Hey,I have a question concerning the e-ticket of a mobile pass, for a continuous Global Pass.I was wondering, how spontaneously can I decide on a destination and time, is it possible to set and change these even during my travel day? Assuming my intended trains don't need reservations of course.So, for example if I travel within Germany and on a given day I want to go Hamburg — Berlin, and I know that on the same day I also want to go from Berlin to Hannover, but I don't know when beforehand. So, can I freely decide on the exact train just shortly before its departure and edit my trip and ticket during the day? Or does everything have to be set in advance the day before?I hope I'm not double asking this question. But as the FAQ said "Remember, each travel day has a separate ticket, so if you’re continuing your journey the following day, you’ll show a different ticket." I was wondering if it was possible to make changes during the day.Thank you!

Hej,När jag skulle köpa ett mobilpass, så var det omöjligt att registrera födelsedatum.Jag klickade på År, och Månad. men när jag klickade på datum återställdes till den ursprungliga texten “NaN/NaN/NaN”. Vet någon vad felet är och hur man ska agera

My question is , ¿does the resident count where you actually live or where your passport is from? We live in Mexico but have European passports. What Pass do I have to by Eurrail or Interrail?? We want do travel from Paris to Viena and than to Madrid. I appreciate your comments. 

hi, I was just wondering if the interrail pass is able to be used for trains and buses within a country that dont count as a travelling day?

Hi all -I know Freccialink buses in Italy are included in the pass coverage as I’ve seen it mentioned in a Product Information circulatory brochure, but does anyone have any idea what they cost to reserve?Are they included in the €10 reservations for the Frecce trains with which they connect, or do they cost an extra €10 on top of that (or some other amount)?Any help very gratefully received indeed, and and a happy new year to you :-)

Hello, I lost my old phone with my 10-day Mobile Pass registered on it. I was supposed to start using it on January 2nd, but when trying on my new phone could not register it. I have not yet used it and want to start traveling tomorrow. So I need a refund on my old Mobile Pass. I will buy a new Eurail Pass to start traveling tomorrow so my old pass will not be of use to me. Given I NEVER used it and started to request my special case since the day before the original “start date”, I am in position to request a full refund (also have the 100% refund insurance). Hello everyone, I'm planning to go on visit Europe by train, I'd like to go from Paris to Dublin taking a ferry. The ferry from Cherbourg (France) should dock in Rosslare's port (Irland), but then I can't find a train to Dublin from there in the rail planner app. I've never done this kind of trip and I'd really like to visit Ireland, but I can't figure out how to do it, pleasecan somebody be so kind to help?

Hi,if  I take a ticket in the winter SALE can i refund the ticket 100 %? (paper and also mobile)If I book, they mention that i have to pay extra.

Can a Eurail pass be used to book tickets to Monaco/Monte Carlo?  I see that a train travelling between Nice and Ventimiglia will stop in Monte Carlo, but if I do a search for a train specifically from Nice or Ventimiglia to Monte Carlo, Monaco doesn’t come up as an option. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello!I am looking into purchasing tickets. I am 26 but will be 27 by the time we travel so was looking at the youth pass. However I also have a 4 year old who will be 5 by the time we use the pass.I can't seem to purchase the youth pass and the kids one as it says you need to be 18 (which I am). So my question is, do I need to pay for the adults one even though I fall into the youth age bracket in order to get the kids pass? Sorry if there is a question like this already answered I couldn't find it!Thanks everyone! 

Hello everyone,we are planning our trip through Europe. But somehow the high speed trains in Italy have disappeared! Same in France here are all the TGVs between Toulouse and Paris gone.Are these trains not longer useable with the global pass?Kind regards! 

this has probably been asked before, but i am not finding the answer.   i am planning my first trip to europe in the summer.  if i make reservations for a trip from rome to london,  how does it work if i get off at a stop in between?  Is the reservation still effective when i catch another train to continue after the stop?  or do i need to make several reservations? thanks

I wanted to go tomorrow from Maastricht to Barcelona and can not do the trip right now because of the covid variant omicron. When I want to delete my trip to deactivate my ticket and keep it for the next months, It is not possible. It was not possible to deactivate the pass before, as I just received the cancelation of my airbnb in Barcelona due to an infection of my hosts. I already canceled the reservations I had for some trains. I would appreciate it a lot If you could answer me quickly, as I really want to do this trip when the whole pandemic situation permits it and it will be impossible for me to spend 180 Euros again. Would appreciate your help a lot!

I am a UK citizen. Can I travel from my home in Manchester to Luxembourg using just one of my Global Pass 10 day in 2 month tickets , I want to travel to London and then get Eurostar via Brussels to Luxembourg? I know I have to get a reservation for Eurostar and this is an additional cost.I want to use my final ticket from Reims to Manchester going via Paris to London on Eurostar and then on to Manchester in one day?   

I would like to buy two Interrail pass, but I could not register my residence country: Hungary, because of there is no on the list of residence country! What is your advise? Thanks: Gyula David

Hello!I am new here, and I want to plan a trip from Amsterdam to Athens. You can use a pass for a whole day of travel, but is this from point A to point B, or for 24 hours? And if it is only for 24 hours, and you want to travel 2 days in a row, may I assume that is possible?Thanks!

Are any ferries between Italy and Greece included (i.e. not just discounted) in the Eurail Global pass? If so, what are they and where can I find them? I’m a little confused because on the Eurail map it clearly shows ferry routes between the two countries, but when searching the Eurail site all I can find is ferry services that are discounted. Thanks!!

Hi everyone!I am planning my journey from Germany down to Grenoble, France, and realized the Browser & the App show different options for the journey. It is not alway the same connections.What is your experience - which one is the more reliable? How long in advance to you plan trips and what are your tips?My journey might be up to 12 hours, so I am hoping to plan in a way that I do not have to make last minute changes. 

I would like to book the Napoles - Catania (Italy) night train. If I am not logged in, the interrail page shows a reservation fee of 3€ for the normal seat, if I log in to make the reservation, the price change to 97 € per person, thats even more than the normal ticket price from TrenItalia (79 €). How can I book a normal 2nd class seat for € 3? Is it better to make a reservation in the office on site?ThanksEllen

If I search this train on the official Website of the serbian railway company, I find the train http://www.srbvoz.rs/en/timetable/:But if I search this train in the official European Rail Timetable - Book, it shows me only a train from Kraljevo to Raska, and on the official Timetable of the serbian railway company it shows me only a train to Rudnica: https://www.srbvoz.rs/en/timetable-kurir/Anyone here to explain me that problem? :) 

Hi!I started travelling with my Interrail Global Paper pass since december 11. I have four travel days included, but I would like to extend it to 5 days or a two months pass with more days. How would I go about changing the pass? Is it a problem that it is a paper pass? Can my new one be a mobile pass? How long would the process take? thank you trainlovers 🚂!

hello, Unfortunately I typed the name of my girlfriend wrong so she cant activate her pass. We actually wanted to travel tomorrow.. is there any chance to get a fast answer of the customer service?

The train TGV 9570 from Germany to France on 28th December 6:52PM says cannot reserve on the Interrail seat reservation online system. Can I find reservations at the counter? Or does it mean that the reservations are not available for pass holders even if I get it done offline through a manned sales of DB? Also is there any other way? As I really need to reserve it and travel 

We have a trip already started and a partner have some symptoms. We have used one day of the seven days in a month pack. We want know if some covid policy allows to freeze the month to retake later.

I live in Malmo, Sweden and will travel in Oslo in Jan. I wish to also travel from Oslo to Tromso. Does one country pass cover that travel because google search does not show any train from Oslo to Tromso. I also have an opinion that north Norway train network is not connected to rest of Norway.is it useful to buy one country pass for Norway, 3 days for this travel. I will just go and come back to Malmo via Oslo.
