Los horarios no están disponibles en Timetable de Eurail

 Alguien puede informarme por qué, desde hace dos días, es imposible acceder a los horarios de trenes cubiertos por Eurail (con y sin requerimiento de reservas.) ? Estoy programando un viaje y de pronto me quedé sin esos datos. Esa herramienta es muy útil, pero desapareció, y no sé por qué... Soy de Santa Fe, Capital - Argentina.

Global Pass Question - 11 months to activate or complete travel?

Hi there,Our family is ready to purchase a Global Pass 10 days/2 Months. Per the conditions on the site I see that we have an 11 month deadline to use the pass. Does this mean we have to activate the pass within 11 months, or complete our 10 days of travel within 11 months?Due to possible (but hopefully unlikely) new Covid issues I want to know when would be our last day to cancel the pass and get a full refund?  The site says a full refund is possible if one cancels “no later than six months from the last possible activation date of the Pass”.For example if today is January 31(purchase day), Expiration day 11 months from now would be December 31 and 6 months prior to this is June 30. So would June 30 be our latest cancellation day?Our first day of using the rail system will be in late May, so I think we are OK here, but just want to make sure as there seems to be some ambiguity of the terms.Thank you! John

Night train Venice to Paris, how do we reserve the sleeper portion?

My wife and I plan to travel from Venice to Paris, via Munich on the Night Jet and then TVG in Oct 2022. We have 1st class Eurail passes and know we need to book the sleeper in 90 days prior and 120 days advance for the TVG.How do we reserve the sleeper portion?  I have checked the Night Jet and it wants to book it as if we do NOT have passes.Thank you.

Want to visit rome, Florence, naples.   Dose euro rail serve these towns?  Is there option to get hotel through euro rail?.   If i get Italy euro pass can go round trip to rome?   Is there a phone number with live agent?   Your robot rubbish!

Paper Eurail Pass Appears to be Lost in the Mail

I have not received my paper pass even though I ordered it on November 26th of 2021. The tracking updates have also stopped updating, with the last update being on January 1st 2022. It seems as if my pass may have been lost in the mail. I would like to obtain a mobile pass as a replacement for my paper pass.   After reading through the return and replacement policies it seems that an exchange is only possible if I send the paper pass back. Is it possible to obtain a replacement pass if I am unable to send the paper pass back due to it being lost in the mail?

What Pass should I choose for my trip?

Can someone help me with the pass i need please? So my plan would be start from my home town and travel to London i want to travel to Norway so i know i need to travel via various country's i want to keep the cost down so only overnight stays in hotels en-route if i really need to.I wish to be in Norway from 3rd August-7th August so will book 7 night accommodation then do the journey home. May not travel around Norway so much while we are there will maybe hire a car . I am travelling with my teenage son so need to keep him in mind . we are both quite easy going but as a mum i need to make sure we are both safe.

What is the best way to travel to Split?

Hello!I am searching for a route between Berlin and Split. Right now, I have 2 options: by Flixbus from Zagreb to Split, or with a nightboat from Ancona to Split. Both are not fully covered by the global pass. What is the best way to travel to Split? (I think by boat, but the journey to the boat isn't pleasant in my opinion)Thanks!

Which pass? One country or Global Pass?

Hello, why is the global pass cheaper than the one country pass? We are wanting to interrail around Switzerland but it is cheaper for us to buy the global pass. Will this still give the same experience as one country pass? :) thank you

Outbound journey; only one journey?

Am I reading the rules correct that if I want to travel from Inverness to France, I can only use the Interail pass for one journey, I.e. either the Inverness to London or the London to Paris but not both?

How to get to certain landmarks/activities? Are buses covered?

Hi, I was wondering how I get to certain landmarks, activities etc that are not reachable by train. Let’s say that if I stay at a certain hostel somewhere, and an activity is 1 hour away, how would I get there? I assume bus is the common answer, do I just buy a ticket in the bus or are there certain bus companies that are covered by interrail? Thank you, David

Travel Diary: do I write my departure and arrival station or also the transfer cities in between?

Hi, I was wondering if I have a transfer, do I also have to write that in my travel diary? So if I were to travel from Brussels to Nuremberg with a change in Frankfurt do i have to write: from brussels to nuremberg and then from nuremberg to frankfurt or can I just write from brussels to Nuremberg on my travel diary? how to book - works on the line

I wasn’t able to book a nightjet ticket for July on the Amsterdam to Vienna route via ÖBB as there weren’t any routes showing in my search. So I asked ÖBB’s customer services why this was, and got a reply today: “The reason why the Nightjet from Amsterdam to Vienna is not bookable is due to construction works. The timetable still has to be worked out for this. Therefore, please keep trying to book the desired journey.” Does anyone know about this, and when the timetable is likely to be “worked out”? I am a bit confused about the advice to keep trying! I’ve got a whole family holiday resting on very specific travel requirements, so would appreciate a bit of help understanding if I should just find an alternative if if it’s likely I’ll be able to book this route in a few months. I could ask ÖBB but the last reply took 11 days so thought it would be faster here.  Thanks!

Eurail Global Pass Ref: TLVCPYI am a tourist from India who got this pass prior to my travel to Europe. I had used the Eurail Pass on a few occasions in the past years. Those days it was just physical paper and I had to just put in the date of my travel before I board any train, it was easy and simple to start with after validating the pass at a train station before my first travel.With this digital pass I had downloaded the app and tried working on it. Sooner I realized to have done something and lost the 1st day of travel (19th of Oct 2021) even without traveling anywhere. I had to make my travel on 21st morning from Geneva to Rosenheim (Germany). So on 20th visited the train station at Cornavin, Geneva I showed by Eurail pass details entered in the app and also by travel details for next day. The person who attended me at the Information center said my Eurail Pass was all set and I can have an hassle free travel. Next day at Geneva Aeroport train station again I went and asked a per

Booking Paper reservations while travelling. How does that work?

Hi, I am planning to go interrailing for three months, but I don't have a plan on where to go exactly. So I wanted to just make reservations as I go. I was wondering however how that would work with the physical reservations that you get in the post. Since I won't have an address because I'm traveling and I won't be in the same place for very long I was wondering how that works. Thank you, David

Rail planner app - Dublin is missing

Hi, I am planning to go from Cambridge, England til Dublin, Ireland - but Dublin is missing from the Rail Planner App. The problem is not just that there are no routes going between these two cities, but that I cannot even choose Dublin as a destination. What does this mean?

Interrail pass days

Good afternoon. Today i’m planning my summer trip with some friends, using our interrail pass, and we have a big doubt about something we are thinking to do. The question is pretty simple. If we take a train before the day ends, let’s say, at 23 hours, and we arrive into our destination at 6 hours of the next day, to say an example, will we be wasting two days of the pass? Or on the other side it’s only taken into account the date in which you take the train at first. Thank you very much.

Booking ferry tickets from Bari to Patras

HelloMe and my friend are going to sail from Bari to Patras the 2. of June 2022. We are holders of a interrail  2. class global pass. I have read on interrail‘s website that we with this interrail pass are able to get free deck passage when traveling with Superfast ferries. But when I try to book our journey online at their website I’m not able to choose the category “ interrail global pass 2. class” and therefor I can’t get any discount. Can you help me? How do I book trickets frem Bari to Patras?

Seat reservations are charged although you have Global Pass?

Hi,I bought a Global Pass, but now I'm trying to book seat reservations (some of the trains say it's mandatory) I'm being charged for Every train I try to make a seat reservation. I'm talking about +8 to +38 Eur, just for booking a seat. It's this ok? Aren't there any options of reservation without being charged?My route is: Barcelona to Paris, Paris to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Berlin, Berlin to Rome.  Also, I don't understand why I cannot book a train from Barcelona to Paris. It says go to station, but I'm in Argentina... And I need to book it in advance. Could someone help me? :( Thank you!

Night train reservation Budapest-Krakow, available as e-ticket?

Hi all! I had a question regarding the night train from Budapest to Krakow. We are currently looking at making a reservation for January 30, but it says it can only come with registered mail. However, we are already on the journey, so we were wondering how this works, and if you can receive the ticket by mail or E-voucher in your app? Also, can you book a reservation for two so you are seated next to each other? Or what is the double sleeper? Thanks!
