Hi, allI can’t take my today’s train from Bruxelles Midi to Paris CDG due to some personal circumstances. I’m in Belgium right now, I tried to cancel/refund by phone call but the instructions are unclear. I hold 2nd class pass and I paid for it to be refundable. Replies and advices are appreciated.

Hi, I am visiting Disneyland Paris in October and would like to travel at least one way by train and wondered if the eurail pass would work for me?I want arrive at Disneyland on 1st October so rough idea of timetable would be29th to 30th Alicante to Barcelona 30th to 1st Barcelona to ? & ? to Marne-la-Vallée Would a trip in reverse also work?Any help greatly appreciated.Ali
Hi, everyone.I am planning to travel to Europe in April this year.While looking for the train line, I had a question. Night train routes to Paris to Barcelona are not found on other sites such as omio. However, in the Rail Planner app, routes exist.I'm planning to purchase Eurail Pass. Should I follow the line of RailPlanner?I'm a beginner in traveling. I'm asking because I'm afraid it's a route that's not registered incorrectly on the app.

Trying to reserve seats on Newcastle to Inverness on 12 Apr but no seats available. Seats are available if you buy a ticket (just not reservation only). Family of 4, should we just chance it with no reservations? I need to go home on this date. . Are they likely to release more seats for reservations for interrail users before the date?
I may not have the opportunity to activate the promotional ticket I bought until June 1. I do not want my ticket to be cancelled. How do you think I should go about this, should I get the ticket refunded or does anyone have any other advice? Thank you in advance for your interest.

Hello,Yesterday I recieved the Email from DiscoverEU, that I won a Interrail Travel Pass, I decided for the Flexible Travel Pass.I haven’t understand one thing: With the flexible Travel Pass from Discover EU, how many train can I take during the 7 days where I can travel? On the website is written about 273.50€, but I dont know if this means that I can take as much trains for free, if I do not spend more than 273.50€. If I want to take ten trains for example, do I have to pay only the seat reservations if necessary with my money?Does this 273.50€ refeer to the maximum value of money that I can spend on train tickets?
Hi, we want to take a train from Gare de Lyon to Nice Ville, 6:34AM, 15/01/24. We already have our eurail pass and we have to reserve our seat on this website. However I heard that rail planner app isn`t correct sometimes, so i checked SNCF website that the train is available. But we can`t find that train on SNCF website, although we can find that train on this website. In this case, is that train REALLY EXIST..? I mean if we reserve our seat on eurail website and pay, is there any problem boarding the train unless we can`t find that train on SNCF website? PLEASE HELP.
I reserved a place on Eurail for an OBB Nightjet train but due to strikes my train ticket was cancelled. I ended up paying for a hotel and a flight from Berlin to Paris (my original train went from Berlin to Offenburg, then I reserved a ticket from Offenburg to Paris on TGV, all this was done on Eurail). Where do I submit my applications for a refund to, the ticket that Eurail gave me didn’t have a booking number that was valid on the DB website which I tried to apply for a compensation on.
Ciao a tutti, volevo chiedere se anche ad alcuni di voi fosse capitato che, prenotando i vari treni insieme al suo gruppo, ad alcuni di loro avesse annullato uno di questi durante il pagamento, costringendoli quindi a dover cambiare orario del treno, viaggiando così da solo. C’è per caso la possibilità di cambiare in qualche modo o, se qualcuno di voi ha già avuto esperienze di questo tipo, è sicuro salire su un treno di cui non si ha il biglietto ma lo si ha per quello successivo (la distanza è 1 ora tra i due biglietti) ? Sapete se la compagnia treni spagnola sia particolarmente rigida in questi casi? se incontrassimo un controllore è molto probabile che ci faccia una multa? Grazie a tutti in anticipo
Hello,Currently I'm traveling in Scandinavians countries and I do have 1st class ticket.After a few days I have train from Copenhagen and I'll have to wait a bit in train station. On eurail pass page I found information that I can use DSB lounge free of charge. My question is can I use the lounge to wait there before my train (from Copenhagen will be my first trip).Similar situation I'll have also going from Stockholm. As check out in hotels usually is at 12 I will need to wait around 3h-4h for my first train. Last question about delays. As I mentioned earlier I have train from Stockholm to Bergen - night train, with 2 stops. Looks like there's a lot of time for change, but while I was going to Copenhagen there was many delays and Im a bit worried about that. If my train in any connection will be late and I won't manage for my last connection, what should I do? Next train to Bergen will be around 8am. I'll need to pay extra money for place to sleep and I'll loose 1 of the day from eura
My son and I are both travelling on Eurail passes and we have had to cancel multiple trips due to the strike. How do we get back all the monies paid on the seat reservations. It comes to a few hundred dollars.
I booked the Eurostar from Amsterdam to London. My interrail app (My Trip) says “Not in Pass network”. The trip is within the month of my global pass, I haven’t booked more than 5 travel days and the return trip with the Eurostar (London-Amsterdam) seems no problem. What could be the case??
I’m attending a class in Poland and plan to travel around Europe afterward. Glasgow, Barcelona and Amsterdam seem pretty straight forward.Leipzig, Turin, and Zurich are other cities I’m interested in traveling to, but the map I’m directed to doesn’t have them connecting to the EuroRail line. Does that mean, if I bought a Global Pass I’d have to stop at a different city and then travel to these cities a different way? For example, would I need to arrive in Berlin and then find another method of travel to get to Leipzig?
Hi everyone, I would like to book a ticket for a Nightrain from Oslo to Bergen for the 15th January, but the tickets apparently has to be sent physically and when I enter any adresses (I tire several), it says that the ticket won’t get on time to the location. Has anyone already encountered this problem and give me a tip how to get a ticket? Thank you for your help :-)
It says seat reservations are mandatory. Is this true or can I just hop on. 2nd class Global pass
Hi I am travelling Innsbruck to BolognaI have reserved my seat via obb app. On eurail app it says Not included on italy pass. Supplement required.Do I need to pay a supplement on the train or at Innsbruck station? Or has this been covered in my seat reservation.Thanks
My F1 teens are desperate to overnight in Monaco as our overnight stop from Barcelona to Florence in August (probably Sunday 12th)Would appreciate advice on how feasible it is, given we wouldn’t want to arrive in Monaco too late in the evening and would then want to have time for a morning wander around the F1 course before heading o Florence.

Hello, In the eurail webpage it states train from Chur to St. Moritz “Pass not Valid”. Meaning trip not included in eurail global pass But in the OBB app when I put in Chur to St Moritz (with GP ,interrail/eurail pass ) discount it shows trip as free. Could someone tell me if I can count on the OBB app(site) to be correct? Thank you
