Ordered 2x Interail Poland paper country passes. The package I've been told is now going to be charged customs tax, UK VAT and import tax. Why didnt interrail tell me this before ordering. Im tempted to just refuse the package and then lodge paypal dispute.Interrail should have sent as separate envelopes as this would have been below assesement level.surprise surprise my emails are being ignored

I have a problem on booking a seat.I have a first-class mobile Eurail pass which can be used for 10 days within 2 months.I want to book a seat on night train from Helsinki to Rovaniemi on 23rd Dec 2021.As I hope to take a night train, I choose a IRT sleeper single first class.1. But why the reservation told me that seat availability is unknown?Does that mean it is uncertain whether I can get a seat or not?Or does it mean my seat place is undecided? Then when can I know my seat number?Whatever it is, can I make a reservation? I really have to book a ticket. 2. Why does it give me a paper ticket though I am a mobile ticket holder?Then do I need to show my paper ticket when the staff try to check?Thank you for your time.I hope to get a respond as soon as possible. Here gives you a screenshot that I faced.

I have a few questions as a non-EU traveler:1) Is there a phone number I can use to contact Eurail, if there is an issue with my mobile pass while in Europe or at the train station?2) My credit card concierge service purchased the rail passes on my behalf with their account. Would it be possible to add my email address to the order so that emails are sent to me?3a) Due to covid, it'd be easier if I can reserve the seats and then activate the pass once I am in Europe. Is there there anyway to reserve seats without activating the pass first?3b) Can I make the seat reservations with my order number or does my credit card concierge service need to purchase the seats with their concierge account, since they, also, purchased the rail passes?4) Let's say my pass is activated but there is an issue with the pass and it's not scanning correctly at the station. I'm at the train station and my scheduled train is leaving in 2 hours or even 1 hour. What do I do? Who would I contact to get it

I’m currently in Spain and trying to book a night train from Switzerland. It allows me to pay for the reservation but it says it’s going to send me a paper ticket. However I don’t have a fixed address and afraid that paper ticket will get lost somewhere. Isn’t there any option to get any electronic ticket or have them hold it at the station in Zürich? I can just travel across Europe and arrive in Zürich not knowing whether I have a night train or not. pS - i’ve tried calling the help number for OBB several times and it’s just an endless loop of German. I don’t know if they ever answer at all. Healthier your instructions are slightly off. Pressing one doesn’t do anything at all. Also the new longer open 24 hours. But I’m not sure if they take 20 minutes to answer or two hours. And it’s running down my Skype credit every time I’m just sitting here on hold because it’s strangely much more expensive than calling other foreign countries.

Hello everyone, My departure day arrive soon and I didn't receive yet my outbound paper ticket. The plan is to leave Montpellier the 5th of November for Barcelona then Valencia. On the tracking platform I see that there is a problem with the delivery but I don't have details. I send an email to interrail but no response yet. Do you know if I can go to the Montpellier train station and ask for my ticket and what would happen if I can't? 👋🙂Romain 

If I have a eurail pass which has been used to reserve tickets but the travel date is in December will I be able to cancel the eurail pass if it is before the 1st date of travel

Hello Everyone, I have a question and maybe you can help me with it. I want to use the Night-Train from Wien to Brasov tomorrow, 19.07, and did not take into account, that it is smart to book those at least a week a head. Now, is it possible to book an e-ticket with a paperpass? If I print it I have it as paper!  Also, I tried to book the reservation with both the App and on the website, but when I type in when and from where to where I want to travel and click of search, there is a pop-up, which tells me to fill in the numbers of traveler’s before continuing. The only thing is: I can’t find the field to do so!  Do you guys have any ideas?  Thank you before hand Yours Zoé

Hello,I am currently trying to buy a 5 days global pass,but my country of residence (Norway), does not show up on the “country of residence”-list, at eurail.com.Anyone had the same problem? 

Al vaak, met veel genoegen, van de global pass gebruik gemaakt. Dit jaar loopt alles in het honderd. Vertraging in Nederland zorgde voor het missen van aansluitingen in Brussel en Lyon met veel extra kosten en heel veel tijdverlies. Nu wil ik zitplaatsen reserveren voor Barcelona-Lyon, voor de terugreis (12-11 om 08.15 uur, 1e klas). Ik kan alleen een papieren ticket krijgen via interrail en dat gaat niet goed komen. Station Cordoba en Station Sevilla konden mij niet verder helpen. 'Bots' snapte er ook niks van.Have used the global pass many times, with great pleasure. Everything is going wrong this year. Delay in the Netherlands caused connections in Brussels and Lyon to be missed, with a lot of extra costs and a lot of time lost. HiI am trying to book seat reservations on the eurostar but it says my pass is invalid for that connection.I have eurail pass valid for the datesit is a one country 3 day pass.Does this mean that the allocated seats for pass holders are fully booked for that journey. Thanks

Hi! So I’m planning my trip that I am about to do during late autumn/winter and I really want to make it as a cheap experience as possible. Therefore I am aiming for trains that doesn't require reservationsI am totally new to this but I have done a lot of research, though there are some formulations I can't wrap my head around. For instance when I search for connections with no reservation required I sometimes see this grey statement that there is no information available about that particular train, even thought I only chose to see search results with no reservations. What does this mean? Is it cancelled or is it a commuter train with no booking what so ever?Also when I look up connections on the rail planner app it doesn't necessarily say this, it just says when reservation is mandatory, but when I check the facilities it sometimes says “no reservation on part of journey”. Does this mean that there is a specific distance during that ride that costs money? It often says this when a re

Bonjour, Ma fille réside en Allemagne et à récemment utiliser un pass global pour voyager vers la France. Le plan était une utilisation du pass sur 3 jours (Allemagne→France, France→France, France Allemagne). Ors, lors de l’établissement du pass à un guichet en Allemagne, une erreur s’est glissée indiquant sur ce pass que ma fille résidait en France. Lors du voyage de retour en Allemagne, ma fille a dû régler 180€ à un contrôleur de la SNCF à cause de cette erreur, savez-vous quelle(s) démarche(s) il faut faire pour se faire rembourser de cette mésaventure ? I live in UK, planning on travelling to France (Strasbourg); Lucerne, Zermatt, then via Chur and Tirano to Milan, overnight to Vienna. I think a Global Pass is best.Just checking1.the Pass covers travel on Glacier and Bernina Express Trains (reservation costs extra)?Does travel on the Gornagrat Railway count as a day of travel? I think the Pass gives discount on the fare?  the Pass is valid for outward /return travel in UK (1 day for each)? Even if I get a paper Pass, train reservations can still be made online?Thank you very much.  

Why am I not able to add certain stations to my itinerary using the Trip Planner>  For example, I cannot add Tours, France as my next destination within y itinerary from Barcelona, Spain?  The closest I can get is Le Mans?

I had a problem with my interrail tickets and I still haven't found a solution.  On October 23, I bought an Interrail ticket for Italy with my friend.  But I could not use my interrail ticket.  Because when I want to buy a ticket between the places I have chosen in Italy when I log in to the application, I get an invalid warning in this country.  Then I realized that the money was refunded to my card.  Since my friend did not have any problems with his card, I bought an interrail ticket from his card once again.  But again I faced the same problem.  Yesterday, I received a refund request for the ticket I bought from my friend's card regarding this issue.  But when I checked my account activities for the first Interrail ticket I bought, I noticed something.  In the first transaction I made, money was withdrawn from my account twice and only one was refunded.  I had to deal with this problem my whole trip and I was really tired.  I am also a student and had to end my trip because my vaca

Hallo liebe Community, Ich habe ein Problem. Habe mir den Interrail Globel Pass gekauft. Und habe gestern mein Ticket gebucht für die Wiedereinreise nach Deutschland. Habe ausverstehen, den blauen Button betätigt.Beim nochmal überprüfen, habe ich festgestellt das das Ticket für den falschen Tag gebucht habe.Jetzt denkt Interrail (App) das ich die einmalige Reise in mein Heimatland Deutschland gemacht hätte. Und dies kann ich nicht mehr stornieren oder Rückgängig machen.Kann leider niemand beim Kundenservice erreichen.Hat jemand Erfahrungen damit und hat hilfreiche Tipps? Liebe GrüßeMichelle

When I plan my trip for next day, it popped up today’s date automatically. I entered a journey, and realized it was a past time, and deleted the journey, but the travel day couldn’t be canceled. I didn’t travel today.it is a bug in the app to book a past time for the trip planner.How could I get my lost travel day back?

Buongiorno..vorrei viaggiare dalla mia stazione di partenza(Bresca, Italia) ed arrivare a Cracovia , passando li 5 o 6 giorni…magari viaggiando in giornata anche a Varsavia..Il fatto è che vorrei acquistare un ‘One country passa’ a i due viaggi verso la Polonia non sono privi di cambi, in diverse stazioni..non so quindi se poter comunque usufruire di questo pass

My question, when roughly would train timetables become available for this time? I’m hoping to start in Budapest but haven’t decided where to go from there, I was going to look at the timetable to see where I could get a train to next. Thanks!
