Hello,I took a global pass in mobile format, however countries are not on Rail Planner so for example when I travel to Estonia on a regional train how do I justify that I have an inetrrail pass and that this trip is included in the pass ?
Hi!I am Rama from India. I purchased 2 EURORAIL GLOBAL PASSES in Dec, 2019 initially valid till Nov,2020 from Rail Europe but could not travel due Covid-19. The passes were automatically extended till Nov, 2021 but I am still unable to travel due to Covid situation. I want to extend the validity of the passes till June, 2022. I tried to send the request for extension to Rail Europe Customer Support on 22nd Aug, 21, but the email bounced back. I sent the request to Eurail on 22nd Aug. Eurail acknowledged the mail and assured to reply within 4 days. On the 4th day, Eurail wrote me seeking more time to address my issue of extension. Eurail informed on 12th Sept. that i should request to Rail Europe through ‘Contact Form’ for my request. The ‘Contact Form’ does not have any item for extension of the validity of the passes.I do not know how to request Rail Europe for this cause.Please advise
I downloaded the App on my phone - App then asked me to create a trip, thought i needed to add each leg of the trip as “My Trip” but have since learned that i don’t (ie. Paris to Colmar) I created a new trip for our overall trip (Europe 22) however the app won’t let me add my passes to the Europe22 trip only asks for a paper pass number and we have the electronic pass and doesnt accept our electronic pass number. I also can’t delete the previous individual trips (Paris to Colmar) where our passes are attached. We don’t travel until August 2022 - is there a way I can:Delete the inidividual trips where our passes are attached without it deleting my pass? No tickets have been booked here How do i attach our passes to the Europe22 trip i createdThank you so much for any assistance
I need a Pass Cover number for me and my partner in order to book through travel.b-europe but do not have one on our mobile passes.Hoping for a quick resolution as the prices on reservations continue to increase and there are 0 trips for this route that do not require reservations through the external site that is given to us by Eurail.
Hey there,my sister and i want to travel to France from Germany, Frankfurt. We would like to visit Paris for a few days, then heading south to Marseille and Nice, .... There we would like to visit the smaller towns by train, like Aix-en-Provence, La Ciotat, Eze, Antibes, Monaco,….we kind of would like to be flexible because of the weather. Now the question is if a france pass or a global pass would be a better fit for us? We are kind of overwhelmed with all the informations.We hope to get some thoughts on that! xx
I bought my 4 day 2nd class global pass and used it to make reservations from where I live, London, to Amsterdam, then back home, then to vienna and back again. It didn’t show me across the entire booking process the inbound outbound rule. I’ve now booked all the reservations and I have no idea what to do. Really need some help :( very panicked
If I use the 1st day of my pass to travel from A to B, and then go by boat to C, can I use the 2nd day of my pass to go from C to D? Or do the trips I do with my pass need to be continuous, meaning if I use the pass to travel from A to B, I have to start again at B the next day? Thanks for your help!
I am trying to get in contact with Interrail for more than 2 weeks now, but I don't get any respond and I have no clue what to do right now. I literally tried every way of contact. There went something wrong with the payment and apparently I paid twice, but I only got one pass. So I need that money back, but I can't get in contact. I am worried that I will never get my money back :( What should I do?@Nanja @Leo
Sent this to EURAIL, asking community if they know how to get this resolved quickly and/or escalate the matter to someone at EURAIL? We purchased the global pass tickets for my wife and I on December 18th 2020, however were unable to travel due to Covid restrictions in England, Europe, etc up until now and now are planning to arrive on July 24th (traveling by train likely same or next day). EURAIL asked us not to seek a refund and instead hang on to the pass, as they would extend it (which EURAIL did). Unfortunately this put us in a situation where now our child is 4 years old, and we are unable to acquire a pass for him (a free addon to adult ticket) and therefore cannot make any reservations for trains, hotels, events, etc - we are stuck until we resolve this as we cannot risk not being able to get there. His information was provided to EURAIL. Please create a pass for him and attach it to the reservation. Email provided. Please make it so it does not end up costing us more mone
I recently purchased a 15 day rail pass, but don’t plan to use it for another month. If I activate it now to start adding train times and such to my trip, will the 15 day duration start, or not until I scan my ticket for the first time?
I lost my phone but i am buying a new one today. Im hoping that when i get this new phone and i download my icloud data back onto my new phone and since i will have the same number the mobile pass will still work. Does anyone have any info or experience that can answer this question for me?
Hi, I need urgently help! Yesterday I booked 4 mobile passes (a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 youths). I didnt recieve the confirmation in my e-mailbox. Of course; the e-mail is right, checked the spam, used chat, asking questions. No answers so far! please, I need help, I need my card Numbers soon. Our holiday is coming and don’t like to loose days.
Hello everyone, I’m from Portugal and I’m planning my interrail to start on August 15. However, as I’m trying to buy the paper pass, the expected arrival date is August 12. August 12 is way too near from my departure date and I’m concerned I do not receive the pass in due time.What should I do since the Portugal’s national train company does not sell interrail passes anymore? Hello,we are traveling with my parents in law. Unfortunately their 2nd inbound/outbound jurney was activated on a day where they did not use it. We are traveling from germany to and within france. On the 7th of june they took the train from paris to lyon. On this jurney their outbound was acticated even though it obviously wasn’t their outbound to germany (see picture). Now we cannot activate their actual outbound from straßburg back to berlin tomorrow.With my Mobile App this could not be possibly done, since the App doesn‘t allow to choose inbound/outbound outside the the residence country). The Support is not answering. Can someone please help us.?
