Just purchased a 5 day global pass. Headed from Venice to Paris we’re changing trains in Florence. The connecting train says “not in plan network “ Do I need to purchase a new ticket or is there just a fee added to my global pass?thanks 

@Nanja Hey there :) As my boyfriend and I both have a mobile pass, we do not have a pass cover number. Unfortunately, we need to enter the pass cover number to book our seats for a train from Strasbourg to Paris. We cannot continue without the pass cover number so could you please give us 2 pass cover numbers so that we can book our seats?Thank you in advance!Best wishes,Marie

Dear I need an information if I have the global pass and I want to take the Eurostar from London to Paris, shall I have to pay the reservation too?

I know that's a very frequent question but i Search and couldn't find the answer... sorry for the inconvenience...So i bought my pass for Italy...If the Train that i have choose to travel DOESN'T need reservations for seats what am i doing... Going to the station find the Train hop in and find dome empty seats?And if i m asked for a ticket i dhow them my pass?or do. I have to go earlier to the station desk and show them my pass to give me tickets? thank you 

Hey, I can't book a train ticket online through Eurail. So i tried to buy it via the SNCF website because my trip starts in France and I can't put my interail global pass in the ticket price or anywhere else. Can anyone help me ? Thanks

My residencial address is in Berlin.Berlin - Eastern France (day1) Eastern France - Paris region (day2) Paris region - Lyon region (day3) Lyon region - Berlin (day4)Nonetheless the way I understand the terms and conditions of this pass, I mainly can use the pass only in Germany, with the exception of two travels: one out and one back to the country of residence.“Der Interrail Global-Pass berechtigt dich zum Reisen in deinem Wohnsitzland. Du kannst eine Fahrt aus dem Land und eine Fahrt in das Land nutzen. Hi, I have a question about the inbound and outbound days: I would like to travel, from Germany to Vienna, than to Strasbourg, from Strasbourg to Graz and back to Strasbourg. That makes four travel days, and my residence country would be Germany. The problem is, that I am passing Germany two times (Vienna - Strasbourg and Graz - Strasbourg), and I am gonna start my journey in Germany. While passing my residence country, but not stopping there, is that an inbound or outbound day?

Hello!Wondering if anyone has experience traveling with a service dog and/or wheelchair throughout Italy?Our family (my Mother, my Husband, 2 teenagers and myself) plan to travel throughout Italy this June. Florence, Venice, Rome, Sorrento, Bari then maybe over to Greece. My mother will be using an electric wheelchair, as she tires easily. She also requires a service dog for her medical needs.Trying to make her travel dream come true! Any suggestions would be much appreciated!Thank you!

I have a question about the Electronic Global Pass. I travelled last month with my global pass.In the Railplanner App you can enter a trip for the pass. The trip will be on the ticket. The ticket inspector will scan the barcode on your ticket and will check if the train you are on has been added to your ticket.  Now i have te following situation. I made a trip from Munster (Germany) via Munich to Innsbruck (Austria). I had it in one trip.The problem was with the train from Munster to Munich which ends (because of a delay) in Stuttgart (next stops where cancelled).  In Stuttgart i had to take another train. The problem is i couldn’t change the trip (only delete it).  And i also couldn’t add another trip from Stuttgart to Munich to my Pass. I don’t know the error but i think it was something like an overlapping trip can not be added.I know deleted de complete trip and added new trips (the previous trains en the new trains).Did i something wrong ?   I think it must be possible to change a

On online booking reservation I have checked only trains included in network and those two trains are.If I search them on mobline app, I am not able to find them.  

I am trying to reserve passes from Marseille to Barcelona which requires a stop in Nimes, France. The Marseille to Nimes train I can get a reservation, but I Cannot get a reservation Nimes to Barcelona. It says seat required so I am nervous to get to Nimes without that second part reserved. Does anyone have good advice or will I have to book a flight? My dates aren’t flexible

If I leave on sunday night and arrive on monday, but all the train transfers are on monday, does it count as one or two travel days? 

I cannot complete my purchase as  my country of residence, United Kingdom, is not listed on the booking form

Hi there,I am Swiss but have been living in Australia for over 4 years on a temporary student visa. I do not have any government issued proof of residency in Australia, so I will need to use an Interrail pass.My partner is Australian, and will need an Eurail pass.Just wondering if I can use an Interrail AND an Eurail pass within the same app, on the same device? Or does the Rail Planner only allow you to add passes of the same category (Eurail OR Interrail)?Let me know!

Hi, I just have a question about the Eurail pass I was hoping you could help me with. I'm just a bit confused about how the 'Travel Days' work. I am wondering if these travel days must be used consecutively? For example, If I pick the option for 10 travel days in 2 months, do I only have a 10 day period within those two months in which I can use the Eurail pass? Or, alternatively, can I break down those 10 days over the two months? (e.g. Use '1 day' of travel today, and then 2 weeks later use another '1 day' of travel?). I hope this makes sense! Your help is much appreciated,

Hi there, I am planning to make a trip between Turkey, Greece and Italy. This text isn't about connections between Turkey and Greece, because I've already figured that part out, but rather about travelling within Greece. I've read that an Interrail Pass includes some long distance buslines, but I can't figure out if Interral for example, supports buslines from KTEL in Greece. Because if travelling by bus in Greece is less expensive than travelling by train using Interrail, I'll choose that option.
