U zult begrijpen dat ik van jullie mooie actie (50% off) graag gebruik wil maken. Mijn vraag is als volgt:Is er een andere manier hoe ik 2 Youth (12-27) - 1 month interrail eurail pas kan aanschaffen en als nog gebruik kan maken van de actie die jullie hebben lopen.Ik hoor graag uw reactie, ik weet dat u streeft naar een reactie met 8 uur. Hi, Im trying to get 2 passes for 2 months to travel through europe. Im from the Netherlands and there is a 50% discount until 10th of may 00:00.But when im trying to get 2 of those passes, the whole site crashes. I was wondering if there was someone who could help me provide 2 of those passes
Hey! I tried to order a 2 month continuous travel eurail pass with the 50%sale this afternoon but my creditcard didn't seem to work. I was able to fix the problem with my creditcard but now the site is crashing and I can't find my order. I am so scared that my order didn't come through... Could you maybe check for me if it came through? (I don't know if you can do that) If not, is there maybe a possibility that I could still order the 2 month pass with the 50% sale? I really hope this works:( I would like it so much to travel around Europe but without the sale I wont be able to afford it…Can someone give me an email of interrail where i can send my problem to?
Hey there, I wanted to buy one of the flash sale passes today but the Interrail website is not working properly. Whenever I want to check out the site isn’t loading and it says there are technical difficulties. Am I the only one experiencing this?And does anybody know if there's another way to buy one of the flash sale passes because the offer is only valid until tomorrow midnight and I’m afraid I can't buy one if the website is still not working. Thank you for your help!

If my friend adds me to his MyTrip on his mobile app to book reservations, can I still activate my interrail pass on my own app?
My friend started booking our train seat reservations today and he added me and my other friend to his MyTrip on the interrail mobile app so we could all sit together since he booked the reservations for all of us.Does this mean that my pass has to be activated on HIS app rather than mine when the time comes??

we are battling to book tickets on the website. Keeps timing out and now the service is unavialible?and we want mobile pass instead of paper pass as we are traveling from SA in June. Not are if the paper pass will be here in time, therefore mobile pass will be better.
HiI bought my passes (15 in 2 months)in March with the 10% promo but would like to exchange them for the continuous pass that is on offer now. Im having no joy getting a reply with customer services and the offer ends soon.My question is, because I bought my passes with a 10% promo can I exchange these tickets for the 15€ pervticket fee or not?My confirmation says it can be exchanged or refunded with a link to the refund/exchange policy which then says some promos cannot be refunded/ exchanged.Could someone please help? Hi,I’m just wondering if I got a refund on my 2 month continuous pass which I bought a few months back, and then bought the 50% off one so I would save over £200, if this is possible?Secondly, can you exchange a 15 day pass in two months for the discounted 50% continuous pass? Thanks!
Do I have 11 months to use it then it stops working or do I have 2 months from the point of activation?
I’m looking at getting a continuous pass but it say you have up to 11 months to active and use it. I’m looking to start travelling in April for 2 months but I’m not sure if it would still be valid in May/June as I would still be travelling but it would have then passed the 11 months. Do I have 11 months to use it then it stops working or do I have 2 months from the point of activation. Sorry if this is confusing would appreciate some help.
Hello everyone! I faced the following problem:I am originally from Russia and my passport is also Russian, but now I am studying in Hungary, which means I have Hungarian temporary residence permit. This summer I wanted to travel across the Europe starting from Budapest. By mistake I typed that my country of residence is Hungary, but, as I understood later, it is wrong. Now my pass is activated. What can I do in such situation? Thank you in advance for your reply.
Is it mandatory to plan our trip before? For example, I want to visit England but I don’t want to do a “road trip”, but to be based in London and have some day-trips in other cities. But the problem is that some of the cities are not addable (I can’t add them) to the trip (eg: Bath, Bournemouth) so does it mean that I can’t travel there with the pass?
Hi,are the passes personalized on purchase or can one add the name of the person later?I would like to buy two 1-month passes from the promo today, but the second person isn’t sure she can plan her vacation like I can.If she can’t make it, I might have to find someone else to use it (or I could use it some time later within 11 months).Therefore my question:are passes personalized during checkout?Thank you for your help.-A.
