Hi,I am trying to book a trip from Metz Ville to Paris Est and through the travel.b-europe website it requires a pass cover number. I have noticed that community members have been able to provide them to digital pass holders. Would anyone be able to help me urgently? I’ll be needing it for this upcoming Thursday.Thank you!

Hi there,I got one question.German Rail Pass exceptionally provides a few international connections to neighboring cities such as trains from/to Innsbruck, Venice, Brussels or Basel etc.https://www.interrail.eu/en/interrail-passes/german-rail-passIf you are a resident of one of neighboring countries (, who is entitled to purchase a German Rail Pass and use these international trains from/to Germany)  and a holder of German Rail Pass, are you still excluded from using a specific international train that connects Germany to your home country? (e.g. as a Belgian resident, can I still buy German rail Pass and use Brussels-Cologne trains?) Thank you!

With 10 days global pass can I take free rides on 10 different days or it has to be 10 straight days? For example, if I travel from Barcelona to Milan on Monday and two days later I travel from Milan to Amsterdam, how many days will be availed? Moreover, why will I have to pay for reservation? Whats the point of buying the pass if I’ve to pay for reservation? 

Can I travel by Railjet high speed train from Vienna to Salzburg on the 8 days Railjet high speed train using Eurail Austria Pass?

It is said : prices temporarly unavailable - try in a few hours. Nothing change as the days go by. We are now planning our trip and thought of taking an ÖBB Nighttrain (Amsterdam-Innsbruck) where a seat reservation is mandatory. Since we obviously want to have our seats next to each others, I kindly wanted to ask if this is possible and, if yes, which steps we have to follow to be seated next to each other.Thanks for helping! :)

I’m from India. I’m planning to buy a 7 days 1 month global pass. In my itinerary, I deiced to travel in Regio express to brig(Switzerland). No more travelling in that day. So my question is, If I use the Eurail pass, in Regio express, will it counted as a travel day ? will it deduct one day from my 7 days ? And what about if I use Eurail pass at ferry/cable car for discount ?

I wasn’t able to use my interrail pass for the outbound journey on Eurostar as it was full so I’ve had to buy a full price ticket - can I however use my pass for the train ticket between my home town and St. Pancras International to get to Eurostar?

Hello, I have the Interrail ticket global pass and Germany is my home country. If I travel from Stockholm, Sweden to Munich, Germany with a stop-over in Hamburg, Germany does that mean that I have to pay extra for the Hamburg-Munich train since I already entered my home country once (Stockholm-Hamburg)?

How can I get customer service to correct a reservation on Eurostar to Brussels? I realized after booking this that it was better to take Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord and then transfer to Thalys because my final destination is Antwerp. I booked this and now I noticed that I cannot take this Thalys train because I will be on Eurostar to Brussels and it won't stop in Paris. How do I fix this? I got no help from Eurail, only chatbot or automated replies

I'm trying to make a seat reservation for the TGV 8530 from Dax to Paris Montparnasse at 8:29 to 11:54 on 18/06. The Interrail website says that prices are unavailable for this train. Howeber, if I try to book through travel.b-europe.com , there are still some available seats. However, in order to book my seat, the website requests a Pass Cover number in the "Ticket Details" section. Since I have a mobile Eurail pass, I do not have a Pass Cover number and am unable to complete the reservation. This is also the case with 3 other friends of mine, since none of us have a Pass Cover number and therefore could not book the reservation. How can I receive a Pass Cover Number? Is there an alternative way to book a seat on this train? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks guys!

Hello, I am trying to book this connection via ticket.b-europe.com: 18.06.2022, Dax (8:29) - Paris Montparnasse 1 Et 2 (11:54). It’s not possible to book via Interrail. Now I need a Pass Cover Number (I have a Mobile Pass). I have already contacted Customer Support through the form and asked for it but they’re very busy at the moment. Thanks in advance.

However, a Pass Cover Number is required, which I cannot find on my mobile pass.  What is the best possibility to get my pass cover number really quickly? Hi!I am going to travel from Ljubljana - Split on the night train 16.8.2022 with my interrailing pass. But when i try to book my seat reservation / Sleeping bunk it only says “Prices unavailable”, i’ve noticed that it says that through all summer and even after 16.8.2022, i thought that they haven’t opened the booking process yet but when i went to ÖBB to book a seat reservation it said the same, although i could book a ticket + sleeping bunks for 160€, but that kinda remvoes the purpose of the interrailing pass. Anyone that knows something about this / alternative routes?Thank you! :)

So I ordered a mobile pass but got some personal information wrong specifically my birth date. I contacted Customer service to get it changed more than two weeks ago but i haven’t gotten any real response yet, (I absolutely understand that they’re overwhelmed atm) . I haven’t activated my pass because of this. But I’m getting really stressed about making seat reservations etc So I’m wondering if anyone here can help, how long it’ll take for customer service to respond, if i can resolve this without them, or in the worst case if I’ll be able to travel with the wrong info on my pass,
