Should I purchase a Pass for a set number of days or not?
Despite all the answers I remain confused regarding the need or not to purchase a pass for set number of days for 1 or 2 months.My visit will extend from late April into the 3rd week of May. I do not need it to extend for 60 days, only across about 30 days from 4-24. The 15 day icon & the 22 day icon show consecutive days, but commentary suggests that the pass begins on the initial day of use & allows use throughout a month period. Realize I seem dense as a brick, but don’t wish to buy 15 across 2 months unless required. Any assistance appreciated.

Dag, ik heb voor het eerste een interrail (mobiele) pas. Ik heb een reis langs 7 steden in augustus uitgestippeld. Ik wilde een traject reserveren. Dat lukte niet, daarom dacht ik dat ik het traject moest activeren en activeerde ik alle reisdagen. Toen bleek dat ik 1 dag tekort kwam en wilde ik de reis aanpassen. Maar nu merk ik dat ik bij het terugzetten van de schuifjes de reisdagen niet terugkrijg. Heb ik het nu verknald? Of kan het nog gered / gereset worden?
one month ticket
Me and my friends would like to travel around east europe from 15th of august till 10th of september and the one month ticket would be perfect for us. Traveling from France to Geneva. Is it included in the France One Country Pass?

Thusfar, we thought that a one country pass would be best for us, but we don't know whether this allows us to travel to Geneva. I am about to buy an Interrail ticket for a trip that will be reimbursed by my organisation.I will buy a e-ticket. In order to be entitled to reimbursement, I need to have on ONE ticket/on a summary document:departure city final arrival city, travel dates price of the ticket. Note that If the intermediate cities appear, it is not a problem but it simply is not necessary Thank you in advance!
Questions about the Interrail ticket global pass
Hello all, I would like to travel from Germany to the south of England by train at the end of March. On the Internet, I became aware of the Interrail ticket and think that the ticket "Global Pass 4 days in one month" is the most useful for me.However, some things are still unclear to me, since I im going to use the interrrail pass for the first time:Does the validity (i.e. the one month) refer to the calendar month or to the month after the start of my first journey. Specifically: I would like to start my trip to England on 27.03. and return in mid-April. Are the three further trips then only possible until the end of March (new ticket for April necessary) or until 27.04.? On my trip, I first have to change trains twice in Germany, then later in Brussels/Paris to the Eurostar and finally in London once more. Logically, I will cross several countries. Will the whole trip still count as one of my four possible trips or does Germany-Belgium count as one and Belgium-England each extra? I
How do I add my journey to the app?
Hello,The interrail website told me that there was no price results for my trains connections so I had to buy my ticket on OBB while mentioning I had Eurorail discount.It worked but I now want to add the travel to the app in order to count down the days and have the proof of my discount on the train tickets. I didn't find out how to do it on the app.(I know it would have been easier with the paper version but I already took the mobile one...)Could you please help me ?Thank you very much !

Are all trains in Europe covered by the Pass? How do I know which ones are?
Hello, me and my husband will travel with Interrail England, Scotland and Ireland next year. We are both newcomers to interrail/eurail. Therefore, we have a few questions about this and hope to find answers here. We are both from Germany. We want to have the pass on our mobile phone. Are all trains that run in these countries also in the passport or some not? How do we know if a train connection to the pass is part of it. Not that we sit on the train and can't get ahead with the pass because the train or the connection is not included in the pass? Thanks already:)

Two differents countries in one day of voyage?
Hello, This is my first time here ! There's one point that I cannot understand.. Can I travel in two countries on one day of journey ?? Or is it just one country in one day of journey ?? For example I would like to go from Grenoble (France) to Milano (Italy) and to Slovenia in one day. The first night of sleep would be in Slovenia... Thank you so much for your help. Evmorfia
Do you have to plan everything in advance and can someone start in another country then ones country of residence?
Hello, I am considering using a Global Pass for traveling. I have two questions where I have difficulty finding answers to. Do you need to create a complete trip with dates before you can start or can you just plan your trip for the first day and plan while you are traveling. One of the people that will travel with us is not a residence in our start country. Will that person be able to start with us and will the card work the same for all of us if we arrive to the country where that person lives ?
Global Pass Question - 11 months to activate or complete travel?
Hi there,Our family is ready to purchase a Global Pass 10 days/2 Months. Per the conditions on the site I see that we have an 11 month deadline to use the pass. Does this mean we have to activate the pass within 11 months, or complete our 10 days of travel within 11 months?Due to possible (but hopefully unlikely) new Covid issues I want to know when would be our last day to cancel the pass and get a full refund? The site says a full refund is possible if one cancels “no later than six months from the last possible activation date of the Pass”.For example if today is January 31(purchase day), Expiration day 11 months from now would be December 31 and 6 months prior to this is June 30. So would June 30 be our latest cancellation day?Our first day of using the rail system will be in late May, so I think we are OK here, but just want to make sure as there seems to be some ambiguity of the terms.Thank you! Paper Eurail Pass Appears to be Lost in the Mail
I have not received my paper pass even though I ordered it on November 26th of 2021. The tracking updates have also stopped updating, with the last update being on January 1st 2022. It seems as if my pass may have been lost in the mail. I would like to obtain a mobile pass as a replacement for my paper pass. After reading through the return and replacement policies it seems that an exchange is only possible if I send the paper pass back. Is it possible to obtain a replacement pass if I am unable to send the paper pass back due to it being lost in the mail?
Problem with Mobile pass
Hi there!There is a problem with the Mobil pass. The searching tool is broken, there is a bug in the app and now I can't add trips to my journey anymore. Is there any way to fix this issue?At the beginning it works perfectly, maybe it would help to deinstall and reinstall the app. Is it possible or is the mobil pass deleted then? Or are there other people with the same problem? Best regardsBenno
