Eurostar timetables are wrong and there is no availability at all...is this normal or a glitch?

Hey everyone, I read a bit about the time tables being off, got it. I’m trying to book the Eurostar from London to Paris and literally every single one is the wrong time.  My concern is that I’m trying to book my ticket, and every single train on that day has the error message where you’d normally see the price for a reservation. On top of that, every single train with Eurostar for the next month from London to Paris is showing no availability.  Does this seem like something wrong with the system, or is it standard to need to book further in advance to get anything? I also checked the b website people have been mentioning and I can’t even get the routes to show up… Thanks!

Paper ticket delivery is after I leave for my trip and there is no e-ticket option

Around a week ago I reserved a night train from Budapest to Rijeka on the 8th of July but didn't realise that the tickets don't get delivered until the 6th of July. By then I will already be travelling so won't be able to use the tickets. What should I do as the eurail booking train website didn't let me get an e-ticket for this train and the customer support haven’t responded to me.Any advice on what to do would be appreciated :)

Departing times - will miss the train, can I take the next?

Dear Community,if I added a trip to my one-country pass, but miss the train that leaves on that given time, can I take the next one without changing my ticket in the app?Is it mandatory to follow the exact times?Or is it only important to specify from where to where?Thank you for your reply.zsolt

I need a pass cover number for my daughter and I

Please Help!  On July 8, 2022, my daughter and I want to use our Eurail passes to go from Paris to Nice, France.  However, we cannot book on the Reservations site of Eurail.  We were directed to go to travel.b-europe.com, and we found trains available there, but in the booking process, it asks for our PASS COVER NUMBER, and we don’t have one because our passes are digital on our mobile.How can I receive a Pass Cover Number for the two of us? Is there an alternative way to book a seat on these trains?

Cannot add traveler to trip when making seat reservations

 Hi - I’m having trouble adding the second traveler in my party.  After entering the surname and mobile pass number on this page (I am certain both are correct), I receive the error message in the second screenshot below.  I see that others have had similar problems, but cannot see that there is any other resolution other than to contact customer service.  Is contacting customer service the only solution to this issue? Thanks!

Refund for cancelled train

Have just got a message from Eurostar, that my train departin 19 july from Brussels to London has been canceled. The message tells, that I have to get my refund from Eurorail from which I paid for the seatreservations. But How do I do? It seems very confusing and defenitely not set up for refunding anything.

Booking Reservations via Interrail Plattform / "legs not availble" just before the last step

Yesterday, I had this strong headache with booking reservations:_first everything worked smoothly_I searched connections via “booking reservations” and found the connections I needed_then I made my choice_went to check-out_entered all necessary details (address, telephone)but before the last step, there was suddenly this error “reservations for one of the legs of your journey are sold out” (see pic 1)Ok, I tried again but the reservations were still in my cart. I tried to delete them but it didnt work. System said: “It looks like we can’t remove this journey from your cart right now.” (see pic 2)Weird!Tried to book reservations again today. Now, same problem.What should I do? What can I do? Who has an opinion or a recommendation?Pic 1 Pic 2

I can't get confirmation e-mail because I entered a wrong address. I changed it but it keeps sending to the wrong one.

Hello everyone!I ordered 8 Interrail Passes yesterday for the company I work for. While entering my email address I made a typo. So I never received any confirmation email. I corrected my e-mail address in my Interrail account and clicked on “resend confirmation email”, but it keeps sending it to the wrong address. It is pretty urgent and the order is pretty big, can you help me? Is there a way I can get a call with customer service?Thank you!

Trying to book tickets ''prices unavailable'' Amsterdam- Paris

Hi! This is my first time using Eurail. I have already purchased my pass and was patiently waiting for 90 days before my trip to book, which is today. However, I went on this morning and it’s saying “price unavailable” and won’t allow me to book the seat reservations. It would be on Sept. 7 from Amsterdam to Paris at 7:15am. Does anyone have any insight on this? Do I have to wait longer? I have a few other trips between Sept. 7 - Sept. 13 that I was planning to book as well over the next few days. Thanks!

Pass Cover Number para pase móvil

Buenas tardes,Estoy intentando reservar asiento para 2 personas en Francia a través de b-europe pero me pide el número de cubierta del pase de Interrail. El problema esque tengo un pase digital por lo que no tengo ese número.Quería reservar un tren de París a Biarritz para 2 personas con el pase Interrail para el 22 de julio, la hora de salida son las 20:06 y llegada a las 00:15.He intentado conseguir el pass cover number rellenando el formulario que he visto en otras preguntas pero me ha sido imposible ya que me piden un número de pass Discover EU, el cual no se qué es, ni se si lo tengo.Necesito ayuda para conseguir el pass cover number del Interrail y poder reservar. He leído que llamar a la empresa de tren sale caro por lo que necesito ayuda para que me envíen el número de cubierta. Delivery issue "Based on our calculations, your order will not arrive on time" Euro Night train

Hi, I just tryed to book my seat for my trip with my friend from France to Croatia. But the 2nd train from ZUERICH (Switzerland) to Zagreb (croatia), need tickets delivered by post…  But the website doesn’t accepte because the delivery time of these tickets is too long. Can I make reservations even if the planner says none required?

How can I make a reservation when the planner (online with "book reservations") says that a reservation is not required? I want ensure we have seats and am willing to pay the reservation fees. We want to travel on an EC thru Germany and Switzerland and then Regional train from Switzerland to France.

Pass cover number

I am trying to book seat reservations trains in France. I need pass cover numbers for myself and my husband to do this. How do I get a pass cover number for a digital Eurailpass? The trains are TGV 6074 Nice Ville to Marseilles St Charles and IC 4764 Marseilles St Charles to Toulouse Matabiau on May 6th.

Hello, this is crazy... just as I was boarding a train my pass completely disappeared from the app and there is no way I can recover it. I tried everything. So I'm travelling with no ticket after posting all kinds of money for a 3-month continuous pass. This can't happen. The app is utter garbage. And there's no phone number to call for urgencies like this  Anyone can help NOW?

How do they check the reservation of the trains? Are reservations connected to the app?

Hello guys, I have made a reservation with the eurorail website for myself and my group. My question is if this reservation is connected in any way with the app where we have our passes. From what I have seen, in my reservation (Salzburg-Venice) it only puts our names.Thanks!

Pass Cover Number for seat reservation (mobile pass)

Hello. I am trying to book a TGV using my EURAIL PASS (mobile). It doesn’t work on the app so I am trying on https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv but as many other people I am being asked for the PASS COVER NUMBER which I haven’t received because my pass is mobile.How do I get the Pass Cover Number please….  PS: I see there are lots of other thread on this but no answer really….

Patrasso to Pireo- Interrail Greek Islands. Don't see discount option on Trainose website

I would like further training. When booking the Patras-Piraeus section (on the trainOSE website) I do not see in the discount section the one referring to interrail and therefore cannot apply any discount. How is this possible? ((I have 6-trip Greek Islands Pass))

Pass transfer to new device

I have attempted to contact your customer service six times.I will be contacting PayPal to cancel this service since your team remain unresponsive to my polite and correct requests. I made a purchase and was issued a mobile pass which I installed on my phone.My phone was stolen while I was traveling in an Asian country.I now have a new device. I have filled in forms, sent emails, asked and asked and asked for support to have the old pass cancelled and a new one issued.I have provided all the credentials and many days notice.I need to travel now.I don't want to hear from the "bot". Obviously Zendesk is not assigning my request to anyone... "Two days", "very busy" are now unconvincing excuses.I need Eurail to help me OR cancel my pass and issue a refund.

Children and sleeper services Salzburg - Zagreb - on payment page it says ''not all be kept in same compartment''

Hello,I’m looking to book tickets in a 3-person sleeper compartment on the overnight service from Salzburg to Zagreb on July 11. Our family is me, my girlfriend and our daugher, 4. On the OBB website, I select the triple, 3-bed compartment. The price is around €258. When I go to pay I get a warning that we will not be all kept in the same compartment, which rather defeats the object of paying extra for a 3-berth room. I understand that a man and a woman travelling together but in a 3-berth compartment would be split up according to their sex. But I don’t follow the logic in our case. Three people, three beds. The only explanation I can think of is either (a) they only have a few spaces left and we have to be split up individually across compartments (b) or they don’t consider my daughter old enough to warrant her own bed. I think the latter is more likely. So my question is: has anyone had a similar experience and what is the best solution for guaranteeing that we are all together in o

I’ve added a trip to my pass but when I try to reserve seats i get the message that there are none available and Ive got to purchase a full price ticket to be able to board. Is this right???
