Hello Community,I have a Flexi Pass with five travel days. If I now activated a travel day by adding a train connection, the ticket would be generated. Can I add another train journey in the course of the same day that only arises during the day?Thank you for your answer,Medi

I have an Interrail pass for use in June/July with ten travel days. I’ve booked some of the trains directly through the pass on my phone and booked others on my laptop and then added them to the pass. I have all the train tickets in My Pass on the phone - BUT I also want to print out each ticket for backup in case of any last-minute issues with phone power/connections or at worst, having the phone stolen. This is what I always do for peace of mind with travel reservations.For tickets not booked through the pass, I received an email confirmation with a copy of the ticket, and I’ve printed those. But for the other trips, I can’t see how to print out the tickets from the app. They don’t appear in my Interrail account when I log on on my laptop; I can’t share a ticket from the app to my email account; I can’t take a screenshot of a ticket as the screen shows only part of the info and QR at one time; and I can’t see how to get the app itself on the laptop.SO all helpful suggestions very wel

Hello,is the scenery worth on the route from Lübeck to Copenhagen through the ferry Puttgarden - Rødby ? Do you have any suggestion for a nice overnight stop accessible by train in southern Zealand ?I could only find a nearly two hours long bus ride from Lübeck to Puttgarden (no train even for part of the journey). And another bus after the ferry to reach Maribo. Furthermore, I read about the Sydbanen rail works. So I do hesitate to take this route this summer.Thanks for any advice.

I booked a journey from London to Leipzig and now realise that the transfer time is impossible at Brussels because of customs etc - I naively thought that I would not be offered a train that it would be impossible to catch. So….I’ve paid for a reservation on Eurostar, but want to change the Brussels to Leipzig leg. Is it possible to do this, or do I have to start all over again and lose my reservation fee? Also, how much time should I allow for the transfer at Brussels?And do I need to book the Brussels to Leipzig leg or can I just get on the next available trains (after checking that they are valid for the Global Pass).

I want to take the EN40459 from Zurich to Prague. However, the entire route only has sleeper cabins or seats, and I would like to sleep in a couchette car due to budget reason.I have noticed that the train is actually coupled together with NJ409 and EC459 from Zurich (19:59) until Leipzig Hbf (04:49), and NJ409 offers couchettes. (After Leipzig Hbf, NJ409 continues to Berlin while EC459 goes to Prague) Is it allowed to reserve a couchette in NJ409 to Leipzig Hbf, then get off the train and go to another carriage of what is technically the same train in the EC459 portion, without activating another travel day?Alternatively, could I reserve a seat on the EC459 from Zurich (19:59) to Prague (09:15), which technically begun on an activated travel day, but not get on the train until Leipzig Hbf (04:49), which is on the next day, without activating that day? Could I do the same without reserving a seat?

Hi. We are travelling next Thursday (4th June) using iterrail-M passes through a travel agent. I have loaded all the pass details onto my phone for us both but not activated either yet. Can I copy this to the other phone as backup then activate them if my phone gets lost or dies?What is the procedure if I have t activate the passes on the other phone?

My 4-days/1 month pass has to be activated by 3rd June to be valid for the last possible month. It doesn't matter, if I start it on the 7th, my first travel day, if my trip is only one week, not the whole month. Am I correct in my assumption?

J’essaye de réserver mes places assises pour mes trajets mais toujours la même réponse: La recherche de tarifs n'a donné aucun résultat. Les places réservées aux détenteurs du Pass sont probablement épuisées. Que ce soit n’importe quelle destination ou n’importe quel horaire je ne peux pas. Hey! I won the DiscoverEU ticket, an interrail pass. I want to book a ticket from Romania to Budapest, but it sais that i can not book the ticket from the website. The train leaves at 04:00 so would that count as a night train, and that could be the problem? How could I solve the situation? The DiscoverEU app sais that I need a seat reservation. Is there anyone who booked a ticket from Romania to Budapest and could give me some advices? I would be really rateful.

On my upcoming trip this May, I am planning to take the train from Copenhagen to Frankfurt. My wife and I have the 1st class Global pass and we understand that we don’t need to make a reservation for this trip. However, we would like to reserve and pick our seats if possible, but it seems only the Hamburg to Frankfurt leg allows us to pick the exact seats, while the Copenhagen to Hamburg leg has automatically assigned seats even if we pay for reservation. I’ve checked this both on the DSB and DB website and it is the same for both. My question is whether the Copenhagen to Hamburg leg allows for picking exact seats closer to the date (say 2 months in advance?), or will it always be automatically assigned? If we can’t pick seats for the first leg regardless, would it make more sense to just make the whole reservation now so that I have more choices of seats for the Hamburg to Frankfurt leg? Hi I am trying to book a train from Paris to Florence via Milan Central  on 20 August.  I have managed to buy Paris to Milan but can’t get any for Milan Centrale to Firenze. I just get “No price results were found.  Pass holder seats may be sold outdoor this connection but there may be other ways to check for available seats”. Does this mean that they are definitely not available as Interrail?Are there any other ways to secure a Interrail qualifying seat? Thanks

Hi guys, I bought a Pass in March but it’s Not showing up in my Account? And I havent got anything through the Post either, but my Money is gone? Any idea where my Pass could be? 

Apparently there are no reservations available back to Edinburgh from London Kings Cross on August 22nd with LNER. Lumo may have availability but their services are not listed in the app. Fine to chance it on either with my pass but not having the full picture is inconvenient.

I wanted to reserve a seat from Paris to Brest, I got a link http://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv which charges 20+4(service fees) Euro, https://www.raileurope.com/ charges 20+2 Euros, and Interrail app shows 12 Euro I do not know the logic, can I trust the interrail app, will they add any additional cost before final payment? Also, is there any rush to reserve the seat in this route? If I book the seat now, can I cancel the reservation?

I listed my passport as my identification document when I purchased my pass. I’ve since lost my passport. Is my ID card sufficient to prove my identity, even though it’s not the same document listed on my pass ? I have a paper pass, so I can't make any changes.

I have made a reservation for a TGV from Barcelona to Paris in August but selected the wrong day, the 14th instead of the 15th. I can’t change or cancel the reservation within the interrail.eu site (where I made the reservation). Is there a way to change the reservation? I just bought a railpass and in a hurry I used my Apple ID but my e-mail provider is different and haven’t received the code now and will most likely not receive the code at all. And unfortunately I need to use the ticket very soon. Within 24 hours.Any experience with this?
