Hello,I am currently planning my trip in the ‘interrail planner app’. The interrail site says that there is an option to take the train from Villach to Zagreb at 12:53 at the 2nd of August, but the app says the option doesn't excist. The Austrian site ÖBB also says that there is a train that leaves at 12:53, so i know it is possible. How can i add this train to ‘my trip’?If i can't add this option, i can't travel because the mobile pass is connected to the trip that i have plannend…Can anyone help me with this?

Hello, I’m travelling from Vienna to Paris. I’m going from Vienna to Frankfurt and from Frankfurt to Paris.My 2 options are the following:1) Vienna - Frankfurt 11:02 - 18:23Frankfurt - Paris 18:56 - 22:522) Vienna - Frankfurt 6:37 - 14:19Frankfurt - Paris 16:56 - 20:47So I prefer option 1 because is more direct and only 33 minutes to change and not having to wake up so early. My question is if any one knows if with corona there are any important delays and maybe that 33 minutes are not enough to change or even to reach the train.

Good evening! This is my current issue: 5 friends of mine and I have booked our Interrail passes within 3 different orders. Now we're having difficulties at booking for our train seats. We've already duplicated the trip in order to join and book altogether but when it comes to the actual booking action (selecting the trains for 6 people ect) it claims to be unavailable. When I book for me and other 3 friends (we've bought our Interrail passes within the same order) it is possible to do that. How can we solve it?

Hi,I bought the one country pass for Italy and have 2 questions - If I made a reservation from Eurail.com, when I get on the train do I just show my pass from the Eurail planner app and the print out ticket of my reservation and am I good to go? Also the reservation ticket I bought had the following text -           “Global Pass: Only for pass holders valid for the whole international requested route. Show           your credentials on board” I have the One country pass, not the global pass.  Should I be worried about the following text on my ticket or should I be fine? Thanks 

I'm trying to get from Schwarzach- St Veit to Ljubljana. The app shows a direct train (EC113). But when I look on the OBB planner for instance I can't find this direct train.  

Hi. I will soon take the night train from Vienna to Amsterdam. Now the Railplanner App says +1 day. What does this mean? That this trip takes 2 travel days?

Hi, I’m trying to book a ticket for tomorrow but the interrail website does not offer the ‘add to cart’ button for my specific train. I checked with trenitalia whether there are still any available seats and there are. I need to book my reservation asap. Anyone any ideas why this is happening?

J’ai vu qu’on avait le droit à un aller/retour du pays de résidence vers l’étranger et de l’étranger vers le pays de résidence. Est-ce que cet aller/retour est décompté du pass ou pas (soit 2 jours en moins sur le pass 7 jours) ?  merci pour vos retours !

We are trying to make a reservation for the train from BRUXELLES-MIDI (Belgium) to PARIS NORD (France) THA 9340 - THALYSand PARIS MONTPARNASSE 1 ET 2 (France) to BORDEAUX ST JEAN (France) TGV 8590 - TGV INOUIin both trains is a reservation neededbut both trains give the option not availableHow come? What can we do te make a reservation? 

Hi there!I have a question about making a reservation for the train. My boyfriend and I booked our tickets together, but I am already traveling and we would meet each other half way. But since we booked together I am the only one who can make a reservation.So, if I make the reservation for him, will the reservation show up on his digital Pass? Or do I have to be with him since I booked it? Or is there another way for him to make the reservation instead?Thanks for the help :) 

I have two one-country interrail passes for 2020.  I need to return them to get replacement passes for 2022.  I am told there is a returns form on the Interrail website.  Can someone tell me where it is or send the link?  Thank you.

I have made reservations and received a confirmation email that the purchase went through, yet when I go to “reservations overview” it still says I have no reservations.I have reached out to customer service but no one has responded to me. Can anyone help? What can I do to ensure I have my reservation?

Hello, I need to reserve a train from Warsaw to Krakow but can't do this online, it asks me to go to a train station to buy a paper ticket. Though, I'm in Riga right now and they told me I couldn't buy any tickets here for Poland. I'm supposed to take that train in 5 days and really need to book it asap...  

Hello guys, my girlfriend and I are currently traveling in Europe with the Interrail pass. Now we want to book our return trip from Biarritz to Amsterfam, because this trip goes via Paris and it is necessary to book in advance. However, we do not know how to do this. Through the app it does not work and through the reservation service does not work either. Could you guys help us with this? Hi guyys, I would like to take this train for my next trip but on the site bahn.com it is written "train is fully booked" and "passengers who have not het purchased a ticket should choose a different connection". What does that mean ?? I have to take another train ? I can't take this train if I dont have a reservation or I can go in the train and stand up but I wont have a seat ? I have a second question : Germany has been affecte by the floods. Are the trains affected by this also ? Which train are affected ? Is Theresa a ensuite where we can see trains affected and trains non affected ?Thanks for your help ! 

hey, ich verstehe nicht ganz, wie die Rechnung mit den Nachtzügen abläuft?wenn ich nachmittags in einer Stadt starte und am nächsten morgen ankomme, gilt dass das als eine fahrt oder als 2, da ich an zwei verschiedenen tagen unterwegs war? Und wir wollten außerdem als letzten stopp Berlin einplanen. Dies geht jedoch nicht, da ich dann zwei Fahrten in Deutschland tätigen würde, oder?

Hello!I’m planning on going to Croatia on my trip this summer but I really want to see the Plitvice lakes. As far as I know we can’t get there by train (correct me if wrong). So I want to make it a day trip from Split, and after visiting I don’t want to go back to Split but to Zagreb instead.Does anyone know if something like this is possible (maybe done it yourself) and do you have to reserve your trip to Plitvice in advance? Any tips more are welcome! grts.

Is TGV covered under Global or One Country passes? It does not show it under France as a line covered but I think it is part of SNCF. Please clarify.

Hello, this summer I am planning to go to Italy with One Country Pass. Since it will be my first journey with Interrail, I have a question.Does my pass includes a train journey to and from the selected country or does it activates with the first train ride in the selected country?I mean logically thinking it probably should include a train to and a return trip to the country where you live, but I just want to make sure.Thank you for answers. :)

Hello all…in reading over several topics I see references to go to the Eurail website for certain tasks.  I have a login account to Eurail.com. Then I found https://eurailplanner.com and tried unsuccessfully to login there with my credentials.  Can someone tell me the difference between the two sites??Thanks in advance  Glenn
