We Fly in to Norway in July and will be travelling for a month.If i buy the interrail pass does this only cover main routes ? We will be using Bodo to Trondheim. Trondheim to Tonsberg Tonberg to Oslo .We will also need to use local trains to go sight seeing and get to our home stays not sure if local rail journeys are included. We may also do the Norway in a Nutshell tour as well. We are mum and teenager.

Has anyone bought family passes and children passes not showing in your confirmation? If so, have you exchange the pass following their instructions to buy another pass and then claim for a exchange? Did they refund the fist pass -15 €? When buying the second pass including your child, did the second time did appear in the reservation?
Eurail global pass and LNER
Our group of 4 have the eurail global pass. We are trying to reserve seats on LNER for June 2 trip from London to Edinburg. I have not been able to reserve seats via interrail or LNER. It shows seats for purchase on June 2 on LNER but show “not available” when I try to reserve. On the interrail app it keeps directing me to the direct sites (ACP and LNER) is there a place to enter your global pass number for verification? Am I trying to reserve too far in advance? I was able to reserve the Eurostar with the global passes on May 20. And I have activated the global pass for the correct time frame. Help and Thanks!
Is it possible to use the two home country days on a Global Interail Pass for two outward (Eurostar) journeys, provided passholder reservations are bought?
We have Global Interail Passes (2 Months). We would like to take two trips starting in the UK, going out in different directions and flying back to the UK. We would therefore have two ‘outbound’ home country travel days and zero ‘homeward bound’ home country travel days. Is this allowed? All the text refers to one outward home country day and one inward home country day.

Do you know approximately when they go on sale? If I purchase them now and they go on sale do I get credited the difference? Please let me know, thank you.
FLASH SALE - 2 added child passes not visible after payment
I've ordered 4 Global 2 month Continues Passes in the Flash Sale for 2 adults & 2 children (< 11).Both adult & child passes were added to the shopping basket, but after payment the 2 child passes are not visible in the confirmation email/order in my account.Since this is a technical hick-up of the Interrail website, can you please add the 2 child passes to my order? Eurail Pass name and seat reservation confirmation name difference
Hello, When I booked the Eurail pass, I mentioned the given name (first name + middle name) under the first name section specified in the passport. I reserved the seat for an OBB Nightjet train directly through their website and during that time I specified only my First name. I did not include my middle name. So now the pass shows the name as my first name + middle name and the reservation ticket shows only my first name. Will it cause any issues while I board the train? Please advise.
Website account and Rail app don't match
I noticed this morning that my account on Eurail.com and the Eurail Rail Planner app are not matching. For example, my trips don't match on both platforms and the seat reservations I made and paid for on the website don't show up on the app. Did I do something wrong? How should I fix this? Thanks!
Document number invalid pass Cover number
I made a purchase for the pass to the greek islands and today i received a e-mail saying that the order has been shipped and our pass cover number to make the reservations.I tried to do the seat reservations through the Hellenic seaways site and there is a box where you have to fill in your discount details and I give the pass numbers of our activated greek islands pass. However, when I get to the point when I want the payment to go through, a box flashes up saying that “The document number is not valid”, but i’m using the number they gave me in the e-mailWho can I solve this?
Can I return my pass if I can't get reservations?
I would like to buy a global pass. But I can only use it if I can make certain reservations on my itinerary. But to make reservations, I need to provide a pass number.Can I buy the pass and the reservations at the same time?Or, if I have to buy a pass first, can I get a full refund if there are no available reservations?
my wife and I are travelling to Italy on 21 September and we have a 6 day Italy flexi pass and then a week later we friends joining us and they will have a 4 day Italy flexi pass. can I have them on my rail planner app or will there be issues. from the time they get there we will travel together
