Hi community I want to buy a 3 month continuous pass for my daughter as a gift. Should I create an account with her name and password or can I use my details? Will she have any issues accessing the App etc

Hallo, i have a specific question, for which i couldn't find an answer elsewhere.If i buy the three months tickets with 50% sale, do the whole period of the 3 months has to be in the next 11 months or can i start the first month on the 11th month? Meaning that the second and the third month would be over the given 11 months Thanks! 

Hello!I booked a 7 day pass and I cancelled a travel day and my pass is now showing I have used 2/7 days even though I have no trips booked. My travel dates are in June so I’m well ahead of cancellation policy. Has this happened to anyone else? And how do you gain these days back?Thanks!

I am considering buying a eurail pass for my three month backpacking trip in the summer/fall. Looking through the options, the 15 days within 2 months is the best option, but I was wondering if there was any way to spread the 15 travel days over three months.

Hey,I am going to be starting my travel from Bologna/Italy. I was wondering if booking reservations for each train is a must. For example, If I were to go to Florence from Bologna which takes 25mins, would it be okay not to book a reservation? Or do I need to buy 1 for sure? Also, when I go on interrail’s app, it says for most of the train tickets, I must book a reservation. How can I know when I need to book a reservation? Can I just not get 1 for short trips?

I specifically want to purchase the paper version of the interrail pass.

Hi all! My 4 day eurail pass is showing 2 travel days been taken for the exact same day with no journey added. I haven’t used the pass until today. I tried to make reservations on may 1st but it showed that seat reservation is required, and when I went to the station to get a seat the train was sold out!

I'm trying to buy a pass and when I enter my home address I received massage: Please try using the English alphabet. I'm for sure using English alphabet. My adress is with the number 16i, it takes not the “i”. I will book only at the interrail-site, becaue there is a supernice discount.

Hi I purchased the eurail pass 10 days in 1 month ticket recently and I was wondering for overnight trains does it utilise 1 or 2 days out of my 10 days?For example I will be departing Switzerland on the 3/6/22 at around 9pm and I will be arriving in Amsterdam on 4/6/22 at around 8 am. Does that count as 1 or 2 days out of my 10 days? Would gladly appreciate any answers, thanks !

We will be traveling from Vienna to Poland overnight tomorrow and need to make reservations. Our train gets to Vienna at nearly midnight tonight so I know that the ticket office will be closed. I tried to make reservations in Italy but they said they couldn’t do it. I realize the cars sell out but I have no way to do it early. Is there a way to make these reservations at a kiosk once we arrive? We have mobile global Eurail passesthank you 

My husband and I will be visiting Italy June 10-22. Is it too early to make seat reservations and get train tickets to the places we will be traveling?

Hello:) I would like to download the mobile pass to several smartphones. The FAQ was quite unspecific on whether that is possible. Does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of smartphones you can connect THE SAME mobile pass to? best regards

I’m thinking about getting a Global Pass for two months.But I want to travel like a week, go back to Germany (my home country)  travel another two weeks, go back to Germany and so on. Do you know if that’s possible? And also if I can travel inside Germany with the two month Global Pass?Thanks for your help!

Hi I’m new to interrailing and trying to work out the limits of travel in my country of residence (UK). I’m planning to get a month long pass and plan to make a trip from Amsterdam (NL) to Edinburgh (UK) midway through and then travel back to mainland Europe after.Would the journey from Amsterdam (NL) - London (UK) - Edinburgh (UK) all be covered by interrail if done over one day? On the way back I’d like to stop in Bristol for a few days, before going to London and then Paris: Edinburgh (UK) - Bristol (UK) - London (UK) - Paris (FR).Am I correct in thinking that the interrail would only cover Edinburgh (UK) to Bristol (UK)? And would I also be able to use it to cover Bristol (UK) - London (UK) - Paris (FR) (done in one day) instead?  Thanks.

Hello, I have booked a reservation for two people on a train from Prague to Vienna, and I’ve received the ticket with only one of the names. It says ‘2 seats’, but one of the passengers’ name is not printed on it.is that normal? or shall I make another reservation? Thanks 

Hi everyone,the route Belfast-Londonderry/Derry is included on Trains in Ireland | Ireland by Rail | Interrail.eu and is also displayed on the map, but when I try to find Londonderry/Derry via the app or with the web search, I can’t find the station or any other station on this route. Does anybody know more? Is the route still included and it’s just a bug or is there something I have missed?

Hi, two friends and I and going to travel around Germany in July for two weeks and are looking at the different interrail passes. We'd like a mobile one as it will be alot more convenient for us, so the obvious choice was the Germany 10 days travel in a month pass which says it's a mobile pass, however now there's a sale on the continuous passes it makes more sense to go for the 1 month continuous pass as it is cheaper and offers more flexibility but it doesn't say if it's a mobile pass, can anyone help?

I have quite the problem. Yesterday, I didn't travel. Today I traveled from UK to France. Today I noticed, that interrail booked me a travel day yesterday, without ever warning me. That means today is day 4/4 in the app, where in fact it is day 3/4.Problem: I need to continue tomorrow to Spain. That should my day 4/4, but it's already used up. Now I can't reach anyone and get no response from interrail. I don't know what to do. How can I travel tomorrow? Will interrail refund me, if I buy a ticket?It's a shame that trying to travel more climate friendly is always such a massive hassle. I'm really driving crazy, no long distance train travel goes without problems 😭Thanks and best, Daniel

We have made several reservations for an upcoming interrail trip (consisting of several different legs) this summer, but the «proceed to payment»-button is inactive. Is this a common issue, and are there ways to solve it? Will this button become active at some point?We have accepted all terms, conditions etc.
