I am interested in booking a reservation from Paris Gare de Lyon to Basel SBB on 17 Dec 2021 on the 8:35AM Train arriving in Basel at 12:40PM. There is a dashed line connecting Paris Gare de Lyon to Paris EST. What does this mean? Would it be better to depart from Paris EST?

Hello, I am trying to reserve 3 train tickets, for myself and 2 friends, from Paris to Aix-en-Provence TGV on the 23rd December. I am able to add the ticket reservations to my cart, but when I try to review the order it says that the route is not available and that I have to find another route.  I have tried reading the forum for solutions - it turns out this can be solved by booking a reservation at b-europe instead. However, this needs a paper pass cover number, which we do not have as we only have the mobile pass. Does anyone know how I can get the paper pass cover number? Thank you!!

Hello, My first question would be, if I buy the 15 day over 2 months, are the 2 months calendar months or are they 30 days?The second one is, as I have been cheking, there is some issues with QR codes sometimes, if ever need, can I ask for the Paper Pass for the train day at the station, does it have an extra fee?  

I really need help urgently. I put in a trip on the wrong day into my interrail pass. Now I can not cancel it anymore. I can prove that I did not travel that day! But the travel day is just “gone” and i can not use it anymore. Please I need help because I need all travel days! I really need to use that travel day this sunday (october 15!)

Good Evening! I tried to make a reservation from Barcelona to Paris and it does not show me the purchase of an electronic ticket that I want but only the choice of the paper ticket. Does anyone know why this happens?

Hi! I am unable to find any information about the requirements of reservation with the IC train between Brussels to Luxembourg. Does anyone have any experience of traveling between these cities with Interrailpass? Did you need to reserve a seat or could you just hop on the train?

Hi!I have an issue with the app. I purchased a mobile pass a week ago and did all the required steps for activate it. But, once activated, in the section “my pass” it doesn’t appear, only the image stating that I should add a mobile pass to get started. If I try to add it again, it says that that mobile pass is already activated in my phone, so it is a loop and I am stuck in it.I start my trip in two days, so I am in a hurry to find a solution to this problem. Hi everyone! I’ll be a first-timer on trains in the spring, and have a few questions. I’m flying into Rome, am there for 3 nights, and then going up to the Cinque Terre for 4 nights, and then to Paris. I hope to stop in Florence for the day between Rome and 5T, and then again in Milan between 5T and Paris. I then plan to take 3 or 4 day trips from Paris. It seems to me from my research that the price of a 7-days within 1 month pass is similar (minorly more expensive) than buying tickets individually. My questions are these:Will the Eurail pass include getting directly into 5T? I’m staying in Riomaggiore.  The day trips I plan to take from Paris include Giverney, Reims, Mont St Michel, and maybe one other smaller town/city/village (Colmar, Orleans, …. any recommendations?) Are these places included?  Is there a special schedule we need to book from? I’ve been scouring train sites directly, as well as sites like Rome2Rio, and have an idea of what times I want to catch my trains at, but I

Hi mates 😁I Will be in germany until wednesday 10/11/2021 and then i have to go to Valencia. I must arrive to Valencia the friday 12 or saturday 13 of november. In the app i only have options on mondays so the only choice i have is take the train on moonday 15 so it is not an option. Hope you can help me ❤

My husband and I are coming to Europe for 2 weeks from US, December 16. We will need to have our first train travel day on December 19. I know the new timetable is not out for December 12 and on. Does anyone know when that new timetable will be out? We have the 5 day travel pass. I was reading that you can book through the actual train sites? Is this true? I’m not sure what train sites we would need to go on. We want quicker trains. Going from Venice to Rome to Lucerne to Paris to Amsterdam to London. I’ve done the trains between Amsterdam, Paris, and London before but not booked myself before. 

Can I use Interrail Global Mobile pass to travel in Italy and Greece Island Ferries?

Hello - We have a global pass and we are currently in the US. We are trying to book the 11:22am - 6:20pm trip from Prague to Budapest on November 17th in First Class but it is requiring seat reservations. We tried to book that online but apparently it is paper tickets only and we received a message telling us that we can't book this online because the paper tickets can't get to us on time. Is there any way that we can book our seat reservations now without paper tickets?

Hello,I am born in Germany but currently living in France (I have a proof of tenancy in France). But Germany is still the country of residence on my ID, because I’m staying in France for one semester only. Can I now book an interrail pass, in which I choose France as my country of residence and the starting/ending point (because this is where I live), even though its not on my passport? Or is the country of residence always the country marked on the ID?Thank you

I wanted to visit Italy by train from Germany over happy new year. After buying the interrail Ticket I want to plan my trip, but unfortunately I am not able to see trains to Italy after the 11th December. I don't know why. I mean they suggest to plan your trips three months ahead, but with that I can barely plan more than a month ahead. What should I do? Is there an alternative? 

Hi all, I’m trying to book reservations for traveling from Paris to Marseille on November 16 using my EURail Global Pass. The EURail website shows availability in multiple trains, but when I proceed to payment, I get an error stating the current leg of the journey could not be booked. I am currently in Italy and will be landing in Paris on November 16, kindly let me know if there is another way to make seat reservations.

Hi all, Looking for advice on the following route, I will be starting in Krakow and finishing in Budapest.I have 2 weeks which will be flexible where I don’t plan to stall anywhere for more then two nights. I’ll travel to Budapest after Krakow then to Zagreb, I had hoped to go to either Slit or Dubrovnik but they seem to isolated from all major rail lines. I was hoping Belgrade next but the app doesn’t seem to be giving me any route from Zagreb. My question is what is the best direct route from Zagreb to Budapest, including a couple of stops along the way, Sofia would be my last stop before Budapest .!Any help would be greatly appreciated.! ✌️

Its wird, because they App also Shows that there are a Trip left, but i  can Not add trips I am really in hurry an have to Take the next train. Hello In planning for my trip, I am trying to purchase a train ticket from Paris to Barcelona on this upcoming Wednesday. The train schedules were not yet available when i booked my vacation, but I saw that the trains were fairly consistent. I went back to purchase tickets today and am not finding any available and am now unsure what pass to buy and the schedule will not come up. Can someone please help? Is there a phone number I can call? Thank you so much!!
