I want to pay in CAD or EUR but the website is only in USD when I go to make a reservation on my phone. Can anyone help me with changing the currency from USD? There is the option on desktop version but I do not have a computer accessible as I am travelling, and the desktop view does not display on my phone.

When I am trying to book a reservation for a train Rome to Florence tomorrow, I get this error on the “Book Reservations” page. The search for a trip part of the website won’t load and instead shows this error message. “Something went wrong. Refreshing” 

Hello, I`m 54 years old and I would like travel in november from Hannover in germany to Mallorca (via Barcelona (until Barcelona with train and with ferry to Mallorca)) and stay in Mallorca 2 weeks and will travel with the same interrail pass back. Which interrail pass (Global pass spain?)? is the optimized pass for that journey? Which tickets I need for this journey besides the interrail pass and the reservations? Does I have discount for the ferry ticket from Barcelona to Mallorca? How much? Is there an alternative for this ticket planning with similar or cheaper price?

Hi I am currently staying in Paris. I have been here for 3 weeks and will be staying until the end of this year with a long stay visa. Is it possible for me to buy an interrail pass or do I have to get an Eurail pass? 

Hello everybody,We would like to travel from Brussels to Sofia (Bulgaria), the trip is 1 day 20 hours and 20 minutes. And during the trip we are crossing Austria, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria (before Sofia). My question is : how is it count in travel days ? Does it count as 1 as we go from point A to point B (even with changes) ? does it count as 2 as we have more than 24 hours of travel ? or does it count as 5 as we have 4 changes to arrive ? Hope this is clear :) Thank you

HI Everyone, Due to my studies I have to commute from Mannheim to Freiburg quite often in the next months. I had a look at the test version of the Bahncard 100 but its too expensive. My question is if I could techically use the 2-3 months Global pass for commuting between Mannheim and Freiburg? I only plan to do one in-outbound travel to switzerland in december, but for the rest of the time I would just be in Germany. Thank you for your time,Enrique 

Is it true that you can't take a train from anywhere in Europe to anywhere in Greece right now? And if it is, is it then possible to get into Greece some other way with the interrail pass?Also, is it possible to get to Turkey with the interrail pass?

Last night I tried to buy a Global pass and the website was down. The website gave me a discount code to use. But when checking out there is no field for a discount code. How do I enter this code?

We have purchased tickets on eurail.com on the app and all my trips are saved to my pass, each journey requires a seat reservation. Our first train is on oct 6 and I cannot reserve a seat.

How do I make reservations on TGV trains (Paris-Barcelona) when I need seats only? They offer “paper tickets” by registered mail - are there other options to get E-tickets? 

Hello, I have a 4 day pass which I consumed only one day so far. My plans have changed and I would need more days. Would it be possible for me to convert my 4 day pass in a 7 day pass and pay the extra amount difference? ThanksMatei

Hello community,we’ve a huge problem right now. We’ve a mobile pass (7 days in a month) and tomorrow should be our last travel day. We’re in Lugano/ Switzerland and want to go back to Germany. But I didn’t manage to change the travel day (should be today once) and now we’re kind of forced to travel today cause the day is activated. We’ve booked and payed a hotel for two nights, so we really don’t want to travel today.Does someone know wether there is any possibility to change the travel day or has made similar experiences??I sent a mail to the interrail company, but they automatically texted me the answer can take within 7 days…I hope someone can help us! Best wishes!

Hello :) I can’t find a trip to go to Helsinki (from Riga, Tallinn, Copenhague or even Paris) ! But, strange things, I can find trip from Helsinki to Paris. Have you ever have this problem ? Also, if we buy a first class pass do we mandatory need to buy first class seat reservation ? Thank you for your answers :)

Hello team,I’m travelling from India to UK on visit visa and i wanna make more of my visit so I'm planning to explore the neighbouring countries of-course with a Schengen visa,what are the possible entry restrictions for schengen countries if I'm travelling from London through Eurail packages that are offered in the website.

 I'm new to interrail and have two questions that I can't find an answer to so please help ;-)) Can the inbound / outbound journey be at any time of my interrail? so say I go to Italy by car and then start from there and then at some point in the middle, say day 5, I travel into my home country (Germany) and then have the outbound on day 6? and at the end of my interrail I would just go back to Germany by car again. When I go from Italy to lets say the Netherland I would need to change trains in Germany to get there. Does that count as travelling in my own country or is that irrelevant because my home country wouldn't be my final destination? Hope I made myself kind of clear and am thankful for any advice. Greta

Hi :) I will soon do a big european trip with the 2 months global pass, and i have few questions about it and i didn’t find any answer. During my trip, i wanted to stay in Milan, Rome and Venise in Italy, so i should take 2 different trains in Italy (Milan → Roma and Roma → Venise), is it possible with the pass? Or should i book one of them without the passI will start my travel from Lyon (France), so i will come from Lyon then arrive to Lyon, i think it’s the Inbound/Outbound process and it will work with the pass, but can you confirm this?  Last question about booking, my trip will be from october to november, is it usefull to book ticket ? Hello there!I’m planning on going to Prague in the beginning of November and I would like some help with getting my trip sorted out. I’ve found the trains i’m going to travel with but some of them say ‘’Additional reservation needed’’ and I don’t know how that works, I don’t really get the support page where they explain it.So the travel plan looks like this right now: Gothenburg C - Malmö C with what I think is the öresundståg, the train name is RE 1105.Then from Malmö C - Berlin Hbf with Snalltaget I believe.From Berlin Hbf - Prague-holesovice with a train called EC 173.It tells me that I need Seat reservation at the train between Malmö and Berlin but how do I do that?Then going back from Prague it’s the same part that I need reservation on again.https://i.imgur.com/SQqVI8P.jpeg Thanks in advance! :)Lucas

Dear all. I am currently travelling on my 10 day travel pass and I had to reset my phone as it was not working any longer. Now I've lost my pass and the application says I cannot upload it again as it has been uploaded on another device (" my phone before the reset "). I still have many travel days left (almost all of them) and have many travel plans. I need to get a new pas number from Interrail as quick as possible...anyone have had experience with this? Interrail is very hard to reach.Thanks for any help!Kind regards Iris

Hi, i can book a train from Stockholm to Oslo at other pages, but not from the Interrail. Why can i not find this connection here?
