 Hello. My name is Gheorghieș Ema Maria, I would like to know if my DiscoverEu subscription/tickets has been activated and how to plan a trip from the application?

I can’t seem to get my hands on tickets for Edinburgh to Gloucester on the 24th of September.  Trainline.com haven’t yet released tickets (is this normal for just over a month out). Eurail.com says you can’t book them there. acprail.com say dates not available.  Any other ideas? I’d love to feel organised as I’ve booked accomodation.  thanks so much for your help :)

Hello everybody, i’m planning my next interrail and i live in a city close to Venice.My first travel will be Vicenza to Bratislava, using one travel day. But if i add the train to Rail Planner it counts two travel days. Is that correct? Should i really use two travel days, even if it is just a travel from one city to another? 

Hi.I have a 5-day pass; because of a 1 hour train delay, I will miss all of my connecting trains amd will arrive the next day, instead of on the same day. In consequence, I would need an extra travel day, which I don’t have. Am I eligible for a refund for the ticket that I have to buy myself?Thanks in advance

hello I’m on a train now.  I created a trip, activated a travel day but cannot add the pass to the trip.  Please see screenshot with no option to add the pass. I am using an iPhone.  User error?  I saw a mention of deleting the cache but I can’t find a reference to this in the help / FAQ. 

Heyyy, does anyone know if its’s possible to get a refund for booked seat reservations booked through the Interrail website? I thinkt the company is Deutsche Bahn.If you know anything about it I’d appreciate a reply :)Thanks for your help.

Hello everybody A friend and I are leaving next week on our interrail trip in Europe. We would like to start with discovering the Greek islands, but when checking the timetables at the website of Interrail, there are no trains available to Athens. So we know the Hellas expres does not drive anymore so we are thinking to take a bus, but which bus connection do you recommend to get easy and on a budget to Athens?  ThanksssKato

hi, i am travelling from Copenhagen → Stockholm, Stockholm → Kiruna (overnight train), Kiruna → Stockholm (overnight) and then stockholm → Copenhagen. Does this mean 4 travel days? I am unsure of the overnight train, if it counts as a day or 2 days. Also I assume im coming from Copenhagen, I should buy the global pass, so a 4 day global pass? Thanks!

Hello, I have a problem with my interrail app. I tried to ad a journey to my home for the 25th of august, (inbound/outbound journey) but out of nowhere it was added to the 18th of august. Now i can't delete it and i can't add new journeys or anything else. can you help me? I feel stuck. Greetings, Siem

Why is that?I’m trying to book a ticket from Amsterdam to Paris which is in over 2 ½ Weeks. And Interrail does not allow me to use ANY of the reasonable thalys train times, despite me spending 250€ on this pass.There is still plentiful options avaiable on thalys’s official website – but I would have to spend the full price to make use of it! Plus why would I even consider buying separate tickets if this website brags about their partnerships with thalys and after I spend this much money on a pass that doesn’t serve any use.The fact that this company seriously expects me to spend 140€ on another seperate ticket, making the pass 100% useless is completly ridiculous and I am not recommending this do any of my friends after this trip is over.

Hello everyone :),just a quick question, if I buy a new pass and exchange it for an old one. Does the exchanged pass then have the new end date or the old end date? Thank you :) Jakub

I just bought my interrail Pass for youth People and realized that I indicated my wrong birth month. Because of that the Pass would not be valid from friday onwards (wrong birth date is the 13.8). I already contacted the customer Service, but didn't get any replay. Since it will expire (?) soon, I'm afraid that it can not be changed afterwards and I have to pay the whole Pass again. Additionally I wanted to start my trip next week. Should I just cancel my Pass, pay the 15€ Fee and buy a new one before saturday or what can I do? 

I’m having problems making seat reservations for my trip in august, as the web is not accepting the payment once we have gone through the entire process (this is happening to my friends too).Does anyone know how to solve this?Thanks in advance

As of yesterday, all the reservations I tried making on Eurail’s website is not working. Everytime I try to check out it gives an error bug and goes back to the main homepage. Tried with multiple countries & trains. Is this the same for everyone else?It is quite a pain to go to each train website to manually make seat reservations

Can anyone tell me what happens to my seat reservations if I miss the connection.Can I easily transfer it to a later train by talking to someone at the station.I am concerned I don’t have enough time to get from Paris Nord to Paris Lyon (50 minutes is what the Interrail Route Planner did).I think I would like to cancel it and transfer to a later train to give more time. But then I’d have to cancel the reservations which seems tricky. How do I cancel a seat reservation?

Hello, I am trying to make seat reservations through the Eurail online website for 3 routes (Zurich to Milan, Milan to Cannes, Cannes to Paris). It allows me to add all of them to my “My Cart” but when I click on the “Traveler information”, the website glitches and takes me back to the landing page. Please help! Is this a website malfunction? 

Hey, I have a question for the mobile pass. Can I add a train on the mobile pass on the day i want to travel with it, although i have a Ticket with Barcode for this day. To example 2 hours before i get on the train. Hier nochmal auf deutsch: Kann man bei dem mobile pass einen neuen Zug für einen Tag für den man schon so ein Barcode Ticket hat, ein neues Ticket hinzufügen, wenn zum Beispiel mein einer Zug Verspätung hat und ich einen neuen nehmen muss, da es überall heißt das ich diesen Barcode brauche.

Hello, I need help , I live in France and I have a 1-month Global Pass. My first trip and from Paris to Zurich then from Zurich to Buxelles, the Brussels-London train stops at Lille in France, is that a problem because the train passes through France, my country of origin? thanks

Hello Friends. I am travelling to Europe this fall with my wife and 4 kids (8, 10, 11, 14). We have plans to visit England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Germany, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Spain. My question is, does the Unlimited pass work on all trains? I know some trains will require a reservation but I want to know if it will work on all trains, or just some. For example, we are spending 10 days in Holland and would like to use the pass to travel around the country between the major cities (Amsterdam, Delft, Utrech, Harlem, De Hagg, etc). Will the unlimited pass work for this? 

Hola! Empiezo a viajar mañana, y ayer me salía en mis travel days que había usado 1/5 y ahora me salen 5/5, ¿sabéis por que puede ser?

My friend bought an interrail ticket for me but entered my country of origin rather than my country of residence. Now I would like to change it. I already contacted the customer service but they still did not reply, and I already see some of the trains I would like to take getting booked out. However, I read that customer service can only change the country of residence if the pass is not activated yet, so I dont want to book the trains already (as then I would have to pay reservation fees twice).  Is there a way to book trains already, to change country of residence yourself, or to speed up the process?  Happy about any tips! 

Hi! I have an interrail mobile pass and have saved my trips on the trip planner app. I have activated the tickets with the grey slide button but somehow the tickets do not show up in my tickets or keep disappearing. Can you help me please?

I activated 6 passes (my family) on my phone but used the confirmation number rather than the passport number in the required box. (Long story, embarrassing I know) We have booked one trip it’s not for another month.  Can I deactivate and then deactivate (on same device) with light affecting my trip? (I’ve paid for reserved seats)Thank you kindly in advance :)
