Newbie here!  I have a trip with some journeys listed. I haven't activated my pass yet as I dont leave until September. On my trip list of journeys I dont see the yellow toggle on/off to add or remove to my pass.  Do I only get that after I activate my pass?

Hi! Me and my boys are on a trip right now. We have the Global Pass 1st Class and we are going from Vienna Hbf to Trieste Centrale on 13/05/26.When I put the exact train into my rail planner it says that we need a supplement on this route (to pass the boarder I think)Is this required for pass holders and does 1st class have anything to say in this case? Thank you. 

Hey,We are going from Nizza to Barcelona today. We would have changed the train three times, however the second train from Marseilles I am in right now is heavily delayed and we won't get the next one.Thing is there are no reservations to be made for these following ones so we didn't pay money for it but all the trains we can now take instead are about 30€ for reservations (+like two hours more to wait).Is there any way to avoid having to pay for this train that we didn't plan on taking? Thanks in advanceStella

Hi I have just recently purchased a ticket (11-May-26) for a trip that we are starting in  The pass is not yet activated and is valid until 11 April 2027. I have just tried to book the seats in the train that require reservations. I can book some of the trips but I have just tried to book section of it and it reads “Your Pass isn't valid on this date” 1st train I had to book was from Bruges to Paris on 20th August 2026. I could reserve seats2nd train was from Paris to La Rochelle on 25th August 2026. I could reserve seats3rd train was from La Rochelle to Biarritz on 27th August 2026. I could reserve seats4th train was from Biarritz to Castelnaudary on 6th September 2026. I could not reserve seats and said that my pass was not valid on this date? I tried the 3rd September and this was possible to book, but from the 4th September onwards I can’t book? Seeing that its a 2 month pass with 10 days on travel, I can’t understand why I can’t book a seat. Am I missing something? Any help greatl

Hey there, Im Pelin. This will be my first time interrailing and using an international train. I have a question about the train systems. So, I bought a pass for 5 days per month. When I was checking the timetable of some trains, I realized that some trains (from Prag to Vienna for example) say that there is a train change. Does that mean I have to get off the train and get on to another one? And if so, Is there a passport control on the train changes? And do they include the estimated time for everyone to get a passport check? As I mentioned before, This will be my very first time to travel with train, and as far as I experienced by traveling with plane, it takes quite a while to passport check. Do the mid-trip train change stations (or whatever they’re called) check for your passport everytime you get on and off a train?My other question related to this matter is the time of these trains. So I reserve a seat for a train ride, right. But what if my planned train takes off around 10pm

Questions for May 27-28-29 in London:By the last week of May, what time in the morning will the Elizabeth Line/Public transport overground rails ( useful with Eurrail pass) schedules start?*wanting to travel across London about 6am,   starting from  Stratford . Any advice for best Eurrail travel options, please?* for a day trip to filming sites including " Ted Lasso"  neighborhood & pub, and the football field, what & where are some of those locations? How would you get from Wanstead or Gorest Gate or Marylsnd stations? 

I need an earlier Eurostar from St Pancras international, London, same day to make a connection TGV in Paris. I have been unable both through Eurostar and Eurrail site to find a space to exchange Eurostar to an earlier time of day. I see there is only 50 minutes between supposed arrival (if on time!) to make 14 subways stops on a Friday in  Paris, not to mention the distance between above ground platforms to the subway/metro. Will I lose the $60+ booking fee I already paid on the Eurrail site? Meanwhile, each day booking and rates are increasing. My Eurostar/Eurrail bookings both made on the Eurrail site with my 1st class Eurrail pass for May 29 (14 days. It is the last TGV of the day (only 2 daily go to Les Sables d’Olonne, my destination. I have 2 case files waiting for answers from each of Eurostar and Eurrail customer service. This is time consuming. Help - Au secours! I would like to travel from Chartres to Pontorson Mont St Michel (France) at 15:12 on 24 June.  I am getting an error message, “Not Included in Pass.” I would like to purchase the ticket but don’t see a button for the transaction.  What do I do? 

We are planning to begin our return journey on September 13 from Ljubljana.The plan is:  Ljubljana to Munich during the day, then Nightjet from Munich.  I want to book the Nightjet, so we definitely have a space.However, Im not sure if we want to spend the final night in Antwerp or Liège prior to going from Brussels back to the UK  on 15 September.My query is this:  do all night trains on this line stop at Liège?If I book to Brussels, can we still get off at Liège if we decide last minute?Is Antwerp or Liège best for a day?Thanks 

J’ai pris un pass global 4 jours pour aller en Pologne cet été, mais il est impossible de faire le trajet en utilisant un seul voyage du pass. Est-il possible de le changer pour un 5 jours ?

Hello,I bought a 4‑day Interrail pass. I planned to do: Day 1: Lyon–Zurich Day 2: night train Zurich–Prague Day 3: Prague–Berlin Day 4: night train Berlin–Paris (18h31-10h42 europeen sleeper), then Paris–Lyon two hours later. Does this work, or do I need a 5‑day Interrail pass?

I’m trying to reserve a sleeping compartment on IC 50417 night train from Krakow to Prague. I’ve tried on the cd.cz website but do not see where to add the Eurail global pass. Please help

Bonjour, Je veux voyager avec deux amies : l’une a obtenu son pass avec un concours Discover EU, et l’autre l’a acheté sur Interrail directement. Moi, je l’ai aussi gagné par un concours Discover Eu. Nous voulons connecter nos pass dans un voyage commun, mais nous n’y arrivons pas. Lorsque je crée un voyage sur le site interrail, je ne peux ajouter qu’une seule personne par voyage, et lorsque j’essaye d’ajouter la seconde personne la mention “Ce voyage ne peut être ajouté à votre voyage car les conditions de vos Pass sont différentes. Vous devez réserver vos places séparément”. J’ai l’impression que le problème vient du site car si je crée des voyages séparés je peux les ajouter toutes les deux mais jamais dans le même voyage. En gros je ne peux jamais créer de voyage à 3. Comment faire pour que l’on soit connectées toutes les 3 ? Je vous remercie par avance 

Hi everyone,I'm planning a 2-week Interrail trip departing from Paris (France, my country of residence) and I have a question about the number of travel days I need and whether a specific train is covered.Here's my itinerary:- Paris → Lecco (via Zurich)- Lecco → Padua- Padua → Bologna- Bologna → Genoa- Genoa → Nice (where we'll spend 3 nights)- Nice → ParisI understand that with the Global Pass, I get 2 journeys in my country of residence: one to leave France (Paris → Lecco) and one to return (Nice → Paris), and that these don't count as travel days.My question is about the Nice → Paris leg specifically. Since we're stopping in Nice for 3 nights before taking that train, it will be used on a completely separate day from the Genoa → Nice leg. Does it still count as the included "return journey" in my country of residence, or does it need to be on a travel day?And just to confirm: does the app correctly calculate 5 travel days for this itinerary, or should it be 4?Thanks in advance!

We will travel to Spain next week, starting from Germany and using the Deutschlandticket to Kehl and a train ticket Kehl-Strasbourg, so our first travel day will be a normal international travel day. Will we be able to use the saved outbound journey day for another trip later on? We have 10 travel days in 2 months passes.

Hello togehter,we had two Reservations for the train AVE02591 from Sevilla to Barcelona at Monday, 04.05.2026 at 09:34 o’clock The train wasn’t listened in the timetableof the trainstation  in Sevilla Santa Justa and we had to buy another reservation because AVE02591 from Sevilla to Barcelona was cancelled. Can Anyone here me confirm that this train doesn’t drive at 04.05.2026 and it was cancelled? Thank you Greeting Peter

I have activated my partners pass on my phone and duplicated my trip.  How do I connect the duplicated trip to his pass?

Is it possible for my assistant to download and set up my trip on her device and activate my passes, and then I log in on my device and all the trips and passes are there?

Hi,I was thinking of doing a long travel day, and my last train switch would be at 23:59 (still same travel day). I was wondering, if my train has delays and only comes at 00:20… is this a new travel day then?Thank you in advance!

Ich möchte im Oktober nach England und im Eurostar sind angeblich keine Sitzplätze mehr buchbar, obwohl für den Zug noch Tickets zu kaufen sind. Kann mir da jemand helfen? 

Me and my girlfriend bought two global passes. She added me to her trip, but in my mobile app nothing changed and i cant ser the reservations that She made. There is something we can do? Are we doing something wrong? Thank you Im advance

Hello! I wanted to know if the best route to go from Bruges to Strasbourg on October 17 is the one vía Paris. If you have any suggestions I am open to them. Another problem is that the train from Bussels to Paris in this route appears as “sold out” of seats for pass holders. I dont know what is my better option. Thanks!

I want to book the train from Krakow Glowny to Vienna central station on Sunday 21st June for me and one other person. I have tried to book the 10:21am multiple times on the OBB Austrian railway website but every time I go through the whole process and then after paying it says ‘Reservation not possible’ and ‘Please change your reservation request’. I have tried multiple times on this website and as well on the PKP intercity website. Neither work and interrail says this journey requires a reservation. Does this mean the train is full, I’m too early to reserve the seats or something else? Any help would be appreciated :)

I purchased a pass a while back - whenever I go to book travel, I am stopped from selecting open seats. There is no option to do so? How on earth do I reserve seats in advance? This is absolutely maddening
