Hi there, I’m looking to book a one month interrail pass and am wondering if my journey from Scotland (my home country) to London and then onto the Eurostar to France would count as one outbound ticket and be included with the pass or if I would have to pay for a separate ticket to get from Scotland to London first ?  

I am planning a trip to Sweden and Norway. I did not find any trains on the interrailwebsite to cross the border. But on local websites there is a route with two trains and a bus connecting Bodo and Kiruna. Is the interrailpass valid on these trains? The first train from SJ NORD will take me from Bodo to Fauske station.The second train from VY NATTAG will take me from Narvik to Kiruna.Can I use the interrailpass or should i buy a separate ticket for these trains?   

Hi community,this 50 year flash sale seems really nice!I’d have the following question: During the three months of an Interrail Global Pass I’d be visiting my friends in Switzerland and France often. Would there be a problem if I take the same trip back and forth often? This would be between France and Switzerland, so not in my home country Germany.Just trying to understand whether there’s be some limitations to the Pass that I’m not understanding yet!Thanks and all the best!Marvin

Hi if I buy a three month global pass can I use it for a couple of separate trips during the 3 months?

My partner and I are wanting to go on the Glacier Express from Zermatt to St Moritz. How do we reserve seats for this? On the website it only shows full price even when I put the Eurrail/Intereail Pass in the drop down box. Any advice welcome please 🙏🏻 

Hello, Is it possible to change the country of residence if the pass has already been bought and activated OR if the pass has been bought but not yet activated? Currently, I live in Belgium but my country of residence will change from July/August. Since, the country of residence change dates are not yet clear to me, I want to accordingly buy or activate the pass. Thanks!Regards, Anusha

I want to book a sleeper reservation for Paris-Tolouse on May 28 and potentially back Tolouse-Paris June 7. I don't see reservations open for this train on the interrail reservation service. There's only a suggestion for a bus on the 28th. The option to buy a full price ticket on the official SCNF website doesn't show up as well. Does it mean it's just booked up on these days already? 

I'm going to Zagreb from Milano tomorrow and now this "Error-message" occurred, when buying the seat reservation for the first part of the trip (Milano to Trieste).It initially said that I don't need a reservation, but I'm not too sure now.Would love your opinions! 

Does anyone know the difference between a global pass and a continuous pass?I wanted to purchase a global pass for the summier because I will be travelling over 28 days and visit more than 5 countries. A global pass for 1 month will cost me 893 euro. Cause of the 50th anniversary of interrail there is now a flash sale (50% off) for a continuous pass (?).The conditions for the continuous pass look the same as for a global pass (travel unlimited for 1 month through 33 countries). But why the difference in name than?  Thanks for the help! 

Hi, I’m planning a holiday for a couple of weeks and was trying to squeeze all the travel within 7 days in a month. But now it turns out there’s an offer for 50% discount on full-month passes. That’s great! already bought thatNow I was wondering if I can buy another 1-month pass to use later this year. It seems the offer ends in 3 days, and I still won’t have activated the first one. Will that interfere with the current pass or can I “hoard” another one? It seems too good to be true, wanted to check

Hi everyone, I wanted to know how I can change my mobile passes from a 15-day pass to a 7-day pass for 2 adults one child. I realized that I don't need the extra 7 days and I can save money on my fabulous European trip for my wife’s birthday. 

When I bought a mobile pass for my wife, I entered the wrong number for her passport.  The mobile app will not let me edit this to the correct passport number.How do I change the passport number in the mobile app?

Can I travel through my country of residence after I took an outbound trip. For example I live in Germany and traveled with the global pass to France can I take a trip again through Germany to get to for example to Poland or do I have to go around Germany?

Hello.Does anyone know the position of the private operator vlexx who operate trains in Rheinland-Pfalz, Hesse and Saarland regions? It’s not listed here: https://www.diebefoerderer.de/tarife/angebot/internationale-passangebote/ unlike most (all?) private operators across Germany. vlexx is a subsidiary of Regentalbahn (Die Länderbahn) according to Wikipedia: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vlexx The Die Befoerder site for railpasses only lists Alex and Vogtlandbahn, not vlexx under Die Länderbahn.Any German experts able to help?Thanks.

I have already registered through the link that I got. Now I am wondering where exactly my friends need to register/enter my code to travel with me (my booking deadline is already 5.8). Do you what they need to Do?

HelloMy boyfriend and I will be travelling with eurail for the first time in July. We have a few questions regarding our trip. I have attached some pictures of our route. Are reservations necessary for our trip if we buy 2nd class? Can we avoid reservation by buying 1st class? Would it be worth it to pay for 1st class for our trip specifically? The interrail website states that food & beverage may be included, but I can’t find more information on that.Thank you in advance for the help!Best regards,Christina  

Hello,Bit of a panic! We bought a 5 day pass for 2 adults, a youth and a child (11 years old) When we have looked at the pass to book some train reservations her name does not appear. Has anyone had experience of this? Is there something I am missing? We have an email from Eurail where it says 2 adults, 1 youth and 1 child. But the child doesn’t appear on the pass app.I have been trying to get in touch with customer services but I have only managed to chat with a bot and they have been no help at all. Please could anyone give me some information?Many thanks,Chris

Can I only get out of my home country once and back once or can I go back to my home country and go again to another country? The description is a bit confusing as it sounds like it’s only possible to get out of Germany, stay outside for a month and get back? I would like to travel, come back, stay at home for a couple of days and go into another country.

Hi,Since January 2022 I am a nomad without an adress. I'm interested in a pass but I will need to enter my country of residence, which I assume could be the adress I use as a post adress. Nevertheless I would like to visit friends and family in the same country but I would need more travel days then the outbound and inbound. Could I use another adress of someone I trust? I don't need the paper pass, only the digital one.I would like to be able to travel a few days around my 'home country'.Greetings 

So I’m 27 years old now and turning to 28 at beginning of july. Let’s say if I start travelling at august or later, can I buy youth pass or should I already buy (was it adult?) pass, though I’m not yet 28? I’m really grateful if someone can help me with this, thank you🙏
