Eurail & Interrail Passes

We are a four member family travelling on Interail global pass. I had to change one the travel plans today. When I did the change in the journey and hit the save journey option, it only shows the trip details of the remaining 3 members and there is no way to save it to my trip.I tried so many way, I deleted the travel days and tried, now I have no journeys saved in my trip. Kindly help as I have to catch a train in 3 hours time.Tried the chat, it only gives an automated response. Filled up the online help form, got a reply that they reply within 48 hours.Will be much obliged and greatful, if any one can help me now. Thanks  

I reset my phone, then downloaded the application again, when I want to log in, it says the pass is registered, I can't log in.

Hello everyone,I have a question about using interrail global pass and I hope you can help me with it from your experience. In my pass for 2 months I can only choose 1 trip outbound and inbound trip, is that mean I should travel for only one time within 2 months or I can finish the first trip and back to my country and then do another trip?I planned to travel for one week so what happened if I want to do another trip , did my pass will be expired or I need to buy a ticket to nearest city outside my country and also for coming back every time when I travel?How many times have I can travel and come back to my country by using 2 monthly global pass?

Hi, I am travelling with my son and partner and we are mid-way through out trip - next destination Amsterdam. My partner bought his pass separately from my son and I and it is on his phone. His phone looks like it is about to die. Does anyone know if I can transfer his (activated) pass to my phone?! 

Hello, I have a question about travelling in my country of residence.My trip should start in Koeln and i wanna travel towards Strasbourg first. The best Options are one or two stop options with the ICE, where i also have to switch the train. For example: Koeln to Karlsruhe and  than Karlsruhe to Strasbourg. Hallo ich habe eine frage und zwar habe ich bei der Rabattaktionen den global pass gekauft mit 50 Prozent Rabatt. Ich hatte die Idee damit mehrere kleine Reisen zu machen und zwichendurch wieder nach Deutschland zurück zu kehren. Ist das möglich mit dem Global pass?

Hello! I am looking at buying a pass for my trip but I was wondering if the rail pass covers all the directions listens when I use the “train times” page? Like if it lists trains, buses, or ferries are those all covered in the pass? (3 month pass specifically!)For example I searched Wageningen to Paris and it tells me to take a bus then a Utrecht train line, then a couple another train lines for transfers. Would all of those lines work with the pass excluding any reservation fees? 

Cannot add mobile pass to app. Says details don’t match. Checked details over and over. Tried with and without spaces, special letters in my name, etc. None worked. Just freshly downloaded app on 1 day old new phone.   FAQ said: try activation link in confirmation mail. Opened the link on my mobile. It says: it seems you are on desktop. Hello,i would like to go from my Hometown (A) in my Home Country(Germany) to another town in Germany (B), then, a couple of days and one seperately booked train trip later, take a flight to Britain, then use the interrailpass to go back to germany via France and Belgium.The Mobile App confirms this as possible, using one Inbound/Outbound day for the travel from A to B and one for the trip from Belgium to Germany.Does anyone know whether this is okay?The reason I’m asking is because Terms an Conditions define Inbound/Outbound Trips as:An Interrail Global Pass may only be used for two specific trips in the country ofresidence of the traveller (provided this country is an Interrail participating country).These two trips are referred to as the outbound and inbound journey.• The outbound journey can be used to travel from any location in the country ofresidence to the border or an airport or port.• The inbound j

Hi, I purchased a 7 day pass two weeks ago and have not been able to activate it. I was able to activate my partner's pass (he only has one last name), but not mine. I have tried entering both last names separate, together, hyphenated, but nothing works. I have contacted customer service twice and the app developers as well and havent gotten an answer in two weeks. I will be traveling in two days. Please help!

Hi guys,I have an Interrail Global Pass and am a resident of Switzerland. May I take the Gotthard Panorama Express (e.g. Luzern-Bellinzona) as part of my inbound/outbound journey to Italy? With a valid seat reservation, that is.Geographically it’s not a detour, even a direct train, however, the GPE takes 5 h for the above-mentioned leg compared to 1h 30 min with the regular fast trains.Has anyone tried that before?Thanks for your help! :-)

Can I book ferries with “blue star ferries” before the arrival of my Greek Island pass? The estimate delivery day is 5 weeks from now, but I want to book the ferries ASAP to secure my trip. My pass was activated in checkout (for 15 sep) but there’s no mobile version for the Greek pass as I understand. What can I do?

My connection it's ok but my app Rail Planner doesn't working!!! Message: "It looks like you're offline. Please go online so you can update your tickets and Passes." Help me!!! I'm going travel in 2 hours!!! 

I will be flying into Mykonos and would like to explore Greece using the Interrail pass. I want to get from Mykonos to mainland Greece, ideally Athens but not wedded to it. Eventually, I would like to get to Thessaloniki and spend a few days. After this I want to go to Skopja, North Macedonia.

Hello,I was scheduled to take the train this morning, but cannot because of a problem with the rail planner app. I am trying to add my pass to the app (I have double checked to make sure the pass number is correct), but the app tells me “Something went wrong”. The app is also updated to the newest version. Any help is much appreciated, it’s a pretty urgent problem.  Thanks! 

Hello people,Any help or suggestions welcomed. I brought a promo global pass and am unable to add my mobile pass to the rail planner app.When I do try add the pass it says ‘Something went wrong’. Ive tried and couldnt previously activate my pass  and the validation period is for 1 month and it runs out today. Slightly worried as I am supposed to be travelling from Paris to Amsterdam on Saturday and need to reserve seats! I also don’t want to lose my money!  any help welcome, thank you, Marcus 

Hello, can a Greek citizen buy and use a Greek island pass? 

I am a US Citizen living in the Uk on a spousal visa, which rail card do i need? And would both cover starting my journey from the UK, i.e getting the tunnel from London to Paris etc?

Hi guys,  I already purchase the 4 days interrail global pass and ready to go to our trip this week. But I have some questions:I plan to use three day pass to go for my 1st trip (13 - 19 August ) and plan to use the remaining 1 day pass to travel to Sweden on 27 August. Is it possible? What should I do on the app to make sure that wont lose the remaining one? I plan to take a direct train that will depart around 5 am arrive on 00.01 the next day. It is counted as 1 day or 2 days? Is it better for me to take the train that arrive earlier? Can we use all trains/metro in Amsterdam and Paris? Or only train that we can find the route on rail planner apps?  Last, what are your tips/advices for a smooth travel with family on current condition?Thanks very much for your kind reply!  Best regards,Ana
