Hello,I had trouble booking seat reservations via the Interrail reservations page for Brussels-Paris Thalys operated train so I called the customer service and bought the reservation there. I have a global 2nd class interrail pass and I was told that they are out of 2nd class seats but can sell me the comfort seat. I said I’ll take that since I thought that maybe then I’ll just be charged with a higher fee (the reservation was 25 €). When I got the reservation via email, it said pass comfort and 1st class. Now I’m worried that can I actually use this reservation with my 2nd class pass.

Hi there I have purchased a interrail global pass for 2 months knowing I can only have 1 inbound and outbound journey. We are planning on going from London to Bruges outbound but on the way back we are getting a flight from Portugal to Edinburgh (due to timing). I was wondering is it possible to use my second inbound journey from Edinburgh back to London or does the journey have to be travelling from out of my home country back into it?  Want to make sure this is okay before booking any flights!  Thanks for the help! 

Hi , I'm travelling to Italy, mostly Rome and Tuscany and i wonder if I can use the Interrail pass from the airport or if i have to buy another ticket for this trip

I am trying to book a train from Amsterdam to London on July 31. I am new to the Eurail pass but am extremely confused/frustrated with how many trains require seat reservations but then do not provide you the option to do so on the Eurail website. Below is a screenshot of the error message I get when I try to book the train from Amsterdam to London: I genuinely have no idea what to do. Do I risk waiting until I get to Amsterdam on July 28th to book it at a train station there and hope that there are seats left? Any guidance at all would be VERY much appreciated.

Hello, I had purchased 1 month pass with 4 travel days and made a return trip Utrecht-Frankfurt (20-23 May) and was trying to book my tickets for Paris for weekend as I have 2 travel days left. But the app is not allowing me as it says I don’t have inbound/outbound days left. But in reality I have taken only 1 return journey to Frankfurt so can you please confirm if it is possible to book my tickets to Paris and if not how can I use my 2 travel days which are still left? Can I still use the remaining travel days on my pass anyways? 

Hello!I just bought a seat reservation on the Czech Republic train website for a train from Pagra to Budapest where seat reservation was mandatory. In the purchase of the ticket I have only put my name, he has not asked me for anything about the interrail pass. It is normal?And can someone explain to me how the process of taking a train is, that is, I have to show both the ticket (QR) of the interrail pass train from prague to budapest and the QR of the seat reservation, right?Thank you!

I ordered the 50% off pass for the 50 year anniversary - money has been paid and I’ve got a confirmation code but my actual ticket never arrived. I reached out to support and their phone didn’t work, and so tweeted them only to find that it was a different interrailing company offering it.  emailed support and they’ve just said ‘we’re busy processing things’ but it’s been a week and I’ve now not heard from them for a few days. Am meant to be starting interrailing next week but how can I without the pass! Beginning to panic that it’s a scam somehow.  has anyone got any suggestions/ had this issue? 

I have a mobile pass. I got the pass to use on Eurostar. I cannot reserve a seat on the Interrail site. It goes in a loop. I go the to booking tool. I choose the train. It shows ‘reservation required’ on the train. There is a dialogue to click ‘how to book your reservation’. Clicking on it sends it back to the booking tool.

Good morning,  I need information about the pass interrail greek islands. We are a family of 9 persons (7 adults and 2 babys) and we travel to greek in July and we want to go to athens, paros, Santorini and Creta. We see you have the interrail pass for 4 days in a month, we want to know if with this pass we can do this travel itinerary and what ferrys we can choose with this pass, because some ferries are faster than others and how long in advance to book each ferry. Thanks!

I'm due to make an inbound trip with a Global Pass to the north of England on 25 June, when there is now a major strike planned.  Assuming the Eurostar runs but I can't get the onward train home from London, will it be possible to extend my inbound trip to the following day and if so who should I ask to do this?

Hello,My friends and I are planning on doing an Interrail trip this summer and we had a question about the seat reservations. Some trains seem to be fully booked on the days we were planning on taking them but the seat reservations are not required to board the train. Is it possible to still take the train without sitting down or is the seat required to board the train ?Thank you for the help,Louise

Hi I made five seat reservations yesterday for the Paris to Bordeaux Train ( In August )  There is a glitch, which means that when I select the 17.11 train, the 16.11 train is indicated ( screenshot attached )  however when you fo through to review order, the 17.11 is indicated again. My reservations have arrived, but they are for the 16.11, which is too early for our connection. Is there a helpline/ email address I can contact to correct this?  Has anybody else experienced the same problem?  Thank you Faye    

Hi guys, I'm new on this platform. I have a question! Does someone know a different way to get in contact with interrail? The last month I have been trying to get in contact with them, but so  far no respons.  I tried it with the chat and Facebook messenger, which did not help. I also couldn’t find any phonenumber or email adress At this moment my ID/ Passport number is missing on my mobile Pass, and i’m going to travel within a couple weeks. So I'm kinda stressing. 😅 Thanks in advance!

Hello everybody, My phone got stolen yesterday and I am not able to put my mobile pass on another device because it says that the pass has already been added on another phone. Can somebody help me ? I have to take a train tomorrow from Barcelona and have no idea how to connect with my pass.

Hey :)i am planning my first interrail trip and our route is now trough Denmark to Stockholm, from Stockholm overnight with the Tallink ferry to Turku and from there staight to Helsinki.In Helsinki we want to take the Santa Clause Express Nighttrain to Rovaniemi but i am encountering a few problems while looking for reservations on this train. I have already seen this site which says that the train is included in interrail and lists prices. We want to book a cabin for two people with an own shower which should cost 49€ p.p. according to the interrail site. On the vr website i could’nt find an option to look up the prices with an interrail pass so i went to a train station. Here they said, that they also cant look up the prices for late august, which i assume is due to the fact, that you can only book 60 days in advance. Is that correct or is it possible, that the cabins are already gone?And when the lady looked up an earlier date, to see the possible prices, they were 120€ for that cab

I had hoped to book the complete space for a family of 5 to travel in comfort, it is the first time for the girls and travelling overnight with an additioanl stranger is going to be challenging for them. Unforatunaly the very helpful SNCF assistant could not inform me whether we were to be travelling with an additiaonl Male or Female.When I look at the Trainline app ( UK booking site) , their option for booking five people is as shown and doesn’t seem to want to group us together!! I am wondering if this if why there are no empty couchette, as I was informed that there was one person in each carriage??Any advice would be appreciated. 

Hello!Me and my friends are travelling in July from Paris to Madrid and seat reservations aren’t available online. That’s why we tried to call Deutsche Bahn since I saw someone recommending it, but nobody answered. Does anyone has any more recommendations how to book this seat reservation, since I would like to have it before we come to Paris?

I can not connect my mobile pass since it say my details dont match. What should i do?

Bonjour j’ai une question !Avec un pass interrail est-il possible de descendre à un arrêt qui n’est pas le final ? En exemple :Sur un trajet Oslo - Bergen est-il possible de descendre à Haugastol puis de reprendre le train à un autre horaire depuis Haugastol direction Bergen ? Le tout sans payer de supplément. En soi est-il possible de prendre un train à partir d’un arrêt qui n’est pas une grande ville mais qui fait partie du trajet interrail ? merci a vous 😁

I intend to buy (I still don't know which one) a pass to do the following route, I believe it's the Global (?)Koblenz (Germany) Copenhagen, Stockholm, Luossabacken (Sweden) Stockholm, Tallinn (Estland) Helsinki (Finnland) Koblenz (Germany)I would like to know if in Germany I can use any train and also in other countries ( ICE, IC, Trains rapid etc)Thank you very much for your time.Roberto
