I have purchased a 1 month 3 day interrail pass for mysefl, wife and 2 children to use on our trip to France in the summer. We need to travel from Paris to Bordeaux for a week and then return just over a week later. If I try and reserve seats on the trains between Paris and Bordeaux on the Eurail website it is telling me that none are available. It says prices are not available and that passholder seats could be sold out. I can see through travel.b-europe that there are reservations on trains that I would like to travel on but that seems to only allow booking for Paper passes and I have mobile passes. I’ve tried contacting support through email but have not had a response yet and it’s been over a week. Are there any other ways to book these reservations? We have limited flexibility so I don’t want reservations to sell out on the trains we want to go on. Anyone got any ideas?

Hello there,my boyfriend and I have recently bought the interrail Greek island pass for six days. Now we want to make reservations on Greek domestic roots. We called the call centre in Athens (number from the flyer +30 210 8919800), they told us we need a certain number that verifies our Greek island pass. Where can I find this number? Hi,I don’t quiet understand how the travelling days are counted.I’ll try to explain.Let’s say I’m in Paris, and want to go to Milano for 5 nights, then Verona for 2 nights, then Roma, again 5 nights, Genova, for another 5 nights, and go back to Paris.So Paris => Milano => Verona => Roma => Genova => Paris. I would be taking the train 5 times, so I could take the “5 days within a month” pass.But, when I use the tripplaner here https://www.interrail.eu/en/tripplanner-map , it seems than I can’t have access to this pass, since it is noted that I would need 9 days of travel.Do I miss something ?Thank you very much for your help !

Hiya, I can’t seem to get the seat reservation tool to work whereas it did before, can’t tell if this is just me? Does anyone know when it will be fixed?

Hey I plan an inter rail trip this summer in North Europe, starting from France. I want to visit at least Stockholm Oslo Copenhaguen Berlin Amsterdam  i heard that one you « visited » a country you cannot come back to it with the inter rail pass. Is it true?I’ll ne to co from Copenhaguen to Sweden to be able to go to Oslo, and them I’ll need to go back to Sweden to go back home in France.  thanks a lot for your answer! Johanna

When I buy a one country pass (for Germany) without a set time period of one or two months, do I have to use all of my travel days in one row or can I use them independantly? 

I have activated my eurail global pass, but every time I try to make reservations on the eurail website the page will not load. On the rare occasion that it does load there are often no prices listed and I cannot add tickets to my cart. I can see the train routes and prices that I am looking for on the app. Is this an issue with the eurail website and is there a way to fix it?

Unfortunately my telephone fell in the water. On it was my mobile pass for eurail for this summer. Now I can not install the mobile pass on a different device. When I try I get the message it is not possible since it is already installed on a different device (the broken telephone). What to do? How can I install the mobile pass on a different telephone? The trave period is not started yet. The pass was no fully activated yet. I hope you can help me, Kind regards Marjolijn  

HelloWe organize a trip for 7 people from Paris to Wroclaw in Poland.I would like to get a reservation for an ICE 9557 train from Paris East to Mannheim on August 5, 2002at 7:06 pm.On Rail planner, the reservation is at the price of 16€ per person.But booking is impossible on the website of Interail.eu. It tells us:"Prices temporarily unavailableNo results found in the booking system. Check back in a few hours to see the rates and make this reservation."I went to the Dbahn website.  Booking is impossible. We went to the Gare de Lyon in Paris. Booking for this train is only possible until Saarbruecken.This is the first train of our journey. I don’t know how to do it anymore.Thank you for your helpJean-Luc

I made two support requests that (of course) are not being answered. (I only have got the automated “We apologise for the delay in responding” e-mail replies from eurail.zendesk.com.) One of them is meaningless by now, and the other one is not really urgent either.  Can I cancel them?

I’m traveling with an Interrail pass and I’ve lost my phone. I got a new phone but need to activate my pass on it now. My order number is IN30302962. I cannot reach any customer service and I will need to use my last travel day on 29/08!  I need help!

Hi this may sound dumb but I just want confirmation. I am planning a trip to Italy and have been using the interrail app to plan routes. I’ve noticed there are only 3 trains along my journey which require purchasing tickets… would these count as part of my 5 days ticket? If I book these reservations ican travel the routes without using my interrail allowance? the remaining routes do not need seat reservations, are these journeys included in my 5-day pass and don’t require any extra payment?Sorry to sound dumb, First time doing this!thanks in advance!

Je l'ai activé dans l'application de rail planer et ai préparer mon voyage dessus. Aujourd'hui je voulais voir comment faire pour réservé les sièges de certains train pendant mon Voyage. Mais je ne comprends pas comment faire. Sur l'application rail planer, il explique que l'on peu faire sa via le site Interrail, ce que j'ai essayé de faire mais en me connectant avec l'adresse mail relié à mon pass, mon pass mobile n'apparaît pas sur votre site, ce qui rend la réservation de siège compliqué Merci pour votre future aide Bonne journée

I bought a pass last year, then when I saw the recent special offer I decided to exchange the pass I had bought for a new one.As per instructions I purchased the new passes and then applied for a refund for the old ones. However I then realised that the card I originally used to buy the passes was connected to a bank account that is now closed.I immediately contacted customer support but they said it was too late and that my bank would take care of it.However my bank have told me that their policy is to return any such payment to the sender, but they could confirm that with the SWIFT payment reference.I have tried to get in touch with customer services to see what has happened to my money and to request the SWIFT reference but have yet to hear anything for several days. Can anyone help or share similar experiences? 

HelloWe are travelling around Europe with the global pass. We are trying to book seat reservations from Paris to Montpellier, but it seems every train is sold out. Is this a mistake on the website or is it actually possible that every train the next month is fully booked.

Hello dear will my pass still be active if i use the out and inboard ticket?i mean will I still be able to use it in other countries or it will be expired

El caso es que yo elegí la opción de viajar con amigos pero no encontré ningún sitio en la web para incluirlos en mi viaje y creo que debería haberlo hecho. No entiendo por que si debería haberlos incluido (puesto que elegí el viaje en grupo) no me saltó ningún aviso o incompatibilidad de que no había añadido a ningún amigo a mi viaje. ¿Hay alguna forma de habiendo elegido el viaje en grupo pero no habiendo añadido a mis amigos los pueda incluirlos ahora de alguna forma?

Respected sir ,my uncle and cousin came from USA to travel to Europe and I am planning everything .I have booked them eurail pass .they both are currently in London and I am in germany ..As we are activating the mobile pass ..I have activated my mobile pass in my mobile ..and my uncle has on his ..now it is not possible to get mobile pass in my cousin mobile ..they are having train in 4 hours ..please help

When you purchase a paper ticket with tracking does EuRail send you a tracking number? 

Hi there! I’m having a bit of a hard time figuring out the Eurail pass!I have an account, purchased a 5-day pass, created a trip, and am now trying to reserve seats for the train. However, it says the tickets are sold out on eurail and it’s directing me to b-europe, which has seats but doesn’t allow us to book without a pass cover number (which I don’t think exists for mobile pass holders). Any ideas on how to book seat reservations and be able to chose seats? Is there a way to get a cover number for myself and my two travel companions? Thank you!

Hi! I have been trying to cancel a mobile pass I bought on the 28th March with a PLUS insurance. Every single time I get into the Page, It leads me to 404 Page error. I have tried on different devices with the same result. It is absolutely important and URGENT for me to get the refund.Please, I need HELP

Hi,I’m trying to book seat reservations on the 9:12 from Prague to Budapest on October 8th.  On the horrid Eurail app it says seat reservations necessary, on the ghastly eurail website it says ticket not available and on OBB it says seat reservation not necessary…..any idea which one is correct, oy!

I made a mistake the 1st time I used the app to reserve a train ticket. I bought the 2 months with 10 days of travel.  The ticket used 2 days of travel so i deleted that ticket and was only able to delete one of the travel days as the ticket day was the current day.  In the 1st 10 minutes of playing with the application i had permanently lost a day of travel. I have sent multiple emails to the help in the application all I get is the automated response and then later an email asking for my opinion on how well they dealt with the problem. I have yet to be at contacted by a single person I went to the train station ask for help there and was told they couldn't help me because it was a problem with the app if I had a paper ticket they could fix the problem. This is been ongoing now for a month I only have two more weeks of travel. I can only assume that they figure if they ignore me long enough the ticket will expire and they won't have to do anything.
