) and Paris to Nantes (where I live) for tomorrow, now that I am trying to add the trips on the app it says you have used all your journeys. I have used all my journeys but this is my inbound trip. I thought any trip that involves a city from the country of residence would make that trip eligible for inbound journey.  I very much appreciate your help. The trip is tomorrow and I just paid a hefty amount and I’m in a state of panic

Hi! We are travelling from Venice to Budapest tonight (parting on 21h and arriving tomorrow, with a escale) and we wanted to spend only one day with the rule of >19h. However, in the app on eurrail It counts tonight pass as a day-travel and I suppose that tomorrow as Another. Does somebody know how to do It to only count as one day? Thanks a million!

Bonjour, Je viens d’acheter un pass jeune 22 jours que je compte utiliser cet été. Je voulais savoir si les deux voyages inclus dans le pays de residence doivent impérativement être réalisé au début et à la fin du voyage? De plus, je déménage et mon pays de résidence ne sera donc pas le même que celui inscrit sur mon pass, puis-je encore le changer ?Et dernière question, le pass inclut 22 jours de voyage, mais je ne sais pas si j’ai une durée limite pour l’utiliser ? Est-ce que je ne peux voyager que pendant 22 jours à la suite ou est-ce que je peux par exemple l’utiliser sur une durée de 6 mois ? En espérant que vous puissiez m'aider... Orianne 

I cannot use my eurail pass due to covid. what are my options

Suppose I am going to Croatia with my 6 friends, what would be the cheapest route that doesn’t take too long? We will start in Brussels, then go to Zagreb and stay there for a few days. Then we will continue our trip to Split. To go back to Belgium we will be going from Split to Brussels in one go. We are all under 26 if thats important for the prices.

good afternoon!  We are having trouble reserving our seats on the 31/12/2021 09:10 barcelona sants - 15:46 Paris gare dy lyon train (tgv train 9708).  The eurail page system gives me an error and restarts the operation.  Is it possible to make reservations for our seats with you?  We live in Argentina and for this reason it is impossible for us to go through the station at the moment.

The Eurail Planning app says there are half a dozen trains from Annecy France to Geneva Switzerland on Sunday. However, when I check the French Oui-scnf app, it shows no trains Trainline also shows no trains at all. A local fellow says there are no trains or not dependable, and recommends the bus. But the Eurail app still shows these train trips - they are TER (SCNF) trains with numbers and stops listed out.  Can anyone explain what is going on? Is the planning app wrong, or is SCNF wrong? I am not sure if the train office will be open on a Sunday to ask them. 

Hello,I am wanting to get in touch with customer service to answer a question. I have provided a screenshot of the information on your page when I try and book a reservation on a train from Breclav  to Krakow glowny of the 4th of January. It states that the reservations may be full for pass holders. I am a pass holder so how can I book a reservation? Thank you
