Print At Home Tickets - but we are away!!

Hi,We have been successfully travelling the Rail network of mainland Europe for a few weeks now and largely very smoothly indeed. However, we need to now book a seat reservation from Girona to Lyon and the only option we can get on any website is for them to be posted to our home address. This is no use as we are in northern Italy and live in Manchester! Has anyone come across this before or have any ideas as to how we can get around this problem. Thanks in advance.

How to make reservations so that they come up in the app?

Hi All, I am due to interrail in Mid July and am looking to start reserving seats, but am unsure how to reserve so the seats come up on the app. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks,Billy

Hat jemand ein Interrail-Ticket 1. Klasse und kann für mich nachschauen ob für eine bestimmte Strecke eine Reservierung möglich ist? Der Hintergrund: Ich habe ein Interrail-Ticket 2. Klasse gekauft und dann festgestellt, dass an den gewünschten Tagen keine Reservierungen möglich sind. Bevor ich nun ein Upgrade auf die 1. Klasse mache würde ich gerne wissen, ob es da überhaupt noch Reservierungsmöglichkeiten gibt. Oder gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit nachzuschauen, ob noch Reservierungen möglich sind? Problems booking reservations Bologna Munich

Are there others who have trouble booking seat reservations for your Interrail trip during the summer holidays? I will travel in mid-July.  I have never had any problems booking seat reservations with Interrail in the past, which I have tried several times. The Website and the App just stand and search without any result. I have problems both in the Railplanner App and on the website www.interrail.eu I am trying to book seat reservations between Bologna and Munich /day time. My itenary is Copenhagen- Basel-Zurich-Chur-Tirano-Montorosso-Bologna-Munchen-Salzburg-Copenhagen. However, it only says in the App that it is Bologna-Munich that requires a seat reservation. But is it not also a good idea to book a seat reservation on the Copenhagen-Basel and Salzburg-Copenhagen routes? I am eager to receive some good advice.

Prices temporarily unavailable Bruxelles to Lyon

Hi everyone! I am trying to book tickets from Bruxelles midi to Lyon Part Dieu on the TGV (17-7-22 and 23-7-22) but the interrail site says that either all placed are booked by card holders or that the prices are temporarily unavailable. Is there some other way we can book the tickets? We have a mobile pass btw. Thanks!

Booked 2nd class seats but received 1st class seats

Hey Guys,as you see in the title, I have booked 2nd class seat reservations for trains from Zurich to Milano and from Milano to Ventimiglia via interrail, but I received reservations for the first class in the documents attached to the email. What can I do know? I think I won‘t be able to travel in 1st class with a global pass for 2nd class? I already tried to contact the costumer service, but it takes a really long time for them to respond. Can anyone help me?thanks in advance,David

Reservations - Country of birth drop down menu urgently needs to be fixed- include “Other” option to enter manually.

I am unable to book seat reservations on Eurail as the passenger details page does not list my country of birth. It has been a very frustrating experience. I sent a message via Chatbot on Eurail site, however received an automated message after several days that there is a high volume of queries, and that I may not receive an answer any time soon.I noticed others had previously mentioned in the forum that their country of birth was not listed on the drop down menu. This should have been fixed by now, as others had alerted Eurail of the problem several months ago. All it needs is for the website to be adjusted to include “Other” option for Country of birth, to allow manual entry of country in a text box.  Something else that Eurail need to fix is that the App should allow seat reservations to be done via the App, not to be redirected to the website.

Booking Reservations in Italy (Milan- Florence - Rome) doesn't work

I cannot get the reservation booking tool to accept my requests to book reservations between Milan and Florence and Florence and Rome. Does the system still not work?I find it difficult to believe that every single journey between those cities on 08/07/2022 and 10/07/2022 is already sold outI’d love to know what I’m doing wrong - many thanks

Reservation for Tende - Cuneo trains. Where to book?

Hello together,I’d like to travel from Tende to Cuneo with  an Interrail Global Pass using the RE22956. According to the Interrail App, a seat reservation is required for this connection (though it’s a regional service?!) Is this correct and if so, where could I book a seat reservation (so far not possible via eurail or Trenitalia).  Many thanks in advance!cheers, Julien

Need seat reservation for a train from germany to france, but the bahn webpage tells me reservation impossible

As you can see in the image I need to get that ticket beacause it’s part of my journey from berlin to barcelona, does this mean that i won’t be able to get this train anymore, or does it mean that i have to get it at the station?

Reservation did not arrive by mail. Leaving to travel

I got a reservation regarding destination Firenze to Munchen on 12th of July. One of the routes; Bologna to Munchen needed paper-tickets which shoguns be sent to my adress it was supposed to arrive 25/5  but it seems like it got stuck in the Netherlands and hasn’t gone any further. In contact with Post NL it says it’s been sorted and their custom service said that there are delay in distribution. We leave Sweden June 29th and need those tickets before that.If we don’t get our paid reservation ticket for the destination is it any possibility to get help at a service desk in London at S:t Pancreas to get the ticket? Or what should we do?I have contacted the eurail custom service… and awaiting a response but want to see if anyone here has any clue since the responding time seems to be slow at Eurail.Thanks, Louise

Train from Lyon to Annecy. No reservation required but won't the train be full then?

Three of us are travelling from Paris to Annecy on July 11. We have made a reservation from Gare Lyons Paris to Lyons Part Dieu, and then we have to change trains in Lyons. The schedule says “No reservations required”/ “You’re ready to board”.  We are concerned that the train might be full. We also only have 12 minutes to change trains in Lyons. The train we hope to catch from Lyons to Annecy leaves at 14:08.Is the afternoon train from Lyons to Annecy typically busy? Can we book a reservation, even if it says “no reservation required”?  Is 12 minutes enough time for us to get from one train to another in Lyons? There is another train from Lyons to Annecy at 14:50  but we would have to change trains in Chambery, with only.a five minute stop.

No seat reservations available Paris- London

Hello, first time inter railing, so I'm feeling a bit lost... Just figured out that I need a seat reservation to get to Paris from London, but by the looks of it, there are no available reservations in whole June. So, does someone have any suggestions on a different route I could take to get myself to Paris within Monday the 20th of June? I dont mind traveling the whole day!

Every train ''Prices unavailable''.

Hello, my wife and I purchased Interrail Global Passes for a trip in September.  Every train I try to book has the message "Prices unavailable No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out."  I'm starting to wonder if the pass was worth it!  Any suggestions?

Reservation in night train from Berlin to Stockholm isn't available

Hi everybody, I would like to make a reservation for me and my two friends for our trip to North Europe but there is a problem because I can’t reserve seats or beds in the train from Berlin and the problem is described as follows: “Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”Is it possible that the train is already sold out? I have tried to look for the same train e.g. in October and there is the same problem. I have also tried to book seats on websites of train companies but I wasn’t successful. Physical reservation ticket says it won't be on time although trip is one month ahead

Hi, recently I bought a global pass. Now I am trying to reserve a train seat from paris to barcelona but it says the physical ticket won´t arrive on time. However, my trip is only planned on the 21st of july. I don´t see why this will not be on time. How do I fix this? Can I also just get an online ticket?

San Sebastian/Donastia to Barcelona Sants - Renfe vs RailEurope

Hi there, We were looking to travel on Monday 11 July from San Sebastian/Donastia to Barcelona Sants on Alvia #533. We just got into Spain to book seat reservations. We can find the availability on raileurope.com for full price tickets (https://www.raileurope.com/en/journey/san-sebastian-donostia-barcelona-sants-1ifrp91?leg=outbound&outbound=30e5b4-42e3cb) but on the renfe website, it says Tren completo which I'm assuming it's full. We also went to the ticket office and they said full train too.  Can anyone explain why we can see and buy tickets on raileurope.com if the Renfe website and the office lady says it's full?  Also does anyone have any suggestions on how we can get to Barcelona from San Sebastian if the direct train is full? I can see the ones with the changes in Vitoria, but hoping we can get in earlier than 9.35pm...  Thanks!

Hi,I have created a trip in the mobile app, and I want to add another traveller and make reservations. for that I have to use the online website(?), but when I login with the email I bought my pass I dont see my trip anywhere. Do I have to start over and can I see wich trains I have added online like in the app? or how do I fix this. I haven’t activated the pass in the app yet
