Hi all;I’ve just purchased a mobile pass to travel through France, but I’ve now run into a problem in that I apparently need a “Pass Cover Number” in order to book travel on the French train network, and my mobile pass doesn’t appear to have one of these?Is there any way to obtain a Pass Cover Number for a mobile ticket? The trip sort of hinges on being able to make these French reservations and I’d prefer to not have to do it on the day of travel at the train station!
What happens when you just miss your train, because you couldn’t find it quick enough? And what about the reservations as well?
Hi,I would like to travel from germany to italy.So I checked out the routes and I have to take multiply trains to reach my destination.But sometimes I have only 5 minutes to switch the trains.In another conversation I read that you can hop on a later train when your previous train was late.But what happens when you just miss your train, because you couldn’t find it quick enough? And what about the reservations as well?Thank you very much, Hannah
My pass was bought for me as a present in December 1st 2021. I will not be able to use it due to work until after April 2023, will it last until then or will it run out ? I am nervous about downloading the app and activating the pass as I don't want to start a clock and leave me unable to use the pass.
I am having some issues booking for six. Paris-Mulhouse Ville, 10.20 on the 28th of July.the system doesn’t aloud me to book for six, and I am traveling with children so it’s important we travel at least in the same coupè.And if I try to split the reservation in two (it says it’s only possible to reserve max for 5, unselect some travelers) he doesn’t aloud me to buy the second reservations ( it seem you have already a reservation for this trip) pls help
Hi!I’ve seen this question asked but can’t find a definitive response anywhere. Can I still make reservations via oebb if I only have a one country pass for Italy?When selecting discount, it only gives a Interrail / Eurail - Globalpass option.
I’ve purchased a EuroPass and am trying to make 1st class reservations in the app to a number of cities. Some of them say they are not available. When I try to check out, I get an error that states that some of the legs are not available and to find another train or remove them. I removed those destinations from my cart and try to check out again. I get another error that states one of my trips can’t be booked, but it doesn’t tell me which one. Don’t know what else to do.
Hello everyone!wanted to ask a tip!i’ve never done interrail, i just downloaded the app and have my pass;wanted to ask you what happens if you plan a trip from A to B but you have to change trains, what happens if you lose one connection, can you just jump up on the next train? Is it still valid? thank you

Hello.I’m trying to reserve a seat on Trenitalia but I don’t know where to enter a code or something to apply the discount for having the global Pass. In another post I read that Trenitalia don´t make reservations anymore, but where to do it so, I don’t want to book it in the eurail website for the extra fee.Thanks for your time.

I currently have 9 trips in the planner, and manage to get to the “Review your order” sectionm, but the button to proceed is greyed out (see picture below). What can I do? Thanks for your attention!
Hello , i was in Germany on friday 3th june , i took one pass on web site , the first manipulation was no accepted with my card , that i saw on the computer, so i realised an other Time and now i show on my bank 2 transfer ! 2x 246€, i went to Germany and i cameback to France !! Hi:) i am really new to interrail and really excited about it. However i have a small problem.so i booked a reservation a few weeks ago from Amsterdam Centraal to London. However, my plans have slightly changed and at the date of this journey I am in Bruxelles instead of in Amsterdam. Is it possible to board the train (where I have a seat reservation from Amsterdam to London) also from Bruxelles (which is two stops after Amsterdam)? Or will the reservation not be valid if you do not board the train at the station of your reservation?thankss if anyone has the answer to my question:) have a lovely evening🥰

Hi! So we were looking to get a night train from Zagreb to Split, it says :“You're ready to board. You can buy a seat reservation if you like but it's not required.”But then underneath it it says: “Prices unavailable. No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.” Does this mean we could turn up on the day and get on without a reservation or does it mean it is fully sold out? Any help would be appreciatedThanks!
I have a mobile pass that I think I activated (not sure how as I did not intend to) but now have a new passport number.Contacted customer service via website and received automated reply but not contacted yet.Have reservations for Eurostar and trains in France for outward and return journeys.Possibilites:Wait for customer service but due to travel next Saturday (3 days to sort out)?Deactivate (how?) apply for a refund and order a new pass but will I be able to rebook tickets to match the reservations?Take old and new passports with me?Other option I have not thought of?thanks chris
When I want checkout my reservation for the train from Duisburg to Berlin and from Berlin to Prague I cant finalize the order. With the function “Select Existing Adress”, I am not able to press it which makes it not possible to checkout and finalize the order. Is there a other way to book seat reservations? I’ve tried every browser and on my phone.
As is already covered in another topic, the “trip” concept in the Rail Planner app and on the website are not connected. Which is OK I guess, as long as you are aware.But for some reason I seem to have created several unnecessary trips on the website. They all have me as passenger. I can’t delete myself from the trips, and I can’t delete a trip before I have deleted the passenger(s). Huh? Should I just give up and let them be there, perhaps rename the bogus trips to something obvious so that I know to not get distracted by them in the future?
Hi, I bought a 2 months pass yesterday, and I entered the pass id in the application to see if everything is fine. BUT the app is showing that the pass has been activated. My question is when does that 2 months start? Has that period already started?! I just added the pass no., and I haven’t completed adding a trip and adding ID number sections.thanks
I bought a pass pre-covid November 2019, so I was not able to travel, I am now planning to travel and I do not know what to do to activate my pass. I spent a lot of money on this unused pass. I cannot get ahold of anyone at Eurail. I had sent several emails for months and I just get a generic email. The phone number listed on the pass when I received it by mail does not work, Please please help, This cost so much money and I want to use this. Thank you.

Hi! I have a question. I study in Hungary and I have a residence permit here. But I am a Dutch citizen and have Dutch citizenship. Now I want to buy the interrail pass that's in the flash sale, the continues one. I want to use it to travel from Budapest, to the Netherlands. In the Netherlands I would like to travel from the south to my family in the North, a week later to the east, maybe travel a bit inbetween in the Netherlands, and then from there to Lisbon. However, I wonder if it is possible for me to make several journeys within the Netherlands? Because the website says that it is not allowed in the country you live in, but I don't live there.
