Hi all,Me and my friend need some help. We have tried to contact Interail every day since one week back but haven’t received any answer. Our flight was delayed so we couldn’t start our journey on our starting date. And since this was after midnight we couldn’t change it in the app. Resulting in us loosing one journey. We only have a 5 days-pass, so one travel less has big impact. Do you know if there is any way to still change starting date afterwards? As I said, I have emailed Interail but don’t get any reply. So don’t know what to do.. any idea?
I am a French citizen but who moved to Switzerland to live. France is entered as my residence country on my mobile pass, and I should be travelling by the end odf the week. I would like to change the residence country as Switzerland. I haven’t had an answer from the customer service. Can anybody help me or does anybody know what I can do ? Thank you so much !
Hi there,I booked an interrail pass during the flashsale yesterday and have the following problem now: I was going to buy two passes, one for my friend (the one-month pass) and one for myself (the-two months pass). Apparently I was too excited and accidentally booked the one-month pass for myself instead of my friend. I am aware that sale passes are non-refundable, otherwise I would have just cancelled and bought both passes with the correct names.But I have read that customer service can change incorrect information on the pass before activation so I assume this includes the name? Does anyone have experience with this? I’ve been waiting for an answer from customer service about this and have no idea how long this will take. It’s a little urgent as the sale ends in a couple of days and now I have been waiting to book the two-months because I first wanted to be sure that I can get the name changed on the pass I already booked.Please help!:D

Mi pregunta es que si con el Global Pass y saliendo desde Barcelona me contaría como día de viaje o contaría como viaje de entrada y salida. Es decir, si el trayecto: Barcelona- Milán- Florencia- Roma- Milán- Barcelona, contaría como 6 días de viaje?

Am I allowed to take multiple journey in an out of my residence country for different trips in a different point in time?
Hi,I am a uk resident.I want to buy a 3 month interail pass.My first Journey is going to be from london to Germany between 1st June to 5th June.Then I want to travel again from london to Amsterdam from 15th June to 18th June And then in august from london to Paris.Am I allowed to take multiple journey in an out of my residence country for different trips in a different point in time ?
Sorry for asking, but I am still not clear about outbound/ inbound journey. I plan to travel from Lindau (Germany) to Stockholm (Sweden) as my outbound journey. The connection I would take is a day train and a night train from Hamburg to Stockholm. My concern is that I will leave Germany by this night train after midnight, which means I will be travelling two days to get out of Germany. As I read in other questions this trip is then counted as outbound AND inbound journey right? Are there any advises to work around this issue (except booking an earlier train)?Thanks for your help!!
I followed the advice of AnnaB: It can be wise to make a test just to see that everything works etc. So I connected my pass to the app. and activated the pass with a date well in the future, in this case 9 Apr 2023 and immediately deactivated it. It seems OK, however if I look in “my Pass” I see “activate this Pass by 9 Apr 2023”. Is this correct or usual info? As first-time-user of mobile pass I can still activate my pass on an earlier date?
Hi,I lost my mobile pass, and following the answers from the other questions, I contacted customer service of Interrail.I have already contacted Interrail Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and also opened an issue, but nobody has answered me yet and not even an automatic email has arrived. Hi, Currently completing last minute details for a month long trip through 5 countries. I’ve been able to find perfect times for all of my trains and have added them to my journey. I’m running into an issue where all of my travel days add up to 12 travel days. This leaves me short 2 days on the 10 day pass but with 3 excess days I wouldn't be able to use. I was curious if I’m able to purchase just single days or if it has to be a pass? Any advice? Also, 8/12 of my travel days require seat reservations (one requiring global pass). Is the pass worth it or do you think I’ll end up paying extra? Best, Rachel
How do I activate my greek islands eurail pass? I ordered it and it got delivered. I will be making online reservations on bluestar and hellenic online. Do I just collect my tickets at the bluestar and hellenic counters and show them the pass there? Please guide
Nanja, please help! my friend is travelling with me but her phone broke and she is now trying to open her rail planner app on her new phone but it won’t let her as it is still open on her broken phone. We have submitted community support requests but need urgent help as we are travelling via eurail in 3 days don’t have any other way to get from Lille to Amsterdam, or enough money. her oder number is IN30569800

HelloSo on Monday I am starting my trip below. We are stopping in Milano for a few hours before going to Firenze. So i had to enter the trip as 2 journeysWhen I activated my pass, i tapped on the first journey from Mulhouse to milano centrale and that generate one qr code in my passMy question is when I arrive at Milano right before boarding the train frol Firenze, can I tap on the qr button then, and will it then generate another qr code valid for this one travel day, or will it counts for another travel day? If I can generate several qr code for 1 travel days, one for each journey added, is it better to break down a journey proposed by the rail planner into several sub journey in case something happend in between the sub journey and I would need to change the itinerary? Hello everyone,I am starting my interrail journey tomorrow and I noticed my year of birth in my mobile pass is wrong. I texted customer service via form on the web, thru Facebook and email as well. I claimed it is urgent since I leave on 8th of August 2022, but still with no respond. I am kinda panicking tho.What am I supposed to do? Thank you for your advices. Have a lovely day.
When I go to add a traveler with the last name and pass number I get this error Those details don't matchYou can find the right last name and Pass number in your confirmation email.I have tried all name variations, last name only, first name only, last name/first name, first name/last name. Nothing works. I booked two passes and only one is accepted.
