Dear Interrail Support Team,I again have another issue with the confirmation E-mail that I should have reveived after I payed for my ticket. It’s now the second time already that I payed for my ticket but I havent received any E-Mail yet with my Pass Number. I’ve already had to postpone my departure because without the E-Mail with the Pass Number I wasnt able to add the mobile pass to my phone.I already contacted the Support once and they told me to refund the ticket where I lost 40 Euros but now that it happened twice already I demand that they send me my Pass number with which I can finally start my travels.I’ve also already tried to login into my account and resent the Confirmation E-Mail but I haven’t received my Pass Information yet.I will contact the Support Team again because I dont wanna waste anymore of my time and I hope theissue resolves itself but I want to ask you guys what can I do now. Btw I refuse to cancell the order just to order it again because I´ve already lost 40

 I have a question why I have to activate this switch?  

I bought a Pass yesterday but didn't get an confirmation email. I resent it 5 time already to different emails. And Yes the Email Addresses are correct and its not in the Spam folder. Furthermore I can't activate my Pass because they don't accept my ID Number. I wanted to travel today and I am really disappointed bc of the bad customer service and the technical problems!

Hi @all,I got one thing which I'm not sure about so far:I bought a Flexi Pass, 10 days within 2 months, long time ago. Then COVID came and the period to activate the pass was extented several times (now up until 31th August 2022). Thanks for that.As it's a Pass for Youths, I have to activate it until 10th May latest, because 11th ist my 28th birthday.We plan to travel in June and as the Pass is valid for 2 months, it's not really a thing, but: Will my situation/solution mean that the 10th May will be the first of the ten days to travel (which I'd kind of loose then) or is it possible to activate the Pass some weeks BEFORE really using it the first time?Thanks a lot for all your help!Kind regards from Switzerland Max

Hi there. Will it be necessary to leave the UK on the same day as my outbound journey? For example, I am planning to travel from Ludlow to London as my outbound journey, (day 1 of 7 days in a month pass), stay overnight in London then leave the UK by Eurostar the following morning (day 2 on pass). Is this permissible? Or do I have to leave the UK on the same day as I travel to London? Thanks in advance.

In my travelers information my date birth it is not correct for one day. I already sent a message to the customer service but they didnt answer my inquiry.  

Hi,Can someone please help me?  I have a global pass.  Eurail is showing no availability for London to Amsterdam on May 2.  However, when I go to Eurostars website they are showing direct routes available.  However I don’t see an option on Eurostar website to enter my pass to only pay the reservation fee.  It wants to charge me as if I don’t even have a pass.  I need to book this asap.    

Where can i make a reservation for the trains : -Zurich-Milano -Milano-Rome -Rome-Ancona 

When I buy the pass on the webpage for 5 people, the total amount; do I get 5 different passcodes in the phone mobile app, to enter into 5 different My Trip plans.  These would be on the same phone under 5 different trip names; is that correct?

Hello! I have a mobile Eurail Global pass for myself and my roommate. Both of our birthdays are incorrect (by one day). I have reached out to customer service yet have heard nothing back and it has been more than 3 days. I would like to have this fixed so that it does not get in the way of our travel. Hi community, I’ve tried to search for seat reservations from Tirano to Monterosso. I’ve tried before to travel by train from Milano to Monterosso. But not from Tirano. Any tips on what route to take AND if seat reservations are needed in high season (July)? Thank you so much in advance. 

Over the last few days I have been trying to make reservations for a TGV trip from Paris to Lourdes for the end of May using my mobile Global pass on the Eurail site. I am presented with a few options for the days I am looking to travel. I select an available trip to add it to my cart, go to checkout, verify billing and traveler details, and when I go to Review the Order I am told that one of the legs of my journey is no longer available. The trip is direct so that is only one leg that I have in the cart. I have tried different times and days but I keep receiving the same message. Is there a problem with making TGV reservations currently? Is there some other way to make these reservations without being in France and going to a station?

Hello, I need some help. Me and my partner bought the interrail pass 2nd class. We are currently in Vienna and we want to travel to Paris. When we go online to check the trains we have option to reserve 2nd and 1st class seat reservation . The ammount payble for each class looks the same. The question is if is possible to reserve the 1st class seats and using our passes? If not why are we allowed the option to select 1st class seat reservation. thank you!

Hello, I am traveling through Emilia-Romagna, and I am struggling to find the TPER trains within the Eurail app. Reading other posts on here, it appears that the TPER trains are covered by Eurail, and I can see certain lines (Parma - Borgo Val di Toro - La Spezia), but other lines like Parma - Fiorenzuola - Piacenza aren’t in the Eurail app at all. Additionally, the Regionale Veloce trains show as seat reservation required, but all are unavailable on the Eurail reservation system (not even showing the 0 EUR reservation cost). Is it possible to use these trains?

Hi, I have an Interrail pass with 4 days. My pass reference is LKS8FY. I am currently in Amsterdam and need to go to London through Brussels. I am now at the train station and I was told there is an issue with the train traffic and will not be able to take a train to Brussels today. Therefore, I am stuck in Amsterdam and have to take the train first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, I had already finalized the ticket. I have a travel day left for the train tomorrow to Brussels and london. From london I need to go back to Munich, and since I had a travel day assigned today, I would be out of travel days. Would there please be a way for me to remove todays travel day and change it for Tuesday the 12th? I am terribly sorry for this inconvenience. Thank you so much in advance for your time! I made some reservations this afternoon, checked all the info, accepted conditions, but I cannot activate the 'to pay' button. Do other people have this problem?

Hi! I am trying to understand the Interrail system. I would like to understand clearly what the 5 days in one month pass allows me to do. What does it mean exactly? Does it mean that I can travel during a month (or less) and that during this time I am allowed to have 5 days during wish I can take unlimited trains? Does it include the first train I'll take leaving my country (Brussels Belgium) and the travel back home?

i purchased this 10 days ticket for the first time. But now i have trouble using it. I am trying to reserve a seat from Munich to Milan on 21 st of April (depart the evening of 21 st to arrive early on 20 th) but there was no seat to reserve. then i need one from berlin to Venice on 11 th of April, still no luck. please help guys.

Dear Interrail Community, I'm looking to travel from Munich to Rome on the 14th of April and I'm therefore thinking about purchasing an Interrail Ticket to do so. I would like to travel on the Nightjet either starting 20:10 or 23:20 from Munich. Can someone help me with this issue? So I'm unsure if I'm able to take one of these trains after purchasing the Interrail ticket. Is it maybe also possible to travel without a reservation when the train is not fully packed with people? Has somebody made a similar exp

Hi travellers, have you experienced to be charged a fully tariff ticket although you are a eurail pass holder?I bought a ticket at Paris Gare de Lyon Station, on these self.service machines, and I was charged full tariff for a ticket from Paris to Berlin (euros 213) instead of partially as I have my eurail pass, so I should be charged with just euros 30 - 40 app.Have you experienced this issue? how it was solved?, I try to get in touch with eurail offices or agents but i just got connected with a chatbot, and they suppose to get back to me within 48 hours.Do I have possibilities to get the extra money paid back? any chances? anyone on this community could comment? hello, i bought a pass and my first trip will be from london to liverpool, as soon as i arrive in europe.  I managed to find the train trip, I generated the ticket, but it says that I need to reserve the seat, but as my pass is on mobile, the option to book at the station only appears.  Is there any risk of me arriving at the station and not having a seat on the train, or with the ticket in hand I already have a guaranteed space on the train?

Hi All, I am travelling in Italy at the end of this month. I am currently planning my journey on the Eurail app. I have a mobile pass.I have saved a journey to My Trip with a 10 Eur Seat Reservation charge.How is this charge paid?There is no option on the App to pay.Under “More’ you can select ‘Seat Reservations’ then select ‘Italy’ and it says ‘Book at major train stations – At a ticket office or self-service machine’Does this mean the reservation fee is paid at the station on the day? thanks,
