Hello! I am planning a trip from Amsterdam Central to Prague Hlvani Nadrazi. I can save 16 euro and about an hour and a half of travel if I do a 5 minute transfer from Schwandorf platform 4 to platform 5 headed to Prague Hlvani Nadrazi at 5pm on a Monday. Do you think I could be successful with this transfer or would it be better to spend the extra 16 and 1.5 hours of travel? Thank you so much for the advice! I’m new to eurrail and appreciate learning from the experience of others. 

Hello,I have a Global Interrail Pass and I'm planning to travel on the Euronight train from Zagreb to Celje on Sunday, 3rd of August. The train departs from Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor at 18:10 and arrives in Celje at 19:54. This train goes all the way to Stuttgart but I only need this short leg of the train which is also not overnight. However, I'm having trouble making a seat reservation for this part of the journey through services like ÖBB, where it says currently not reservable. This is possibly due to construction works. Would this mean the train isn't even running? Furthermore, would you need a seat reservation for this very short journey as it is not overnight or would my interrail pass be enough? And if so how can I make a seat reservation as it's not currently reservable.Thank you for your help!

Why are there two times set for a train that leaves from the same station?

I was told that if I want to be able to pick a seat and rest, get a first class ticket on eurail and get a reservation.  Now it tells me I don’t need a reservation and there doesn’t seem to be an option to make one even if I don’t need one and it doesn’t even ask about the ticket type.  I assume there are a limited number of first class tickets on any given train.  Does anyone know how I navigate this to put in my ticket type and pick the seat?  

So my girlfriend has a Discover EU pass while i have an Interrail pass. We want to sit close to each other in trains that require seat reservetion, however we cant form a group in the booking system. It says that there are different passes and cant be connected or put in a group. Does someone know a solution?

Since the 16th of April, Arriva Denmark calls itself “GoCollective”, since Arriva Denmark was bought of “Mutares”, a German company which tries to return the company to recognized and undisputed profitable market leaders...The question now is: Is Interrail still valid at these trains, now operated by GoCollective? Please update your information concerning the valid danish transport operators as Arriva is still named.

I have a night train reservation (couchette) from Warsaw to Budapest, but my plans have changed and I want to leave the train earlier, in Bratislava. Will this be a problem? I remember that attendants on some night trains take in your passport and only give it back in the morning, so if they don’t return it on time that might be a problem.

Hi,  I have created a journey from Amsterdam to Brussels (without reservation) and Brussels to Paris Euro Star (with reservation using b-europe.com) for today.  Unfortunately there is strike in Amsterdam today so I am not able to take the train to reach Brussels.. now my reservation for which I paid 116 euro ( for 2 adults and 2 kids) are going waste as I am not able to reach brussels today afternoon.I connected with customer care of SNCB (b-europe) and they said that your reservation can not be refunded and also can not be changed because you have not done booking with us for your previous connection (from asmsterda to brussels)EU rail team says that we also can not do anything as you have not done the reservation on our portal.  This is really pity and eurail is creating confusion by giving option to allow people to do reservation through different provider. Even If I apply for refund for delayed or cancelled journey, I will not get refund of 116 euro. and neither there is a possibil

I am trying to delete trips that I will now not be taking. When I hold down the journey the only option given is to see the trip in detail. There is no option to delete, or no …. to go to. thanks for your help.  

I have a Eurail pass and plan to use it for the NOMAD/SNCF train from Deauville to Paris. That train line requires free reservations to bring a bicycle on board. There seems to be no way to reserve it through Eurail and when I ask them for guidance, they say to contact SNCF.  SNCF meanwhile tells me to contact Eurail since they are the travel agency. Does anyone have any guidance for this problem? I would rather not wait till boarding time to make the reservation at the station. 

I just noticed our seat reservation AMS-Zurich (July 21) got canceled and refunded (night jet) this was the start of our holiday, so the rest of our two week journey kind of depends on it. Any advice how to make sure we will get there in time (hopefully with night jet couchet).

Plus de places assises reservables sur le site DB Navigator entre Hambourg et Copenhague, impossible d'entrer le numéro des pass InterRail sur le site SJ pour réserver des sieges. Il reste le train de nuit Hambourg Stockholm en sièges inclinables à 57,60€ pour nous 3 sur le site InterRail. Si je prends les billets sur Internet est-ce que l'on peut choisir les places pour être côte à côte ? Encore merci pour vos conseils.

Hello!  My husband and I are travelling through Germany and Switzerland, and have purchased the 22 day continuous first class global passes.  I want to make sure I don’t make mistakes here and have tried to find my answers on various videos on the internet but I am still unsure.  Here are my questions:Can I have both passes on both our phones? Or can they only be active on one phone?  I would like to pre-plan our train rides (as much as possible) and so making a ‘trip’ in the app would be ideal but I am worried that this activates our passes - we don’t leave until the first week of September Would it be a good idea to make reservations this soon in advance or wait?   I have heard/read that making reservations in the Eurail app isn’t the best idea….is this true?  We both won’t have our phones connected while there the entire time unless there is free wifi available...(which I also read to have screen shots of the ticket QR codes for this reason)Thanks so much for the help - I bet all th

Hi.I managed to book the seat reservations for my Interrail trip for the routes in Spain and France, except the ones in Portugal because I’ve been told i can only reserve them via a counter there.But between Montpellier and Stuttgart i couldn’t buy a reservation. My train would normally leave July the fifth via Marne la Valley Chessy. Ive tried raileurope.com and happyrail.com but for both it isn’t possible for that specific route. Does anyone have another idea to help me out? I am trying to make a free mandatory bicycle reservation for a French SNCF train, which I plan to take using my Eurail pass.  I asked the SNCF AI answer bot how to do that and it told me --“The Eurail pass is a transport package valid only for train travel in participating countries; it doesn't allow you to reserve additional services such as a bike space.”Additionally, SNCF seems to require me to have a ticket in order to get a bike reservation, and does not seem to recognize a Eurail pass reservation as a ticket.So if I want to travel with a bicycle, I cannot use a Eurail pass?

Hi all,Just a question about the journeys to/from the UK on the Interrail pass. I am unsure as to whether one inbound/outbound journey is included in the pass, or is it one inbound/outbound day? For example, if in the app we have one journey from Cardiff to London and then a separate one for the journey from London to Germany (as in removing the first from the mobile pass) after travel and adding the second), is this possible. Or will the first use up our outbound journey and not let us add the second (meaning we have to have Cardiff to Germany as one journey).Just asking as the first option here would allow us more choice of train for Cardiff-London rather than sticking to the connection given in the app for the second.Hope this makes sense and thanks for any help,Morgan

I want to travel from Bari to Igoumenitsa by Superfast Ferries. As we all may know the Global and Greek islands pass holders are eligible to a free Ferry from Greece to Italy and vice-versa. However, when planning my trip and pressing “view train times” for this route it says “only by Greek islands pass”. Does anyone else have any experience with this route? Is it a trip planner problem or glitch or do I need to find another way to go to Greece?

I need to download my pass or invoice into PDF form to send it off for a visa application. I can not seem to find anyway of doing this.

Can I take a train from Barcelona airport El Prat to Barcelona Sants by euRail?

I tried to book a ticket to Jungfraujoch on the 3rd of July 2025, expecting a 25% Eurail discount, but it does not apply anymore. Altogether it comes to 238 CSF per person. Can anybody give me an idea about this issue?

We're trying to book a day-truo ticket from Interlaken Ost to Brienz in early July. We'll likely catch the ferry one way and train on the way back.Even after following the booking instructions  on Eurail website and adjusting my filter to boats/ferries" only, I can't see any ferry timetables coming up on my app. Hoping someone can help please?  

Where can I find a list of guaranteed Italian trains on June 20th? I understand there's a Nationwide strike but some trains are guaranteed to run. I am specifically looking for Fr9628 from Rome to Milan at 1120 am and Ec18 from Milan to zurich at 1510 on June 20. I also bought seat reservations through Rail Europe on those routes, so would there be any possibility of getting my seat reservation money back if those trains do not run and if so is that through rail Europe or the Italy train company? Hello,I am travelling to Istanbul, Bucuresti and Sofia this summer with my girlfriend and have a question about the Bosphorus night train.If I am correct the interrail planner does not give the correct data for the Bosphorus train from Bucuresti Nord (Romania) to Halkali (Turkey) and from Halkali to Sofia (Bulgaria), and you have to buy the seat reservations at the train station itself.We’ll arrive in Bucuresti on August 4th and want to take the train to Halkali the next day. We also want to take the train from Halkali to Sophia on August 10th. I was wondering if we can buy both reservations in Bucuresti on the 4th. And is there a big change that the train will be sold out already? (the 4th is on a Monday).Thank you in advance!!Floris
