I have the Eurail Global Pass and am trying to purchase my seat reservations from Paris to Interlaken and while I am able to add the seat to my cart, it will not let me proceed to payment details. This is what pops up when I try to check out. The seating is not sold out as I’ve tried to purchase the seats on SNCF connect’s website and it’s available. Is this a problem on Eurail’s side? Is there another way to purchase the seat reservations? 

First, this is my first time using your services. Second, I think I activated my 22 days mobile Global pass on July 16, 2023 on your application but I'm not sure if I really activated the mobile pass and if what I do it's ok? I will be traveling from July 22 to August 12, 2023. Will I be able to use it on July 22 and on August 12 too? Third, I would like to know from what date exactly I could start using my 22 consecutive days with my 22 days mobile pass with the information I gave you? Fourth, if I did an activation mistake (e.g. too soon), especially since I haven't used anything yet, how could I fix it? Thanks!

Hola, quiero realizar un viaje a Francia desde Madrid, que es mi lugar de residencia. Mi idea es coger un AVE de Madrid a Barcelona y luego el INOUI desde Barcelona a Paris. Me parece entender que con el one country pass de Francia no podría reservar el AVE, pero el INOUI si aunque salga de Barcelona? Y con el global pass podría reservar los dos? Y si puedo reservar los dos, debo realizar los dos  trayectos el mismo día, o puedo pasar una noche en Barcelona? Esto último teniendo en cuenta que cuenten dos días de viaje claro.También podría hacer el viaje desde Madrid a Irún y de Hendaya a Paris, pero básicamente mis preguntas son las mismas, excepto que entiendo que el tren que sale de Hendaya si puedo reservarlo porque pertenece a Francia.Muchas gracias.

I have manually booked a journey on Intercity train #727 from Lamezia Centrale to Messina Maritima on 21 September but cannot make seat reservations. Eurail and interail both do not show that train but i have booked the train and have a ticket. I dont know how to access the Trenitalia site to just book seat reservations, 

I want to book the TGV 9704 train from Barcelona to Paris on October 3, 2023 but it doesn't seem possible to book. It doesn't let me do it at another time or another day before or after. Do you know what could be happening? I was able to book the other trains for my trip from Paris to other places in the next few days but that train from Barcelona to Paris with SNCF doesn´t let me make the reservation. 

Hi travellers! I am trying to book seats from Zagreb to Beograd and then to Beograd to Sofia in August but it is imposible. I have read that trains to and from Serbia are not running.Is it still the case?In the Interrail web they appear in the possible routes so I bought a pass. Do you have info?What is the alternative if not the train?Tank you!!!

Hi there,I am travelling from Germany to Austria and then from Austria to Italy. I already know about the Brenner and Tarvisio supplements but I have this problem: I tried to book on the ÖBB site and it looks like the supplement to cross to Italy is only 10 euros. For a first class seat reservation on the EC85, for example, you need to pay extra 5 euros. My question is this: Do I have to make reservations for a first class seat on each train (or high speed trains) in Italy even though I already have a 1st class Global Pass? 

Currently on Android version 31.7.0 and which I updated to the other day (came out on the 7th July). Using the 1 month continuous mobile pass, (just incase helpful with answering)  So I am in the middle of planning and booking the neccesary trains I need for my trip I.e. eurostar and other long distance trains which need reservations. I have also added to my trip and some of the connections I need/ will take that do not need a reservation. (as its a continuous pass I do not need to worry about the travel days).I have been using the app to find the trains I need for booking elsewhere but with these connecting trains they do not show under the pass. For example I am going from my local station to London st pancreas which takes like 20mins and with the pass is free, and then from there eurostar. I added the local train to my pass and the eurostar (even though booked online) and they count as the outbound journey which does show under the pass. I then bought and printed out a ticket from p

I have a continuous 1 month pass and I was having issues with booking tickets on the website. (I dont know if this is to do with buying on myinterrail.co.uk, so while I can get the pass on my phone when redirected to eurail to buy tickets its not the same account so it says there is no pass under orders). Anyway I have booked a few trains already on my laptop instead and clicked the option on an interrail pass on both Eurostar, OBB and TGV. I have printed out these tickets but they are not on my app pass. Is this going to be a problem if I show the print out and then my pass but the ticket not being on the pass? I do not have a problem with trips that do not require a reservation as these can simply be added to the trip in the app. Have I made a mistake and it is possible to link a ticket from myinterrail.co.uk to eurail website when reserving tickets. (i dont mind paying the 2 euro extra if I had peace of mind that it is on my pass).  

I booked a fast train from Florence to Monza but need to switch to an earlier train .can I change my reservation it’s for another 10 days 

The prices on the Eurail webpage for reservations range from $182USD to $450USD for some of our trips for 4 of us. I bought the Eurail to save money and this is astronomical and not was was advertised (10-25 euro!) Can someone tell me what the issue is?

I am wondering if anyone can tell me if this train is fully booked (or at least first class Eurail holders)? I was planning on catching the 8.43am or 9.43 am train from Prague to Munich but I have this message (see picture). Does this mean First class is booked out or the whole train? 

Moet je bij een Global Pass ook een zgn ticket of journey aanmaken? Alle dagen zijn toch reisdagen dus je kunt een willekeurige trein nemen naar welke bestemming dan ook (even afgezien van reserveren en dergelijke)?

Moin, ich plane demnächst eine Reise und in der Route steht "Sitzplatzreservierungen erforderlich". Was genau bedeutet "erforderlich"? Eine Sitzplatzreservierung garantiert normalerweise nur, dass man einen Sitzplatz hat. Oder ist MUSS man hier wirklich nochmal Sitze reservieren?Mit freundlichen GrüßenD. U. 

Hi all, I want to make a seat reservation for 8th September from Lesce Bled to Ljubjlana and for 11th September from Ljubljana to Zagreb. Both with the Euronight 40456. I can't book it from the euronight website and OBB website. I was looking at the Nightjet website and I couldn't book it there either. It says the prices are unavailable. However, when I search from the place the train starts originally Zurich to where it ends Zagreb I can book the seat reservations. I have placed two links, the first the route from Ljubljana to Zagreb and second the route from Zurich to Zagreb. Boek uw ticket - NightjetBoek uw ticket - NightjetI was wondering if you guys have experienced this? Can I just book the seat reservations from Zurich to Zagreb and then board the train in Lesce Bled and Ljubljana? Hello - before I activate my pass I wanted to check train availability.When checking on Paris-Amsterdam for Monday August 7th, on the website it says ‘Reservations required’ and then ‘Reservation unavailable’, but on the Rail planner app it says ‘Reservations required’ and then give a price for the seat reservation.Which one should I trust ?

If I don't have a seat reservation, how do I know we're I can sit??

Bonjour,je suis français résident au Canada. Je suis actuellement en road trip en Europe avec ma copine canadienne. J’ai pris un pass interail parce que je suis de nationalité française mais j’aurai pu prendre un eurail également parce que je suis résident canadien. Nous devions faire des visites de la France, je pensais que les voyages en train à l’intérieur de la France pouvait être utilisé comme journée dans mon pass.Or lors de la réservation de mes sièges un message d’alerte m’avertît que les voyages dans mon pays de naissance parce que j’ai rentré mon passeport français, ne peuvent pas être prit en compte dans mon pass interail sauf 2 journées (inbound/outbound).J’ai sans doute manquer des informations et/ou de vigilance lors de mon achat. Alors est il possible de changer de pass et prendre un eurail sachant que je suis également résident canadien et que j’ai plusieurs voyages à effectuer en France et c’est pour ça que j’ai choisis de prendre un pass à 10 journées ? Si vous pouvie

I’ve read a lot about how some of Eastern Europe doesn’t show on the rail planner and that you have to look on the local rail website to plan.I have a global pass and currently planning a rough route. I’ve got to Bosnia and Herzegovina and I’m struggling to find a train that can actually take me into the county from Slovenia or Croatia.Can anyone advise on this? 

Anyone knows why there aren't any available trains IN Greece (i'm not talking about trains from outside of Greece, i'm talking about local ones) in August and September (while they're available now in July)??Thanks!!

We live in Germany and want to go on an interrail trip in Norway. Therefore we take the train to Kiel, sleep there and take the ferry to Oslo. In Norway we want to use 5 days of our 7 days Ticket. Afterwards we want to Take the ferry from Oslo to Kiel and then use our interrail Ticket to Go Back Home.  Is it possible to use our homecountry-days that way? Because we do Not Transit a Border on the same day by train, but take the ferry on the next day. (We will buy the ferry Ticket seperately)

Hi, I am traveling through Norway. And currently in Trondheim and want to go to andalsness. Although reserving the trains were not possible in the interrail app. So we went to the station to ask but the train till next week were all fully booked. So now we are stuck in Trondheim without a place to stay. We are planning to take a bus but this one is not included with the pass, could we still get this refunded. Because it's kind of due to errors of interrail.  Side note: we know about the new feature of booking with interrail on entur.no. But this actually doesn't work because it gives an error and tells you to call or chat. So we couldn't book anything in advance 

Hello all,I’m planning an inter-railing trip next year and was thinking of going from Split to Mostar. However, I have just found out that there are no international trains that do this route and don’t believe buses are included in the pass. Is it worth just paying for a bus (if it isn’t too expensive and if there definitely aren’t any trains to Mostar) or shall I rearrange the destination?Thank you!
