I have made two reservations for an outward journey and for the return journey. the cost of each has been deducted from my bank account but I have only received the reservation for the return journey in my mailbox. what now?

Can I buy seat reservations through ACP Rail for my Eurail trips?Thanks in advance. 

I want to leave my home country Germany from Hamburg to Basel overnight, departing in Hamburg at 20:01, arriving in Basel at 6:20 the next morning with an interruption in Frankfurt for two hours (0:20-2:45). Is this allowed? I‘m holding a Global Pass for 2 month.   Thank you for any support.Bernd

Hi all :) I’m confused with the different route results/suggestions coming from searches on Interrail VS The train line VS Happy rail.As an example I find on intterrail the option to go on APR 17 from Geneva 7.15 to Rotterdam 18.10 (4 changes.On thetrainline.com this option does not exist. Neither on happyrail.com. I’ve used these websites a lot and always put a lot of faith in them. Looking forward to hearing how you deal with this, do most people exclusively use the search on interrail? 

Hi. I'm thinking of buying a 4 day Swiss pass. There are so many places i want to go from Bern, and I'm thinking of doing 2 or 3 trips per day. But i want to have some flexibility in case, for example, I love the first stop and don't want to do a second trip that same day. In short: Eurail is far more expensive than other forms of travel through both France and Spain due to the additional fees. It is also extremely inconsistent. I know of multiple friends, and myself, who have been completely screwed by last minute cancellations in France. It will be the worst part of your trip and the most expensive by far. Organize your own travel through these countries.In detail:Eurail is fine through Germany, Switzerland, and Belgium.I would recommend using it for those countries.In France and Spain (Spain actually being where I live) it absolutely sucks. I want to travel from paris to barcelona and I am not sure whether I should be buying a one country pass or a global pass. One of the scheduled trains tells me that if I have a one country pass I need to buy the ticket separatelywhile the other scheduled time does not have any instruction whatsoeverI am a bit confused because the train travels across countries. Good afternoon, Silly question perhaps but I am looking for confirmation or information on:I bought a global pass for 2 persons (me and my wife). I have activated the pass. (so far so good!) When I check the mobile pass information (My Pass) I cannot find any information on my wife’s name, just my name, pass reference and pass type. nor in the details. Is that ok or do I have to add additional information. How?

Did someone faced situation with the app when you enter destination the departure station disappears and it is imposible to plan the journey? How to solve it?

The trip I am needing says I "Need Reservation" but when I look at the trip details it says N/A! This is being made on the mobile app and the ticket i have us a Eurail Global Pass Question... What do I need to do to make this Reservation? Thank you in advance

Hello!I’m having major issues trying to book seat reservations…We would like to take the 13:02 train from Copenhagen to Berlin June 20th, change of trains in Hamburg. Seat reservations required and I get them to my cart...but then the system says “not enough free reservations for some travellers in your package”. What?? What is this?I also tried finding the same connection via DB and other online booking services to make the booking, but it doesn’t even exist there...only connections with 2+ changes of trains.Any advice on how to be able to book the seats to these 2 particular trains?  

Hello! We purchased Eurail pass for our Spain trip but when I select the cities From and To. It says the following message shown below:Not available from Eurail.comThis seat reservation can’t be booked on our website. Check 'More information' for other ways to book.These are the cities “Madrid, Seville, Valencia, Barcelona”. Tried to reach out to Chatbot, no luck. Robot keeps answering with no connection to my question :-(Any help from the community is appreciated.TIA 

Hi, I have searched many similar questions but I’m afraid still not clear on my situation.I have a 2 month continuous Global pass bought in last year’s sale that must be activated by 9th April.Due to my son being injured, I can not leave him and travel for a while.  I understand activating on the 9th will start the 2month period so valid until 9th June but do I have to take a trip on that day or can I just activate the pass so I do not lose it?If so, please how do I do it? Activate, add a trip but just done go on it?Many thanks for any help.  I have tried contacting customer services with no luck.

I am British. I’ve bought a pass (5 stops in 1 month) and have to state my inbound/outbound journey from the UK. However, I will already be in Europe on a work trip (ticket paid separately). This means when I activate my interrail pass my first trip (outbound) will not be from the UK but France. Does this matter or should I state my first trip I use as an outbound trip? I guess my main concern is ensuring I’m able to get back to the UK on my final (inbound) journey. I hope this makes sense. Any advice appreciated.

We are inter-railing in July as a family of four (two teenagers). We are doing some popular long-ish routes eg Brussels to Munich via Frankfurt, and Salzburg to Budapest. My question is whether the trains tend to be heaving at this time of year and how likely we are to end up standing/ sitting on the floor? If the latter, can trains safely be booked a few days in advance or should we be doing it weeks in advance? 

I would like to buy a global pass but need a caregiver pass also.  I will be leaving for Spain in two days and would like to buy it before I go.

I think I read that at some stations you scan your ticket.   We have paper pass and I don't see a barcode on them.  How does it scan?
