Hi i have been trying to book my seat reservations on the following trains (Krakow-Budapest, Budapest-Ljubljana) using the websites CD and OBB as well as Interrail and cannot seem to do so. Krakow-Budapest on 18th July - On the CD website when i go to purchase the seat reservation it says an error has occurred. On the OBB website there is no option to book this train. We are hoping to get the overnight direct train departing at 23:04 and arriving at 8:20 the following day. I am unsure as to why this is, is it maybe that Polish trains are only able to be purchased 30 days prior to date of the train? Budapest-Ljubljana on 22nd July- On the CD website it says that booking has not opened for this train yet, does this also mean that they can only be booked 30 days prior to the train date? And on the OBB website there are no tickets available. We are hoping to get a direct train on the 22nd and arriving the same day. Thank you for your help!!
I bought my 4 day 2nd class global pass and used it to make reservations from where I live, London, to Amsterdam, then back home, then to vienna and back again. It didn’t show me across the entire booking process the inbound outbound rule. I’ve now booked all the reservations and I have no idea what to do. Really need some help :( very panicked

Hi everyone! I am trying to do some seat reservations. However it appears that the seats in the most of the trains that I need are with “prices unavailable”. Every train is already full? How can I skip this problem?
Bonjour, j’ai mon Global pass. J’ai déjà effectué des voyages en Italie et en Autriche sans problème de réservation de sièges dans les trains de nuit. Mais là, j’ai un souci. Je dois me rendre de Prague à Budapest: j’ai pu réserver mon siège sur le site de la République tchèque. Mais, quand j’essaie de réserver de Budapest à Bucarest je n’y arrive pas. Aussi de Bucarest à Sophia, je n’y arrive pas et de Sophia à Istanbul, je n’y arrive pas non plus. Quelqu’un peut me plaquer ce qu’il se passe svp ?
I am traveling from Amsterdam to Zurich in July. I was able to add the trip to my eurail pass, but when I went to make my seat reservation it says that the seats “may be sold out” and to “purchase a seat reservation at a station in Europe.” Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how I go about purchasing my seat reservation?
If I use the 1st day of my pass to travel from A to B, and then go by boat to C, can I use the 2nd day of my pass to go from C to D? Or do the trips I do with my pass need to be continuous, meaning if I use the pass to travel from A to B, I have to start again at B the next day? Thanks for your help!
I am trying to get in contact with Interrail for more than 2 weeks now, but I don't get any respond and I have no clue what to do right now. I literally tried every way of contact. There went something wrong with the payment and apparently I paid twice, but I only got one pass. So I need that money back, but I can't get in contact. I am worried that I will never get my money back :( What should I do?@Nanja @Leo
Hey there,my sister and i want to travel to France from Germany, Frankfurt. We would like to visit Paris for a few days, then heading south to Marseille and Nice, .... There we would like to visit the smaller towns by train, like Aix-en-Provence, La Ciotat, Eze, Antibes, Monaco,….we kind of would like to be flexible because of the weather. Now the question is if a france pass or a global pass would be a better fit for us? We are kind of overwhelmed with all the informations.We hope to get some thoughts on that! xx
Sent this to EURAIL, asking community if they know how to get this resolved quickly and/or escalate the matter to someone at EURAIL? We purchased the global pass tickets for my wife and I on December 18th 2020, however were unable to travel due to Covid restrictions in England, Europe, etc up until now and now are planning to arrive on July 24th (traveling by train likely same or next day). EURAIL asked us not to seek a refund and instead hang on to the pass, as they would extend it (which EURAIL did). Unfortunately this put us in a situation where now our child is 4 years old, and we are unable to acquire a pass for him (a free addon to adult ticket) and therefore cannot make any reservations for trains, hotels, events, etc - we are stuck until we resolve this as we cannot risk not being able to get there. His information was provided to EURAIL. Please create a pass for him and attach it to the reservation. Email provided. Please make it so it does not end up costing us more mone
I recently purchased a 15 day rail pass, but don’t plan to use it for another month. If I activate it now to start adding train times and such to my trip, will the 15 day duration start, or not until I scan my ticket for the first time?

Hello, a friend of mine managed to get the pass holder number from Eurail despite having a mobile pass. He then managed to book his tickets via Italiarail https://app.italiarail.com/itinerary and received his reservation confirmations. However, I recalled emailing Italiarail’s customer service and they mentioned that they no longer provide reservation services for Eurail passholders as they are going mobile.Does anyone here know if train conductors will still recognize seat reservations booked via Italiarail even though the user holds a Eurail mobile pass? We are worried that we might not be able to board the train as we do not hold physical passes despite receiving the confirmation email.
Is there any other way to make a seat reservation in Spain (Madrid - Barcelona) other than in person at a station in Madrid? We are travelling in August but are based in the US. I'm concerned that we won't have seats if we wait until we arrive in August to make reservations.

Hi everyone. I want to reserve a train from Cluj Napoca to Budapest but I’m unable to even add it to the cart because it says:Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.Anyone else had the same problem? Or is it simply because the train is fully booked? If not, where can I buy the full fare tickets?
I am traveling with a friend from Mexico I am trying to do both of our itineraries as she is too busy to do it. I have her QR code and all of her information I am unable to make her trip. And now I can’t even get to my trip on the app. Is it possible to make reservations for two separate people on the app at the same time?

Hii am trying to book a night train from Rome to Munich but apparently there are no night train from Italy to Germany in July.. I can only find them from July 31I went to the train station and they also didn’t know the problem…somebody has an idea of the problem?thanks!!
Trying to book Nice to Milan seat reservations (really the ventimiglia to Milan section) 11.03on 29th july. Seats are available to purchase but I simply cant find a way to reserve a seat traveling with global passes. Via Eurail I get the same - temporarily unavailable - check back in a few hours message that’s become all too familiar. many help would be extremely gratefully received!!!! I’ve tried OBB by the way and it simply says no tickets available - but I could purchase a fare on lefrecce (basically I’m extremely confused!)

Hello! I have a 3 months continuous pass, and I’m wondering about the specific timing of the duration.If I activate the pass on June 24th, could I still use it on September 24th, or only on September 23rd?
