Hey hey everyone! It is really nice to be here :) I’m currently looking into the Greek islands pass, and I wanted to know if there’s any page where I can find the ports for the ferry’s? It would be cool to have this handy to book the accommodation close to the ports. Also, tips about the best itinerary from Italy to the Greek islands would be much appreciated! Thank you so much, and nice travels! :)  

Hi, I’m in need of assistance. I bought a Eurail pass and was told to book my reservations for my Spain tickets at the ticket booth. However, I’m nervous that they will sell out before then. My trip break down is as follows:  Sevilla → Madrid on the 27th of August Madrid → Barcelone on the 29th of August Barcelona → Valence (France) so I can get to Marseille the 31st of August please let me know!!  

Hello! I purchased the wrong pass and have not used it. The pass is a 15 day continuous one (did not buy PLUS) . I bought the correct pass (15 day flexi w/ PLUS) & I need to exchange them immediately because I begin traveling in 2 days. I sent a request but need to know if I can activate and use my new pass while I wait for the refund. I understand the refund of that original pass could take months but if I activate and use my new pass will it cause the refund to not work ?

Hola!!! Necesito reservar unos billetes a París desde hendaye, y en la página de reservas me piden un número pero que solo tienen  los pases impresos. No se cómo hacer, por otro lado , he mirado Barcelona -paris y tampoco me deja reservar. Alguien me da alguna solución? Alguna idea de rutas chulas sin tener que reservar para 1 semana más o menos ? Gracias !!!!

When I go for buying the reservations, interrail proposes me options that it's impossible to buy. How can I organise in advance my travel in this way, if I can't know before the trains I will be able to take or not?I think it is really a problem that false options are proposed when preparing the travel. I've gone to buy the tickets immediately after preparing the travel and a lot where not able to buy. 

The eurail site info page about the Bergen railway says both that the Bergen line is ‘fully included in your interrail pass’ and then that ‘reservations are mandatory’, which is it?

I would like to refund my reservation for the NT 472 from Bucarest to Budapest - has anybody been successful in doing this before, and if so how would I go about it.I would also be happy to swap to the same journey on a different date, if that would be at all possible.Thanks!

Hi to all, I’m planning to go London from sofia via train but i didnt even travel once with neither interrail nor any other train. When i look into i saw that the route from sofia to london is a bit complicated one. So i need help from other experienced travelers. I only know that i need to go paris for london but i’m stranger to these things but wanna try. So my questions are on average how much it would cost to me, how many days it would take, is it reasonable to take train rather than plane, Which route i should take ? and what should beginners need to know about interrail and etc.

Hi. Is the night/sleeper train from Madrid to Lisbon available again? Or is it still suspended?Are there other night train options? How about a sleep bus?Thanks.  

Hi, the page advertises for tickets that require no previous seat reservations, see here.When clicking on any of these ticket offers I get redirected to the global pass, which then says it requires seat reservations.Does anyone have encountered that question or went through an interrail ride without previous reservations?Thank you very much for answers :)

Hi everyone,I’m planning to travel from Kassel, Germany to Velje in Denmark soon and it will be my outbound trip from Germany.When I look up the trip via the Interrail app, it shows me a route with a 23 min train-transfer time in Hamburg. As I’ve had quite a bit of delay traveling with the Deutsche Bahn lately, I would like to take an earlier train to Hamburg. However, I cannot seem to be able to set up the desired transfer time in the interrail app so I’m wondering whether I could just book the two connections separately; that is, Kassel-Hamburg and then Hamburg Velje.While I suppose this should be possible, will both trains still be included as part of my outbound trip from Germany?

Hello! I’m having trouble reserving some trains throughout my trip, because it says it’s no available. For examen, a train from Prague to krakow on September 12 (ec 115) from 10.02 to 17.06 hoursI cannot book it online or on the appI’ve had this problem with other reservationsI cannot book it in the country of departure because it would be just a few days before and I am afraid there isn’t gonna me seats

My rail planner app is telling me I'm offline, when I'm not, and won't let me access my pass. I also cannot add a new trip to my pass 

I have purchased a global pass with my family. As the interrail.eu website was a mess during thepromotion, I ended up puchasing the pass through another reseller.On the interrail.eu website, is there now an option to make reservations? Their system does not recognize that I have a pass as I purchased it elsewhere.Is it possible to enter my pass info somehow? Do I now need to make reservations through the national systems that I saw described elsewhere on this forum? Thanks

Hi, I have booked reservation tickets from me and my souse. Now I want to book tickets from my kids but the system is not allowing me to book for them separately. Will I have to cancel my books and then book for all of them together? Or how can I book for them separately on the same train ?

Hey everyone, the title says it all. I’ll add journeys to my trip, then add them to the pass, but whenever I pull the pass up the QR code is never recognized. This has happened in multiple countries at every step: the ticketing area, on the train, etc. does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks.

Hello, I’m planning to go to France (Lille-Lyon) and am curious if anyone has experience with the following: I’m comparing booking a seat reservation via the travel.b-europe website and via the interrail website, and I am particularly interested in the refund policy. I found this:Interrail website: cost of seat reservation: 12 euros, yet I did not find whether you could get a full refund when cancelling before departure. Travel.b-europe: cost of seat reservation: 20 euros, and it seems you could get full refund if you cancel before departure (so-called “High Flex” fare, yet there aren’t many details about it to be found, so I am not so sure about this one either).Could anyone confirm or correct the information I found, as it could be possible I will have to cancel this trip because of personal reasons, and that’s why I am searching for the most convenient ticket option. Thank you very much for your help!

Can I reinstate cancelled 3 global pass purchases? Cancelled within a few mins and deducted 15% might as well reinstate it or atleast give me a promo code so I can buy and not lose too much?

I have been trying for several days and the website for seat reservations for first class ( I also tried second class) is not working. I guess only at train stations reservations can be made, this is what information from Deutsche Bahn said. Entur from Norway does not answer telephone, I tried twice and waited each time for more than 20 minits. Deutsche Bahn information was very helpful.

Hi in a couple of weeks im going interailing and to be safe have made all the appropriate seat reservations. However on one of them it says they expericed technical difficulties and i have been charged but havent recieved either the tickets that experinced no problems or a refund and am unknowing of what i should do.

I am trying to book the following and when you get to travellers details it bounces you back to the search section. I have tried booking each on their own, with the same problem.

Hello,I am struggling to buy seat reservations. Every time I go to checkout, I am able to enter my billing details, but when I try to progress and I click “go to traveler details”, NOTHING HAPPENS. I have been trying for hours, and I have tried on my phone as well as my laptop, on wifi and on data, and still nothing happens. It just remains on the cart webpage. I am starting to get extremely sick of this. Please help if you can. Thanks!

Hey,I want to activate my pass and set the first travel date to the 9th of september. Sadly I can’t choose this date because it is greyed out. The only possible days for pass activation are the next few august days til august 31. The mail I got with my pass said, that I could travel until september 30 and have to activate my pass before august 31. I wrote you emails, but got no response after several weeks.Please help me
