Hello,I am a travel agent and booking train travel on behalf of my clients, one of whom uses a wheelchair.  They both have Eurail passes, but they want seat reservations on all the trains so they don’t have to do anything themselves. The tickets that are eTickets are fine because I can see the reference number, which I use to go to the individual rail provider websites to change their seats to wheelchair seats. However, on the printed tickets, they will be receiving them, in a month!! I can’t wait that long to make the changes to their seats.  How do I figure out what their booking reference is on these tickets??

Hi Eurail Team, I purchased my tickets back in Feb20 to travel but couldnt because of Covid. The borders are opening up and i would like to exchange my current paper eurail passes to mobile one to use in my upcoming trip. I have tried to call the agent who sold me the tickets, howver found out they have been liqudated. And i have contacted Support and they have asked to wait 48 days. It has been 72 hours with no response. I am travelling to Europe in May and wish to get an extension on my Global passes in order to use them. I look forward to hearing from you. Linda. 

I am trying to book my seat reservation for 8th may for my trip from london to paris. There are no available seat reservations showing on my app. When i try to book through B-europe.com - its asking for my pass cover number. I really need to travel on the 8th from london to paris as i have further hotels booked. Can someone help me with seat reservations?

I am trying to book a reservation for a journey from Paris, France to Nice Ville, France, however, due to a technical glitch on the website it won't let me reserve a seat. The reservations are for sure available when I'm not logged into my account. I need a pass cover number but I have a mobile pass, can someone please help me get a pass cover number from my online pass?

Hi there!I am new to the interrail community and I am not sure how to work with it, so maybe you can help? :)This summer I would love to explore Czech by bike. I am only able to go around 10 days. What is the most efficient way?The one country pass will be (I think) the best pass for my situation. That means that I can hop on the train in Keulen and go to Berlin, and from Berlin I can go to Prague (day 1). Then I can go back the same way (day 10). I saw that it’s only available to get a one country pass for 3 days, but I can't travel inside Prague since Prague is the only station in Czech. So one day will get lost? I don’t really know. Also, you can only use it for one month, but does that mean 4 weeks or for example only the month July. Because I can only go from the end of July - beginning of August.Besides that I would want to take my bike, but I cannot find any information about this.Does someone know how this works and how I can organize my trip?Thank you so much.Kind regards,Jess

Hi there. My partner and I have bought a 4 days in 1 month interrail pass, as we're planning a trip to Brussels and Rotterdam. When I go on the Eurostar & Rail Europe websites and put in the details of our departure (London to Brussels, Friday 27th May) there are trains and seats available.When I try to book the same journey using our passes through the Interrail site, it shows a €0 fee, implying no seats available, and will not let me book. Why is this the case when there are seats available through? Is it an issue with your site?Please let me know asap, as if we can't travel on the 27th using Interrail we will need to cancel our passes, as it's not worth the money if we can't use it for London to Brussels. Hi there,i planned my trip on the interrail-website and there was nothing wrong with it (i thought)I live in Germany and want to start my trip here.The start would be Hamburg and the outbound-journey would be to the Netherlands. After a few days I want to go to Linz (Austria), which requires trains across germany, but start and destination arent based in Germany so I think it cant count as inbound/outbound. The route isnt crossing my hometown either.On the last day I want to travel from Linz to Hamburg as inbound-travel. Is this possible since the planner-app rejects this? Thanks for your thoughts 

Hi there I am trying to add my pass to a trip but it is saying I “used my travel days” .. however I have a two month continuous pass and have only had it for 2 weeks. Please help!

I sent a message almost 2 days ago to customer support with no answer.  My app is showing  that I have completed two travel days on April/25th and I have only one travel on that day.  I need the day I paid for for my last portion of the trip.Customer support is not giving a prompt service.

When I log in to the website, there is a single “My eurail trip” under my trips. On the railplanner app I created 2 trips with different names.How do I get the trips to be the same on the website and on the app? I want to be sure the reservations I am adding through the website are going to the trip I am using on the app.

I want to book a reservation from Paris- Barcelona and Barcelona - Marseille. Both can only be delivered by post. I‘m leaving tomorrow so i can’t use my own adress and wanted to use the one of my second hostel. I‘m staying there 06.05-10.05 and the reservations are for 13.05 and 17.05. i filled out the adress and everything but below there was a message that due to their calculations it won’t arrive on time. I don’t know how long the shipping takes but i‘m confused on how to book those reservations. Is my only option at a train station ? It’s still 14 days away so i don’t get why it won’t arrive in time ? Booking at a train station seems risky because what am i gonna do if the train is full for that specific day ?

is the global pass useful for cities within the same country?  besides being able to use it between countries? Thnx I’m new here! ❣️

HiI have an interrail ticket and I want to take a tgv train from paris to basel. I see that I have to get a seat reservation, which I know how to get. But I also see that there is a supplement required and I really don’t find any specific information how to get this supplement. Is it already included if I buy the seat reservation? If not, where can I get it and how much will this be?I really hope someone can help me with this!! :) as I am looking for this info already for hours.Best of wishes from SwitzerlandRahel 

hello, I would like to take an Interrail pass and when we planify the road trip on the map, we add more nights in each cities (for exemple berlin from the 17th until the 20th),and  the price increase from 226 € to 271€. but normally the price is about the number of the route we choose, not the number of the nights we spend in each town? 

I wonder why I can´t see my reservations in the Railplanner App which I make via my Eurail account? In the account I got now some Tickets to Print? Is it possible to move these Reswervations to the app and to connect it with my pass?

Hi, we have bought a 4 day greek Island pass. When we are planning to stay in Naxos, we want to take a daytrip to Mykonos. But the only ferries we can take from the attica group is too long between (arriving 12:10 and departure 22 something). So I was wondering if I can use the pass on the ferry to Mykonos and then we order a ferry back to Naxos with another ferry company and pay ourself. But when we are done staying in Naxos and on our way to Santorini, will this be a problem in our passes? Because it will look like we are traveling from Mykonos? Since that would be the last travel day in the passes.

Dear travellers,I am travelling through France next September. I found the eurail or europe interail might be a good option. I know I have to pay extra for seat reservations, no problem. Many years ago when I was on the classic interail (aged 20) I used only the cheapest trains, not to pay for extras. but now, I am looking for comfort associated with possible discounts. My question is:when boarding a train in France with the adequate eurail pass (I am planning for the 5-day travel in 1 month option), if the seat is reserved and paid for (the extra for reservation), do I show my pass and reservation receipt? That’s all? Am I subject to any other ticket besides the pass I have already paid for, and the extra reservation also paid for?When I travelled back when, I just had to show my interail pass. Hello,I have a Global Pass and I’m trying to make reservations for an overnight train from Paris to Rome on May 8th with sleeping accommodations.  The first train reservation from Paris to Turin seems to be available as usual. The second is a nightly train between Turin (Torino Porta Susa) and Rome (Roma Tiburtina) from 20:40 to 05:53.  When I try to make a seat reservation through the Eurail website, the reservation shows a message:        Prices temporarily unavailable        Check back in a few hours to see prices and book this seat reservationThis message has been there for a few days. I have tried the app, it refers me back to the Eurail website.There are instructions on the Eurail website that recommend booking online with ItaliaRail as an alternative.  The instructions say that you are able to select “Global Pass” in the offer menu to book reservations only, and that way  you do not pay the price of a reservation plus an additional ticket. I am not able to find this option for a

In have a Mobile Pass and I planned a trip in Italy.Now I wanted to book seat reservations for the trains where I need them. If I choose that I have a Mobile Pass in the Interrail Planner App, it tells me that I can only buy reservations in person at train stations. Apparently, it’s only possible to buy reservations online if I have a Paper Pass. But I just found that a bit weird and I was wondering if there is actually no way to buy online reservations with a Mobile Ticket. I would be really thankful if someone could help me here.And if I have to buy reservations in person, can I just buy a seat reservation the same day at a station in Italy? Is it just as simple as that?Isn’t it possible that it’s too late if I buy a reservation one day before or even at the same day?Thank you really much!

I'm trying to make a reservation for myself with a global interrail pass and somebody without a interrail pass. How can I make sure we are seated next to each other? The app automatically gives me a seat in a coach that is not available on the Deutsche Bahn website

So I placed a EUrrail reservation for a trip I’m planning in a couple weeks, and had the paper pass for RENFE shipped to my hostel ahead of time. After talking with the hostel it seems like the package required my signature and ID to be received so the paper pass is stuck in transit.Is there a way to get EURail to provide me the confirmation number of the RENFE reservation for me to be able to reprint the pass when I land in Barcelona, or should I just cancel the reservation and rebook.

I have ordered 3 sets of tickets, but only received 2 sets of tickets.  The receipt shows that I paid for all 3.  All 3 legs show up on my reservation overview.  But, there are only tickets associated with 2 of the legs.  I can not download a ticket for the 3rd leg.  We are traveling with 2 other families.  They booked all 3 legs and received e-tix for all 3 legs.  Help!

I am trying to book seat reservations via Eurail within Romania to travel between Bucharest to Brasov to Sighisoara on the 30th May 22. It seems like all of the inter-regional or night trains require a seat reservation, but Eurail’s website shows the following error:Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board. Are all the inter-regional or night trains booked out a month in advance? it doesn’t make sense. Can anyone help?

Is it possible to buy a ticket to travel in one country, but still be able to go from your own country to the country you want to go to? FE: you wanna travel in germany, but you still need to go from the netherlands to germany. Or do you need to buy a global pass in this case?
