The responses are in loop. same with facebook messenger, kept asking the same questions but no immeidate answer. Placed the pass in the cart but i cannot check them out. this cause me to lose my confidence in buying the EURAIL. I hope it is not a mistake to buy the EURAIL pass. Thanks.
Can I buy an Interrail pass if I have a student visa from Germany and I registered my address to the German government?
As I mentioned in the title I am a Mexican student living here for 8 months and I have my visa and also a Meldebestätigung document. Would that allow me to use also the Interrail pass? I am not exactly sure what does it mean to be a resident from the EU.
Hello! I have a question about outbound/inbound journeys. Is it true, that when you purchase any interrail global continuous pass (It does not matter if 1 month or 3 months long), you have only ONE inbound and ONE outbound journey which you can use through the validity of the pass from your country of residence? Why I am asking: We are thinking about buying a global pass, but this rule does not make sense to me. Why can you purchase a 3-month-long pass when you can't travel from your country of residence to more trips? For example to one week-long trip every month? If you need to step across the border at your own cost, Interrail is almost for nothing, since the costs for crossing the borders are the biggest... One more: If the rule work like this, from where can you use interrail pass? From the last station of your country of the residence or from the first stop abroad? Thanks for any help! :))
Hi, I have a question concerning the Inboung/outbound trip. I actually live in France and I’m thinking of buying the 3 month pass. But I do not really understand the inbound/outbound thing. For example if I buy the pass it would be to do extended week-ends in the surrounding countries for example France/Spain then Spain France in april for 4 daysFrance Belgium /Belgium France in may 5 daysFrance Germany / Germany France june 6 daysFrance UK/UK France june 4 daysas there are direct lines that to these trips (Thalys Paris Amsterdam for example or Paris Bruxelles) is that considered as an Inbound/ outbound travel ? By doing this would I be violating the interrail rules ?thank you for your answer
Travelling with 3 children, 2 adult passes bought but can 1 adult do a journey alone with the 3 kids?
Hi! I have bought 2 adult passes for this summer, we will be travelling with 3 children (6, 9, 11)My question is, do both adults have to do all legs of the journey together with the 3 children (normally 2 kids passes can be had for free per adult) or can 1 parent take 3 kids on a journey (considering all children will have a pass because obtained with the other parent) ? If my husband can’t do one of the trips, does that mean we can’t go without him or does one youth pass have to be purchased extra? The info isn’t clear enough and I can’t find any advisor to help me with this. Thanks so much for any guidance you can provide!
Hi all, I’m new on this forum and of this kind of trips.I would like to buy a 2 months young pass, and my question is: can I activate it before my 28th birthday, and then starting travelling after that date? For example: I buy young ticket, I activate it the 4th of June, I become 28 the 5th of June, I start travelling the 8 of July (dates are solely for demonstation purposes). Another question: can two or more passes be stored on the same device in the app? Thanks y’all! Il Ciciarampa
Hi! I would like to buy the 1 month interrail. However my holiday starts on the 8th of July. Is it possible to travel from the 10th of July until the 9th of August? Of is it only from July 1 until July 31?Thanks in advance :)
Hi!My country of residence is Norway, but I am going on a exchange year to England in the fall. I would like to buy an interrail pass, so that I can travel more. Since I am going to study, I can only go in the weekends. Therefore, I wonder if I can make several trips from and to England? For example, London-Pair-London, then next weekend London-Dublin-London?Hope to get some answers!Sophie
Hey community! I’m completely new here and just bought a 2-month-ticket (print version) for Interrail as part of the SALE-offer. It’s very exciting for me!In the description of the SALE-offer is said that you don’t have to date the start for your journey, here is the link: https://www.interrail.eu/de/50th-anniversary/next-stop-big-adventure-sale However I had to date it during the process of buying. Now I’m a bit confused: I can’t say already when I want to start my journey, so the offer of the SALE not to date the start was perfect for me.Now I’m afraid that the date I was forced to fill into the formular will be printed on my pass.. Does anyone of you have the experience with it? I would be very grateful for your answers. Thanks a lot!
With a 3 month pass does it entirely need to fall within 11 months or do I only need to start the trip within 11 monhts?
Hi!! :) It maybe an obvious question but I can not find a concrete answer anywhere. If I buy a Globall pass, today. You need to activate it before 10th of april 2023. But does this mean that if I buy a pass of 3 months. Also need to travel within the 11 month period. Or can I activate it say the 1st of April 2023 and then travel for 3 months. Thank you!! :)
Hi! My name is Sedef, and I am from North Macedonia. This summer I want to travel the EU through interrail and have wonderful adventures. I saw that Interrail is doing a 50% off discount for the passes and I wanted to ask if can non-European citizens benefit from the discount. I also checked the Eurail website for the discount but there is nothing stated about it. Can a buy a pass from Interrail’s website as a non-European citizen instead of Eurail’s website? If you can help me I will be so glad!I look forward to hearing from you!
I have bought four passes for me and my partner and our two kids. We still have not started our trip (first travel day planned 18 June). We will first be traveling together and then split up so that I’ll be traveling on alone and the other three will go on together. I now have the four passes on my device and need to transfer my partner’s and our kids’ passes to my partner’s device. What shall I do?
I stay in Switzerland and if I happen to buy “Interrail Global Pass”, can I then use it in Switzerland too, to travel in “Glacier Express”, “Bernin Express” and “Golden Pass” and other regional trains here?Is there any restriction on using “Interrail Global Pass” in Switzerland if I stay in Switzerland?Or it has inbound/outbound journey limitis for the country where you stay?
