Hello,Bit of a panic! We bought a 5 day pass for 2 adults, a youth and a child (11 years old) When we have looked at the pass to book some train reservations her name does not appear. Has anyone had experience of this? Is there something I am missing? We have an email from Eurail where it says 2 adults, 1 youth and 1 child. But the child doesn’t appear on the pass app.I have been trying to get in touch with customer services but I have only managed to chat with a bot and they have been no help at all. Please could anyone give me some information?Many thanks,Chris

Can I only get out of my home country once and back once or can I go back to my home country and go again to another country? The description is a bit confusing as it sounds like it’s only possible to get out of Germany, stay outside for a month and get back? I would like to travel, come back, stay at home for a couple of days and go into another country.

Hi,Since January 2022 I am a nomad without an adress. I'm interested in a pass but I will need to enter my country of residence, which I assume could be the adress I use as a post adress. Nevertheless I would like to visit friends and family in the same country but I would need more travel days then the outbound and inbound. Could I use another adress of someone I trust? I don't need the paper pass, only the digital one.I would like to be able to travel a few days around my 'home country'.Greetings 

So I’m 27 years old now and turning to 28 at beginning of july. Let’s say if I start travelling at august or later, can I buy youth pass or should I already buy (was it adult?) pass, though I’m not yet 28? I’m really grateful if someone can help me with this, thank you🙏

I travel from Zermatt to Perpignan, it looks like I have to make a reservation for the part “Valence Tgv Rhone Alpes Sud” to Perpignan. I can not find how/where to make this reservation. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you,

Trying to get from Paris to either Munich or Berlin, and then to Krakow. Is this possible on eurail? The goal is to see a mix of WW1 and WW2 sites

Are seat reservation prices static or can they increase as the date to travel gets nearer?

Hi,I am thinking of taking the train from Amsterdam to Munich which leaves at 20:28 and arrives at 6:03 am the next day. It is necessary to change trains between 23:40 and 23:55. My question is, if there is a delay on the second train, will it be necessary to use 2 days of the interrail pass?Thanks 

Where it says ‘domestic trains’, does that mean for only trains inside that country (this is for Germany) or does it mean for all of Europe. Or, does international mean anywhere outside of the country that these rules apply (the rest of Europe). Eg. if I were to travel from Berlin to Brussels would I be able to take any of the Domestic trains or would it have to be international? 

Hi Eurail CommunityI apologize if I ask too many questions. I am new to this trip planner and I just bought two Global Mobile Pass - one for my me and one for my wife and I have added both Pass into my Eurail App currently installed in my i-phone. So in my i-phone there are 2 Passes now. We are targeting to visit Europe in August this year.So, here is my situation. I have created in my Eurail App a total of 2 Trips - one named for me and one named for my wife. After activation of these Passes, I will now use the planner to look for journeys and then save these journeys to each of the two Passes and then connect these journeys to each of the two Passes. Only then will we get a Ticket (barcode ticket). Can I save multiple journeys to my Trip and duplicate those journeys to my Wife’s Trip? And then, will each journeys in my Trip and will each journeys in my Wife’s Trip be ticketed individually per journey like one ticket for departure and another ticket for the return (example for 1-day A

Are Southwestern trains in UK and Frecciarosa in Italy covered by the Eurailpass? They seem to be but they’re not in the Eurail partners list on the website.

Hi, I have a 1st class 6 day pass that I intend to start using in a week. I would like to know from experience how others have found the travel around Switzerland by train? Already have plans to visit a number of areas in a week so as I understand it:Each day I want to travel I need to use my phone and add the train journey to it (so Basel to Zurich for example as a journey in the app) Certain tourist type trains (such as the Bernina Exp). require a seat reservation too.One question, with the 6 days I know I can use them any day in a month but I will be using them one day after another so do I have to plan journeys in calendar order? So can I make a seat reservation on the Bernina Exp. say on the 17th today, add to the app as a journey and then tomorrow add a journey to the app for the 14th? My pass is set to be active from the 12th.Many thanks for thoughts and advice

Hey, so i´ve tried to get my reservation for a train from Budapest to Prague on the 10th September from 9.40 am to 16.42 pm. But this doesn´t work saying i should try again later.Then i´ve tried to book reservations for a T3 - Sleeper on the same day but in the evening which should arrive in Prague by 8.42 am. But when i try to book this one it gives me an error code when i try to review my booking just before checkout. I really need some help because i also can´t book a hostel whilst not knowing if I need it or not when i travel by night train. Thanks, Luca

Hello everyone,I’ll be travelling with interrail this summer, together with my friends, and we’re looking at the different ways of reaching Split from Bratislava/Vienna. The easiest way would be using the Euronight train going Bratislava-Vienna-Split, but I can’t find any way of booking reservations on the train for a lower price than the ticket itself. ÖBB, which is the only site where I find tickets to the train, doesn’t change the price when the interrail/eurail discount is chosen. Is this night train not included in the pass/sold out on pass holder seats, or is there a way to get reservations without paying for a whole ticket? If there isn’t, what are the other options for a (low-cost) connection between these cities using only one travel day? From what I can tell, there’s night trains from Zagreb and Budapest to Split, but these seem even harder to book reservations for. I’ve been looking specifically at the train departing 28th of June, but this appears to be the case for other d

Hi there I am trying to book my train from London to Paris on May 29th at 13:31 pm and it shows that all seat reservations are unavailable nor the next day.  Can someone please help me book my seat reservation? Hey, I just created a whole tour through europe in the summer and now i want to make all the necessary reservations but im getting into big trouble whilst doing. My train from Bruxelles-Midi to London St.Pancras on the 29th August from 17.21-19.00 says that the reservation is `temporarily unavailable´ and i thin it can´t be overbooked cause all the other trains that day do perfectly fine. Also i tried getting the reservation via the offiial website for the eurostar but there this train doesnt even exist what makes it even worse. This is not the only train with which i got trouble so i would really appreciate some help. Thanks, Luca

Hi, I’ve been trying to book the overnight train to Rovaneimi from Helsinki but it only shows me the timetables and won’t allow me to book without a Eurail pass. The pass is hundreds of dollars (US traveler) and I’d only be booking this train with return and the speed train from Paris to Provence. Thanks!

This may be a silly question, but here goes:  if one purchases a “10 days in 2 months” pass, can you use all 10 days in the first month?  Or are you required to spread them out?  Thanks! 

Hi, I have a mobile global pass (10 days in 2 months). Unfortunately, my phone broke in the middle of my trip and I am unable to add my pass to my new device. I tried to reach our to the customer support through email and social media but I'm yet to receive a response. I'm very worried as with each passing day, I stand a chance of losing more and more money as I have already made accomodation reservations in multiple clities. I feel helpless about it and it is too expensive for me to buy tickets for traveling while they work on my case. Is there by any chance s physical office of Interrail that I could visit in Germany or the Netherlands to fix this issue? Hello! My current phone got formatted last night due to software updates. In it the pass was valid. And now I when I try to add my pass again on the same device but since it's formatted, I'm unable to add because the app shows me an error that it is already valid on another device. Could you please deactivate the pass on that device so I can again validate on it again?I have already raised a request using the form but it seems that would take a couple of days.So it would be great if you could do it quickly because I am travelling tomorrow and I would need to show that pass.Thank you for your help in advance. Best Regards,Shubham Kapoor

I'm writing to you with specific question about seat reservation. I would like to book reservation for six people for connection between Nice-Ville and Paris. Specifically 11.06.2022 7:16 PM. I have option to reserve couchette for only five people. Is this an error on website?For six people there is no option for reservation.

Mes questions sont: - Est-ce que c'est possible d'avoir des réductions pour un groupe aussi gros. - Comment pouvoir esquisser des itinéraires sans devoir acheter les interrails a l'avance. -Et est-ce que vous pouvez nous faire l'itinéraire si je vous communiques les villes dans lesquels nous voulons nous arrêté?

I will be purchasing a Eurail Pass for a trip in June and July. I have been looking at the destinations and some of the places I plan to go do not show up in the Rail Planner, but I know that trains go there because I have traveled on them before. Can I use my Eurail Pass to travel to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Berchtesgaden? Neither one of those destinations comes up when I search for them in the Rail Planner. I want to make sure of this before purchasing my passes. Also, if they do not show up in Rail Planner and I can indeed use Eurail Pass to travel there, how do I make reservations if they destinations do not appear in the Rail Planner. Thanks.
