Reservation refund/replacement of German and French part of my journey due to a strike
Hey Guys! I was supposed to start my first day of travel from Berlin to France on Saturday. Because of the strike, I could not start my trip. Deutsche Bahn customer service told me that I can use the old ones for the german Part of my trip and get new tickets for the route in France at the train station. But at the train station I was refused at the counter. I was told I can only use Deutsche Bahn tickets and in France I have to buy new ones. I can't reach anyone from intrail, only just now that I've found this forum. My outbound trip is blocked, I cannot book a new route from Berlin. In addition, so much time has passed now that I cannot use the global pass as planned...
refund for not included ferry
Hi! I write this text to share the problem I had with my journey through Finland and Sweden.I bought an Interrail pass to go to Sweden from Finland and I had to take a ferry. It was mentioned on the pass that it wasn't needed to take a seat reservation or to pay an additional tariff for that ferry (on the app). When I got to the ferry, I had to pay the complete ticket, so I wrote to the Interrail support and they said that it wasn't included and that I couldn't get a refund.Do you think it's right?
Interrail with a small dog
I've been trying to research the interrail website for how I could travel with my small dog from Stockholm to Edinburgh and back using the Interrail. (not for the purpose of sightseeing, but to go and visit family in Scotland.) My own research suggests traveling Sweden-Denmark-Germany-Holland, and then take the ferry from Hook of Holland to Harwich, and then train up from London to Edinburgh. I would have no intentions on staying at any of the stopover places, and I would be happy to travel overnight and sleep on the train for example, since this is just to get to Scotland, not a sightseeing trip. My research calculates the travel time at roughly 1-2 days per way, would I be fine with the Global pass? I’ve also read that some ferries are included in the interrail pass, would the ferry from Hook of Holland to Harwich be included?Thankful for all the help, as I’m getting quite desperate. (can’t fly the dog over, but can’t leave him at home with somebody either.)
QR Code missing
Am I able to get a refund since My pass has no QR Code and this has made it impossible to use the pass?I purchased a 10 day pass, was able to book my first ticket and have not been able to use the pass since. I’m currently traveling, EURail has no one to contact and responses are delayed for 7 days. I purchased this pass in good faith. but it unfortunately it is a subpar product/service and should be fixed before it is sold to consumers. I have spent hours at counters trying to make reservations and have to end up paying out of pocket every time. I would like to be refunded the the unused 9 trips I have left on my pass since I’m not from Europe.
Trying to plan trip to see which ticket I should purchase.
I am traveling from Bergen, around to Voss, Gudvangen and back to Flam (2 days on train). However, having problems locating the train station for Voss and Flam probably because it is the Flam Railway. Then we are traveling to Oslo (3rd day). The next day we are heading to Stockholm Sweden (4th day) however we are staying 2 days in Sweden. Then heading to Gothenburg (5th day) and to Copenhagen (6th day). Then heading to Odense Denmark (7th travel day). Finally traveling to Westerland (Stylt Island) having problems locating this train station. It would be our 8th travel day. After Stylt we will head to Hamburg, Germany where we will be renting a car. The problem I am having is locating the train stations in Norway (Voss and Flam) and also on Westerland (Stylt Island). I also am not sure if I have to purchase a ticket for my Service Dog. It looks like I need to buy a half price ticket in Norway, which I might can do when I get to Norway. mobile pass problems
I have a 7 day/month mobile pass. Once we booked the 1st day (QR code) we tried to add the next day’s trip but the App won’t let us. We can input the journey but can’t get the QR code to reserve the trains. Haven’t tried the 3rd day. What’s the problem? Need answer ASAP. Thanks, mgg

Hello, my Name is Andre and I ordered an Interrail Ticket (4 Traveldays in 1 Month). I started the trip the 28. of September. But in the App it says that the 27. is my first travelday although I didn‘t book a train that day and I didn‘t choose that day as a travel day. At least not by purpose. Validity of my Global Pass purchased via a third party agent prior to Covid 19
I purchased a 2 month Global Pass on Dec 03 2019 for travel to begin in May 2020.It was purchased via an agent (ACPrail) based in Canada)And of course, the trip was postponed due to the pandemicIt has been rescheduled for Oct 18 - Nov 30 My basic understanding after reviewing the pandemic extensions granted on the Eurorail site that my pass will still be valid - but I’m not totally sure and concerned I might be overlooking some potential issues because I purchased the ticket via an agent for Eurorail and not directly Any insight from the community would be greatly appreciated best regards-bruce

Bug with the mobile app - pass doesn't show with poor on-train wifi / 4G signal
How do I report a bug with the mobile app?Showing the pass at a ticket check seems to try & make a connection. If the phone is connected to on-train WiFi but the signal is (temporarily) poor then the app just stalls / hangs. This is a very uncomfortable experience when the train manager/guard/<whatever> is standing next to you.The same applies if the phone is connected to 3G/4G and the signal is poor.I had to turn off WiFi and/or turn off mobile data and then it’s fine. The app was fine once it knew there was no connection at all - it was just upset by a bad connection.I worked this out but then I work with IT. Someone less aware of IT or who doesn’t know how to turn off WiFi and/or mobile data could have an uncomfortable experience.
