I will be traveling from Paris to Rome in September with my three young children and partner. We have several stops along the way: Paris- Strasbourg- Basel- Zurich- Milan- Rome. All have short times between trains, but in Zurich, we only have 7 minutes! We are coming into Zurich from Basel on the IC 571 and need to catch the EC 329 to Milan. Is this possible? How do I find out where each platform is, etc? 

I have an eurail global pass. On Eurail it says “ Prices temporarily unavailable. Check back in a few hours to see prices and book this seat reservation. Going from rome to florence on 27 aug 18:10 trainBut I found it on ItaliaRail website, how do I book seat/reservation only so I don’t pay for the full price ticket? 

Hey everyone,I requested the refund of my pass with “Plus” option in March, since our desired destination is currently pretty close to an active war zone.Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with the refund on your side. I really understand, that you are receiving a lot of request these days, but it should be possible for a company to do a wire transfer within more than two months. The E-Mails I received in this matter yet only told me, that the issue is still pending - I can figure that out by looking at my bank account.This is a really frustrating situation, because it is about the budget for our vacation. We are disappointed that the support team has not been able to give us any more information yet and hope that we have more luck here.Best regards,Bene

Hello, actually my friend and I are travelling in the north of Poland, and the controller said that our QR code is invalid. Even if he read all informations bellow the QR Code, he doesn’t believe us and ask to pay another ticket. How can we manage this situation ? He didn’t know the interrail pass, the QR Code is invalid, and he thought that we lied to him about are ticket, which were valid ! please help us..

I have just joined the community and see that there is an issue with interrail passes that were supposedly automatically extended to August this year, but are now showing as expired. I realised yesterday (18/05) that my passes had also disappeared as I prepared to use them in a few weeks time. I have contacted interrail but, like others, have only received the automatic reply that they are very busy.Has anybody yet succeeded in getting their passes revived yet. I have tried the “solutions” suggested in earlier posts with Zero success.

Hello. My family is traveling to Spain next week.We have purchased a Mobile Pass and downloaded the Rail Planner App. We are taking 5 different trains throughout our trip. I was able to find and add 3 of the trains by selecting them from the list of routes. I had to manually add 2 of the train routes as they were not showing on the list of available trains. Does it matter that I manually added the trains? I want to make sure those trains are in fact available on the days we are needing them.How and when can we make our seat reservations? Is it true that we cannot reserve our seats until we are at the train station or 24 hours in advance? I would like to do them now, so I don't have to worry about it once we are in Spain!Thank you!!

If it says $0 Canadian does that mean all the seats are sold out?  

Hey!Me and my girlfriend recently bought an interrail global pass that allows us to travel 5 days within one month. We already chose our destinations and it seems that we only have to make one reservation in our entire trip. For our first train, we travel from Bruxelles-Nord to Wien Meidling on June 27st. Our train leaves at 19:43 and directly goes to Wien, arriving at 9:11 the next day. I have been trying to make a reservation for the two of us with Interrail, Deutsche Bahn and CD, but all of the platforms indicated that the reservation was impossible. However, they didn’t give me any reasons for it. I was wondering if the train might already be fully booked, but when I tried to book via the Belgian railway (NMBS) platform, I didn’t get any problem notifications so there must be some places left. Could it then be that it’s still too early to make a reservation? Have you any suggestions for me? Would it be a good idea to go to the Bruxelles-Nord railway station and make the reservation

I cannot find the Caledonian Sleeper direct train from London to Edinburgh in the Rail Planner app. There are only options with one transfer. My questions are:(1) Is Eurail pass still valid on this train in 2022 whether it is a direct train or a train with transfer?(2) Is Eurail pass not valid on Caledonian Sleeper direct trains anymore now?Thank you!

  i cannot delete empty travel day that still didnt came. I've seen others with same question. this is urgent! there is no option to delete it. support doesn't answer back. i need to delete travel day on 21.5. and make a new one. any suggestions?

Hey,I would like to travel from Zagreb to Split next week Monday!  I could not figure out seat reservation for the train only. Also I could not find the option of a night train, using the Croatian website,  only the one at 3pm -9pm . can someone help me?  

Hi, Can I ask if Champion Jet 2 is part of your fleet and can be used on the Greek interrail island hopping ticket. I am looking at buying the interrail ticket for my son of 15 years and we will book direct. Are there any extras on the interrail Greek ferry ticket .ThanksGeraldine

im catching a tgv from paris to geneva 29th June. it says booking is required. i tried to book but it seems to be fully booked.It says "Prices unavailable. No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board." Am i allowed to stand or sit on the train floor without a seat reservation. All the trains for the day say the same thing. I tried booking on other train sites and all say fully booked or don't give option. If I have an eu rail pass can I use that amd just stand on the tgv train, or is a seat reservation essential?

Hi there, I am trying to book the bernina express on the interrail app, but it says that the it is not in pass network. Although when I look it up on the website it says that it’s included with interrail 

I ordered my paper pass like 45 day ago and it hasn´t arrive yet, i start my travel in 5 days! so i need to solve the problem immediately, do you know if i can change my pass to a mobile one??? please i´m really worried 😭This is the 3th time i buy an eurail paper pass and is the first time it happens to me😣

I have been trying both on the website and the app to book reservations but I can’t add a traveller.I have reached out to the customer service several days ago but no one got back to me and now my depart is imminent. Why is there no way to contact anyone about this??

Hi, I accidentally bought the wrong pass and so I followed the steps on the interrail website to exchange it for the correct pass. I sent my request over two weeks but all I’ve received is a string of confusing emails saying my requests have been merged and most recently an email asking to rate their customer support. I’m not sure if this means my request is being processed or if it’s somehow gotten lost.Should I send another request? I’ve put off doing this as I don’t want to confuse the matter further.It would be Ideal to talk to interrail customer support directly but I can’t find any contact number. I’m currently travelling and will be needing the money from the refund very soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

HelloI have just received my interrail tickets by mail, however I have not received either the maps or the wristbands.I would like to know what should I do to receive the complete package?I'm from Lisbon, Portugal and I´m wondering if I can go to Santa Apolónia station to receive the rest of my order. I really want the bracelets and maps and I was very sad to see they weren't inside the envelope.

If I’ve decided to take a certain journey with a couple of change overs but the train is delayed meaning I miss my change overs, is it still possible for me to check which trains are ok for me to take with my pass and just take them? This happened the other day so I only completed half my journey from the ticket that was scanned and on the other half of my journey no one scanned my pass.  Basically what I’m asking, as long as it’s within 1 travel day is it okay to get as many trains as you like (if other trains are missed) and the scanning of the ticket doesn’t matter. 

Hi. I would like to book seat reservations for the trains from Hamburg Hbh to Verona. Bound for the 5th of August 2022 at 22:12, via München (arriving at 06.04 and leaving at 07.34) for Verona Porta Nuova at 13.26 on the 6th of August.  On the Eurail website it says that this trip is included in the interrail pass and that I don’t need seat reservations for any of the trains. However, I would like to be guaranteed a seat.  On the first train (Hamburg to München) I can book a seat via Eurail, but for the next train it says it is unavailable (perhaps because pass holders seats are sold out).  If I go to Deutsche Bahn I can book seats for the whole trip. My questions is therefore, if I can use these seat reservations for both trains? Or if I will be given a fine/taken of the train on the second train (München to Verona) if the pass holder seats are sold out?  Thank you so much for your help!

Hello together,I have a question regarding the inbound and outbound journeys.I want to travel from Munich to Paris but I need to change the train in Stuttgart. Are those trains all included in the Global Pass when it is in one day or do I have to book a seperate train ticket to Stuttgart?So is it just 1 train or is it 1 entire journey to the final destination?Thank you very much for your help.Best regardsMarius

Can I get a train from Maidenhead to London and then to York using my Eurail pass?

For example, when I land in London or Amsterdam, can I use these two locations to reserve seats for Spain, Portugal, Italy? Eg salerno to Rome, Lisbon-Porto
