Hi everyone.  I am nearly through planning a trip later in the year but need help with one leg.  I want to travel in the Netherlands from Amsterdam to Middleburg.  I can see the journey if I search on ÖBB but not if I search on Eurail.  So, If I add the journey manually will my pass be valid for this journey (and do I need to buy another bloody seat reservation!?) thanks!

Hello,I am having a similar problem to a few other people on the forum, where the date of birth for both of the travelers I got passes for is wrong by one day. I submitted a request to customer service to change it. However, I am concerned they will not get back to me in time, as I am traveling in just a couple days. I did not mention that the request was urgent when I submitted the customer service request. Should I submit a new customer service request specifying how urgent my request is?Thanks

Dear Interrail Team, we want to travel from Germany to France next week. Since there were no more reservations available for our route, we wanted to purchase seats on travel.b-europe.com. I won Interrail Tickets via Hessen Rail, and now i can not book reservations, because I don´t have an interrail account with my passes, how can I connect them?In the App my Mobile Passes are already activated but for the reservations I have to go online on the website with my account, but for the App I didn´t need an account so my passes arent connectet to one.I already tried to message the Bot, but it says my question is to long.

I am trying to buy a seat reservation on a train from Barcelona to Paris. When I click on the train i it says that the seat - reservation will be delivered by post, which costs extra. I want it to be delivered per mail is there an opportunity to choose or change the way of delivery? 

We are travelling from Switzerland to Italy and have a 1 month 1st class Eurail pass for my family of 4 (all adults) i dont see any of the fast trains on the website to book however i do see them on Rail Europe. How do i load my Eurail Pass to Rail Europe for bookings as well as to the SBB website and Trenitalia - i dont see anywhere to add the pass because it doesnt list Eurail specifically.  Any tips or help you can provide, I’d appreciate. Thanks in advance,Theresa

Hi! My name is Aimee. I am traveling with a group of 14 people. We want to go from Paris to Interlaken, Switzerland on June 30th and we have the global passes. We have to be in Interlaken by 1530 at the latest. Eurail.com says I can only do 9 reservations at once, and some of the trains will only take 5 reservations. My questions are:For the trains that only do 5 or 9 reservations at a time, does that mean that there are only 5 (or 9) spots available for pass holders?  Do I have to pay for 1 set of 5 (or 9) people, then go back for the next set? When I try to switch to the 2nd group of travelers, the site says the train is already in my cart.  Is there a way to find out if one of the trains has 14 spots? I don’t want to book half my group on one train & half on another train. Thank you!Aimee

Currently me and my friend are in frankfurt and planning on going to Berlin, Prague, Budapest, Vienna, bari then Rome Florence, Lyon, bourdeux then end in Paris for the rest of our trip. I have a global pass for eurail. We were able to book our reservations from Prague to Budapest via cd.shop. Then Budapest to Vienna without a seat reservation. I was able to use eurail website to book a reservation and pay from Vienna to Rome to bari. The payment went through but the next day I got an email saying that the Rome to bari leg didn't go through and they refunded me not even willing to rebook it for us. when looking for seat reservations for any trip in Italy and even France no options(prices) show up when using the website and it says "prices are temporarily available". I refreshed many times (every hour I searched) and still couldn't get a price. Using Italia rail website to try and reserve seats I couldn't find any trains and it didn't load. Hello everyone, I am currently living in Switzerland, and I bought a 2-month Interrail Mobile Global Pass for the upcoming summer. However, not fully awaring of the rule about in/outbound trips, I used up my two in/outbound trips in two days. Now though I still have 58 days left, I couldn’t activate any journy at all, even those entirely outside of Switzerland (country of my residence). But in the terms it doesn’t state that all journeys should be made inbetween the in-/out-bound journeys, and it makes no sense as well like that. Since I’ve already booked some seats for trains in France and other countries, it’s urgent for me to figure out if I am still able to travel with this pass in Europe except Switzerland.To specify, my question is: Can I use the Interrail Mobile Global Pass to travel in countries outside Switzerland, after using out my in/outbound journeys? If so, how can I add tickets in the Rail Planner App?I would greatly appreciate it if someone can give me some ideas. Best

I just called renfe and made a seat reservation for me and my children (all with interrai passes). The operator gave me a code, called something like Locator number, and told me I need to find it in the interrail site to pay for the seat reservations.They also said they will send the code to my email.1 - Does anyone know where can I add this Locator number in the interrail site? Has anyone some experience with renfe and this way of booking seat reservations?2 - What are best practices when the seat reservation is not possible to do in the interrail site? Neither on deutsche bahn site and neither on scnf or renfe… etcI did not get any email from them… now I am afraid there is no seat reservation and I will miss this connection :(Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi, my friend added me to his trip and booked are tickets together through his trip to make sure we had the same trains. Do i still need to activate my pass even though he has my tickets? If so, how would i do that?

Hi, i’m from ItalyMy friends and I have bought a global pass ticket for Spain, because we wanted to leave from our country, but we have a problem with the seats reservations, especially the one on the travel from Valence Tgv Rhone-Alpes Sud to Barcelona-Sants, because, when we are about to book the seats, they ask us the paper ticket but they won’t let us go on booking the seats saying that they wouldn’t arrive in time even though the on the site it says that we can book the seats at least 6 days before and we have plenty of time. Is there a way we can solve this problem? Can we book the seats in an other way?thanks

I am planning to travel through Europe this summer. I read that the mobile app does not get updated/synchronized as often so I resorted to using only the website instead.Now, while planning I am trying to find a way to add all my different trips to a list or something comparable on the website. Is there a way to do this, and if so, how do I do this?It will help me a lot with keeping track of all the reservations and bookings I need to do in order to travel comfortably and orderly.

Hi! I’m going to make all Seat reservations for this year’s Interrail, but I had a problem with railway Line Bologna-Napoli ( 21 august ). I also tried with oebb.at anyone can help me? 

Trying to plan our trip to Europe this fall.  We are looking to take the highspeed train from London to Paris.Do I need to buy a pass for this one trip?  There doesnt seem to be anywhere or anyway I can book just this one trip without getting a pass.   If I dont need a pass, where can I book the train tickets ahead of time?

HelloI am gojng interrailing with 3 friends in juli. We want to make reservations for trains in Italia but it's not possible. The interrail app keeps bugging and if we actually see some trains to reserve, it gives an error 'Prices not available' or 'Come back later'. Fine, but I have tried making reservations for over a week now and it is not working. Deutsche Bahn also gives an error, stating 'reservations not available'. Italiarail is also bugging. Would someone please help us. We are leaving in a month and i am getting a bit disappointed and frustrated, unfortunately. I will post our full route later today in a comment, but if someone is willing to help us, we would like to reserve this train (first).The train from Lauterbrunnen (or Interlaken-Ost) leaving around 11:02/04 and arriving at Florence around 17:04. Hello everyoneWe have a second class inter rail ticket. We are a family of 4. We want to get the night train from Toulon to Paris. Is there anyway of booking a whole cochette I am only being offered the 6 birth and I know that if we were just buyng a single ticket we would have the option to pay a supliment to reserve the whole carriage. We have 2 children with us and consequently would like the privacy of our own copartment.Many thanks

Got my DB seat reservation, it doesn’t have a QR code or anything like that. Is that how it’s supposed to be? Just wondering if anyone has experience with DB reservations.
