We’re very keen to use rail, not air, to get to Croatia from the UK this August after two years of pause … but have no idea whether a Eurail pass is the best way to do that.  Is it?

Hi! Me and some friends are planning a trip this summer and everything is going fine but one detail. We’re trying to book seat reservations for a train between Prague and Warsaw on June 19th but can’t because “prices unavailable”. Does anyone know why we can’t book it? Is it already fully booked? Do we have to wait til 30days before departure?Any help is greatly appreciated!Sincerely, Kalle

I booked a Global Interail pass for myself and another for my child to go from Paris to the south of Spain and return. I had done many simulations and saw that the return journey from the country of departure to the country of destination was included in the pass. But as soon as I want to book to go from Paris to Barcelona, I am asked to pay 34 euros per passenger ( or 68 euros extra. Please confirm if the first Paris-Barcelona ticket is included or not.

hi me and my friends are planning a trip around in Italy, i have a question about the night trains. if we for example order a pas that says 5 days within a month, and I take a train at 13:18 and arrive 14:00 the next day dose that count for 2 travel days?  dose a night train cost 2 travel days? 

Hello everyone,I've bought an Interrail Global Pass for 3 July - 10 July. I want to travel from Amsterdam to Prague and later from Prague to Munich, and from Munich back to Amsterdam.However, there is one thing i don't understand. The website of the Deutsche Bahn says a reservation is required for every high speed rail as well as night trains. The travel plan of the Interrail website tells me i do not need to book a reservation, but that it is possible to do so.However, i cannot add any train journey to the cart. The ‘add to cart’ button is not clickable: Am i too late for booking? I have not received my pass yet, but i will get it within two weeks. Thank you in advance, Kind regards

So I know how the inbound and outbound days work this is just a question about the rules. My question is does the return day have to end in my hometown.Say I live in Southampton  UK (I don't) would it be possible to end my trip somewhere else in the UK which is not where I live as long as it keeps within the rules and in the outbound) inbound days. For example on the last day I go from Paris to Manchester instead of Paris to Southampton. Or do you have to go to your town of residence 

We have bought an Interrail pass to move between Spain and Portugal this summer. We took the mobile pass option. We went to the train station to buy the seat reservation necessary for high speed train in Spain. They have advised in addition to the ticket, we must have the trip registered in the app. But some trains do not appear in the app… can we add them manually? Another option: can we get a paper pass if we already got the mobile pass? thank you!

While booking train reservations for my Global Pass, the ‘continue to traveler details’ button does not work at all, even after I filled in all the information required. I think the button is broken. Can anyone help? This is a Milan Centrale - Venezia S. Lucia journey. 

Family of 6 traveling through France and Italy in July. We purchased Eurail Global Mobile Passes. We are unable to reserve seats without our Pass Cover Numbers. If anyone could be of assistance, as my emails have gone unanswered, we would greatly appreciate it! Thank you in advance.

Hi, My friend and I have booked some trains for our trip. When booking, for example, we clicked on one for 7am. I’ve just looked at the e-tickets and it says 6am.  I understand there are different time zones however, these countries are an hour ahead of the UK so why has it gone back an hour? Just very confused. Thank you

I bought an interrail pass.I downloaded the  interrail appI made an account for interrail.eu.I have a trip in My trip ( a trip in Norway)Then I go to the reservation system to make the reservation for this trip. And it is not possible, because it says: you have no trip.What is wrong?

Hello! I am having trouble booking the train from Vienna to Split (EN 1153), as it appears that it is not possible to make a reservation. “Prices temporarly unaviable”Is this because it is still too early to buy them? Or are they already sold out? Or do I have to buy them elsewhere?I would be very grateful for any comments that someone had on this route. 

I am really confused by how unintuitive this app is. There are three of us and I have all the Mobile Passes on one device. Is this the first mistake? Then I noticed that I can plan a trip, but I can't assign it to all three people... I hope it will get easier with time. So the question remains: How do you do it when you travel with several people? Each person better have the app on their own device? Does anyone have any experience? Thank you!

We’re older travelers so maybe this app thing is simply beyond us bu then again, we use a lot of apps these days. But we followed instructions and downloaded the app. Online on the desktop I can see our reservations but somehow the app is not connecting to those reservations. How do we do this?  What is a trip? What is a journey? There are no definitions anywhere.  We named our tip online Our 2022 Trip on the desktop. Wouldn’t the pass connect to those reservations? But the app keeps wanting to set up new reservations.We’ve got a mere two days before we need the passes. Is there an actual human out there??

Hi there,I have just purchased a One-Month global continuous pass. I am looking to do a ferry trip from Valencia - Ibiza however when I am on the Direct Ferry website, I am unable to locate anywhere to input my interrail pass of which the website states that it covers ferrys or at least discounts them. If you would be able to give me some feedback would be much appreciated as need to keep costs down.If anyone knows how to make these reservations with the pass?And roughly how much this would cost? Many Thanks

Hi! I recently purchased a Eurail pass and I was planning to make several overnight trips. However, I am quite confused wrt to making seat reservations on the OBB website. I have quite a bit of confusion regarding “one-way tickets” vs “seat only”. I have already purchased seat reservations for all legs of the journey for 3Euros each, apart from the Nightjet train(which I could not make a seat reservation) but I am unsure if I need a one-way ticket instead. I am traveling from Paris nord to London tomorrow at 11:13 and my travel pass switched the date to the 28th. When i click on that train it shows the 27th but is under the 28th. Idk how to make myself more clear on that part. I also cannot view the QR code and the 27th isn’t showing up on my travel days. 

There is a journey I want to take that can’t be found in the Rail Planner app, so I need to add it manually. I am traveling with my family and adding all trips to all five of our passes. The manual trips either don’t appear at all or appear for a short time and then disappear. I’ve also had another journey that wasn’t added manually disappear from the passes of two of my daughters. It seems I am unable to add any journeys at all for the two of them for May 9. We have two month global passes and they have been activated but we haven’t taken our first travel day yet. We are using iOS version 23.1.0 on an iPhone. Thank you!

Hello,I am a travel agent and booking train travel on behalf of my clients, one of whom uses a wheelchair.  They both have Eurail passes, but they want seat reservations on all the trains so they don’t have to do anything themselves. The tickets that are eTickets are fine because I can see the reference number, which I use to go to the individual rail provider websites to change their seats to wheelchair seats. However, on the printed tickets, they will be receiving them, in a month!! I can’t wait that long to make the changes to their seats.  How do I figure out what their booking reference is on these tickets??

Hi Eurail Team, I purchased my tickets back in Feb20 to travel but couldnt because of Covid. The borders are opening up and i would like to exchange my current paper eurail passes to mobile one to use in my upcoming trip. I have tried to call the agent who sold me the tickets, howver found out they have been liqudated. And i have contacted Support and they have asked to wait 48 days. It has been 72 hours with no response. I am travelling to Europe in May and wish to get an extension on my Global passes in order to use them. I look forward to hearing from you. Linda. 

I am trying to book my seat reservation for 8th may for my trip from london to paris. There are no available seat reservations showing on my app. When i try to book through B-europe.com - its asking for my pass cover number. I really need to travel on the 8th from london to paris as i have further hotels booked. Can someone help me with seat reservations?

I am trying to book a reservation for a journey from Paris, France to Nice Ville, France, however, due to a technical glitch on the website it won't let me reserve a seat. The reservations are for sure available when I'm not logged into my account. I need a pass cover number but I have a mobile pass, can someone please help me get a pass cover number from my online pass?

Hi there!I am new to the interrail community and I am not sure how to work with it, so maybe you can help? :)This summer I would love to explore Czech by bike. I am only able to go around 10 days. What is the most efficient way?The one country pass will be (I think) the best pass for my situation. That means that I can hop on the train in Keulen and go to Berlin, and from Berlin I can go to Prague (day 1). Then I can go back the same way (day 10). I saw that it’s only available to get a one country pass for 3 days, but I can't travel inside Prague since Prague is the only station in Czech. So one day will get lost? I don’t really know. Also, you can only use it for one month, but does that mean 4 weeks or for example only the month July. Because I can only go from the end of July - beginning of August.Besides that I would want to take my bike, but I cannot find any information about this.Does someone know how this works and how I can organize my trip?Thank you so much.Kind regards,Jess

Hi there. My partner and I have bought a 4 days in 1 month interrail pass, as we're planning a trip to Brussels and Rotterdam. When I go on the Eurostar & Rail Europe websites and put in the details of our departure (London to Brussels, Friday 27th May) there are trains and seats available.When I try to book the same journey using our passes through the Interrail site, it shows a €0 fee, implying no seats available, and will not let me book. Why is this the case when there are seats available through? Is it an issue with your site?Please let me know asap, as if we can't travel on the 27th using Interrail we will need to cancel our passes, as it's not worth the money if we can't use it for London to Brussels.
