I am trying to book to Holyhead from London.  The app lets me get a ticket, but no seat.  Then gives the warning seat reservations are required.  I am utterly confused! help!

Hi, im having trouble finding in the page of OBB where to indicate that I have a EUrail pass to make a reservation on a night train, in order to this they are charging me the tickets, con you indicate me where I can put this info so I dont have to pay the tickets?

Hello!I have found the cost of a reservation between London and Paris (30 Euros) but I do not see one for Paris to London. We will only need a one way ticket to London. Where can I see this information before I purchase a Eurail Pass? Thanks!

Hello everyone!Would somebody know why InterRail pass holders need to pay a extra fee for using Brussels Airport?And what other option do I have, if I want to use a bus from the airport,  do I still need to pay that fee or is it only for using the trains?Thank you.

It looks like in order to use Eurostar Trains (from Paris to London) we would need to purchase the Global pass + pay for the reservation. Please confirm this is correct! Thanks!

Hello TeamI got today a train from Graz AT to Buchs CH. This train leaves Graz on 22.26 today 11.03.2022 and arrive tomorrow morning 7 am in buchs. Why is it than not possible to get another train from Buchs to Uzwil where I live??I do not understand that, pleas explain.BrJerome

Hey everyone,I'm about to buy a Global Pass for my journey going from Germany to Denmark, Sweden and Norway and am not sure whether to buy first Class or second Class Pass. In Germany ist common that by purchasing first class tickets seat reservation ist already included. So my question is if somebody knows how this is for Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Do I still have to buy seat reservation or is the reservation even more expensive?Would be perfect if somebody could tell :) 

Hi, I’m trying to make a reservation for my friend and I going from Salerno to Florence in Italy. We both have Eurail passes. But when I try to make the reservation it is the same price as without the Eurail pass. Is this functioning correctly? Does that mean the Eurail pass won’t save me any money on this trip? Or have I just not successfully linked our passes to this reservation?Thanks,Josh

Hi!I want to take a regional train for Portbou to Barcelona. Is it available in Interrail global pass? The application on mobile phones and timetable on the Interrail site don’t show this train.I added it manually to my trip planner but I don’t know if it’s going to work.Has anyone travelled taking this train? Hello, sorry if this has been asked before. If I buy eurail pass today for 7 days in 1 month and then book a night train using the eurail, does the 1 month start when I finished the booking process or when I started travelling?

We are family of four with First Class Rail Passes.  I am trying to book reservations for the following with no success:Paris, Fr to Caen, Fr - March 15, 2022 08:29-10:46 (4 seats first class)Paris, Fr to Brussels - March 18, 2022 16:46-18:43 Please help!!  There are lots of seats buy it won’t let me through the eurail system.  Thank you.

Hi there, I'm travelling around Europe for the first time using the Global pass for two months. I'm starting from Portugal then to Spain, France, and then Italy and possibly to Croatia. I'm having a problem reserving seats through the app. It says that for some countries reservation is only allowed at the station ie can't do it in advance online. Wondering if people found it relatively easy reserving at train stations or what the process was like? I've read that Spain can be tricky but there seems to be no other option to reserve in advance. I have alot of places that I'm going to visit around Spain so would be great to get some more clarity!Many Thanks :) 

Hello Guys,me and 3 friends want to visit France in May. Therefore we have bought an interrail ticket. We want to travel from Dresden main station (Germany) to Nantes main station (France) on the 12th of May with a departure  at 8:12. The seat reservation from Paris to Nantes is no problem but the reservation from Frankfurt main station / Karlsruhe main station is not possible. We tried booking it in the rail planner app and via the website but it doesn't work. We have read in this forum thread https://community.eurail.com/train-connections-reservations-47/seat-reservation-at-sncf-1145 that we potentially need a pass cover number. The question is: Do we need this number to book this route or are there any other problems. And additionally: If we need this number to book this route can you explain how it is done? Hi, I was trying to book a reservation for the train from London to Aberdeen, but it didn't work. It said that that's online possible if you book it directly at a train Station in the UK. I'm afraid though that there won't be any reservations left if I only book it once I arrived in the UK. Is there any other way to book it beforehand?  Thank you!

I want to travel from Paris St Lazare to Bayeux on June 6 and return from Bayeux to St Lazare on June 8.  Reservations are required for these trains.  I have been successful in making reservations on all my other trains on the Eurail phone app, but for every train between Paris and Bayeux on these dates I receive the message, “No price results were found for this connection.  It is possible that the train is fully booked for pass holders.”  Amazingly, this same response is given for every Paris-Bayeux train, as many as 13 per day, on each of several dates; I can’t imagine that every single seat on dozens of trains is booked, so I suspect a systemic problem.  Has anyone discovered an end-run around this problem, including not making a reservation at all?  I know I can take slower regional trains on other dates, but this would greatly mess up my schedule.  Please advise.

I was wondering if i can ask a question, i want to buy an interrail card for 7 days and leave on the 21 of march, is the card then available till the 21 of april?And also if i leave at 12 in the afternoon and i arrive at 8 the next day with a switch in trains, does it count as 2 seperate travel days?Thanks in advance!

Hi, I’m trying to book a reservation for me and my friend travelling from Paris Nord to Brussels Ziud. I have the two of our passes on my account so we can book reservations to be seated beside one another but it won’t give me an option to select both for this trip. I’ve tried to click both but it’s only allowing “1 traveller”. Is there a way to pay for the 2 seat reservations at once? any help greatly appreciated!

Hello,I purchased passes for the family as we were planning on using them at the end of December of this year. COVID restriction forced us to delay our plans. One of my children was 11 years old at the time of our original plans. He has since turned 12 years old and will need a Youth pass.My question is, do I exchange his free child pass for a youth pass and pay the fee, or just purchase a new pass altogether and just let the child ticket expire?Thanks for your help!

I have just bought two passes (Greek Islands Pass), and in my confirmation from Interrail it says, that it will arrive in the end of the month (29 march). I contacted the Atticka Group on email to book ferries, but they told me that I needed my island pass cover number - but I haven't got one yet. Do I get this number at the end of the month, when my passes arrives or is it possible to get it beforehand, so I can book the ferries now?
