Hi, My name is Haeun kim. I made a reservation for Eurostar from England to France on Saturday, June 17 by Eurail Pass. The reservation number is R2023286255. Due to the schedule change, the fee was charged through the Eurostar app and the date was changed to Friday, June 16. According to the Eurail reservation, it is 6/17, but I wonder if there may be a problem with taking Eurostar on 6/16. If possible, can I get a voucher by email for the reservation made on June 16th? I need to book a seat reservation from Milan to Venice and Venice to milan I don't know from what site should i reserve the eurial app  don't work Should I active the travel  Day or trip  1s  to be able to book the seat reservation Thanks 

Mid June I’m on my last trip within my 3months Global Pass: Scotland-Northern Ireland-Ireland-England. After staying in Edinburgh I plan to use the connection (train, bus and ferry) to Belfast (via Glasgow, Ayr, Cairnryan), run by Scotrail. Is it correct that no reservations are necessary and I just have to show my Global Pass online ticket?

Hi I will be travelling to France from UK next week with the interrail pass and going on a number of trains that have mandatory seat reservations (Eurostar, TGV).  I made all the seat reservations that are needed separately via other providers.  I now have completely separate pdf tickets for the seat reservations. I just want to check that when I board the train I will therefore need to show my interrail ticket (with the relevant journeys added) that I will generate on the interrail app before I board the train AND the seat reservation which will be a separate document. My understanding is that the seat reservations, as booked directly with other providers, will not show up in the interrail app- they are completely separate?  Is that right? Can the seat reservation be a printed out paper document?   Thank you for your help.

I am commencing my Eurail trip from Athens around 5th August. I cannot seem to find concrete information on how to get from Athens to Sofia (Bulgaria). Some places say there’s trains. Others say I train to Thessaloniki then bus to Sofia. Others say I train to Thessaloniki, bus to the border, taxi over the border, then bus to Sofia. But when I drill down into these ‘trips’ they can’t provide any concrete information past Thessaloniki.If I have to split with train then bus, will the bus be covered on Eurail? I don't want to resort to flying!Please help!

Does the global Eurail pass get you discounts on any of the Ferries in Croatia and if so where do I book tickets? 

I searched that Palma de Mallorca have some train line and i would like to know if i can use my global pass on those trains or they are not included in the pass?

Hello, I am in Norway and I would like to check/book tickets for today and tomorrow. But there is no office open and even the assistance by phone it is "ooo" (it is available only from Monday to Friday).What can I do?If I catch a train without reservation, can I try to reserve directly on the train? Hi, I need to get to SOFIA from France, Italy or Switzerland this autumn. What is the present situation please?Despite my 86 years of age I am willing to go by the long route if necessary.  I travel Interrail to avoid flying and have not done so for the past five years.I saw the destruction of the train lines at the historic Belgrade main station a couple of years ago and I was and am shocked.

I'm traveling tomorrow Morning from interlaken Ost to como S giovanni throw zurich then lugano noseat reservation required but I'm afraid that the trains pr one of them might be fully booked how can I check that I can find a seat Thanks 

Hi everyone, Does Eurail pass cover ICE train in Germany?   

I can't seem to activate my eurail pass using the app, it keeps saying there's an issue and try again later. Then when I try to access the eurail website from my phone it says "You are not allowed to access this page. HTTP error 403" I don't know what to do. 

I´m trying to book a ferry from Paros to Piraeus with my 6 day greek islands pass and it appears a sign that says “the document has already been used at departure”. Does anybody know why can that be happening?

We are planning our first interrail trip trough Europe for this summer and have already booked some trains, but then stumbled upon a problem. We want to travel from Florence to Zagreb on the 12th and 13th of August (2023) and the railplanner app gives us a suitable journey where we take two Euro-night trains: one from Bologna to Villach hbf and one from Villach to our destination Zagreb, but it doesn't seem possible to make seat reservation for those trains. Are we to late? We have also tried different websites, but it does not seem to work or take seat reservations. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this, any other train connection from Florence to Zagreb or do we have to alter our journey?

HelloI bought an Eurail Pass that can be used seven days a month. I'm going on a trip in July, and I set the starting date as the travel date. By the way, can I press the yellow QR code-shaped activation button on My Trip now? It doesn't count as a month from now on, does it?

I was ready to purchase my Eurail pass for my family when we travel to several European countries in July. When I looked at the price breakdown, it had a price for two adults (my husband and myself) and one youth (13 years old). Next to the child price (11 years old), it had $0. Great! However, when I added it to my cart, it said I was purchasing 3 Eurail passes—2 adults and one youth. My concern is that my 11 year old won’t have a pass, so therefore we’d have to purchase his train tickets separately. How will the ticket offices know that my 11 year old qualified under a free pass?

Hi,Anyone please help me to understand if I have followed the exchange process properly.I am from India. I entered Germany on visa. I wanted to visit Paris but by mistake I purchased one country pass instead of global pass and activated it with travel date 18th May. When i realised it, I deactivated the pass. I purchased a global pass and submitted an application to eurail team for exchange just now at 3:00 AM BB on 17th may. so if im right 18th May is not started. Im eligible for exchange refund and all process followed properly  thanks for your help in advance. regards,rajnish k Srivastava 

Hello,I found that the seat reservation on TGV from Nice to Marseille is cheaper for a 1st class reservation than for a 2nd class reservation for Eurail 2nd class pass holders. Is this correct?Screenshot 1 - price  Screenshot 2 - Conditions On the screenshot 2, it says “Pass Eurail Upgrade (AE) - 1st class”.. and goes onto say, “...valid if used in conjunction with a 2nd class Eurail pass….”Am I reading this correct? Is this a valid ticket? It confuses me because the first class ticket is cheaper than the 2nd class ticket.
