Can I transfer my travel pass to antoher person, and if yes how to do it?

Hi! In order to place a reservation for the connection Paris Gare du Lyon - Nice-Ville on the travel.b-europe.com website I need my paper pass number but I currently only have the mobile pass version of the Interrail pass. How can I receive the paper pass number as soon as possible? Many thanks in advance :)

Hallo!Ich wohne aktuell in der Schweiz und arbeite hier. Zur Zeit habe ich einen Aufenthaltstitel bis Mitte Juni, aber mein Arbeitsvertrag verlängert sich bis Mai 2023. Zudem bin ich in der Stadt Zürich gemeldet. Eigentlich habe ich eine deutsche Staatsangehörigkeit und auf meinem Personalausweis steht immer noch die Adresse meiner alten WG in Deutschland. Aber ich habe dort nichts mehr und ich bin 100% meiner Zeit in der Schweiz. Dieses Jahr möchte ich das Interrailticket nutzen und gerne die Schweiz als Wohnsitzland benutzen. Ich habe von der Stadt Zürich eine Meldebestätigung/ Wohnsitzbestätigung. Da auf meinem Personalausweis jedoch eine deutsche Adresse steht, wollte ich frage, ob das Schwierigkeiten macht und wie ich das Interrail Ticket nutzen kann mit Wohnsitzland in der Schweiz? Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe!Liebe Grüsse

Hello everyone!I want to make a trip to 2 countries and start and end in my home country Germany with the 4 day Global Pass.My 4 traveldays are:Cologne to Marseille via France. Marseille to Florence +4 Florence to Hamburg (2days, one outbound one inbound)Is this possible? Because to me it seems so that thanks to the condition of the global pass i can only make trip which are originating from my homecountry or going to my homecountry.Thanks for your help!If the global pass does not count inbound than that's fine too I just don't understand if I can travel from France to Italy.

Hello! I’m travelling to Italy next month and I have a question about train options. On the website, the train I want (and that I already confirmed that exists) is available, but doesn’t show on the app. The thing is, the next one requires a seat reservation. Can I board a train that is not in the app? If it comes to that?Thank you in advance

Hey fellows, one last question from the newb: Do I have to active the pass the day prior to me starting the journey (meaning within the next 3 hours) or can I active it tomorrow morning as well and then start the travel on the same day (june 1st).Asking as I want to check one last time tomorrow morning if the trains will really be in operation tomorrow as to not lose a travel day should I have to postpone due to strikes or whatever. Thanks =)

Hi, I received a voucher code as I couldn't get the website to work at time of the 50th anniversary promotion but it says the code is invalid. I was told that the code is only valid until 3th June so please provide assistance. Thanks

I activated passes for 5 travelers today and noticed that several dates were changed by one digit.  I need to book reservations (limited routes) and cannot do so until this is corrected--but I am unable to reach customer service

We have bought 5global passes. For me and my daughter for 2 months and for my wife and my 2 sons for 1 month. My daughter and I want to start 2 weeks in advance and meet the other three in Munich 2 weeks later. Can we merge all the passes on one mobile telephone after two weeks? Does that make sense? If we make seat reservations, can we do that on one device for the 5 of us?Hope you can help me

My phone broke yesterday and I wanted to activate my pass on my new phone but this isn’t working since the pass is still activated on the old en totally broken phone. Can you please help me with the transfer of the pass? I have won the pass, and was wondering, is it 7 travel days or 30 travel days in one month? I didn’t find clear answer when I tried to find! Thanks already! 

What is the cover pass number , and how do I get it for my mobile interrail pass ? It seems it is necessary in order to make some reservations . Thanks, David Byrne

Hi everybody, I was trying to book a 15 days in 2 month ticket for this summer. When I had to enter the start date of my journey, I was only able to pick from the 26th of July or later. Does anybody know why this is and if I can also get my ticket with the start date for the 8th of July? 

Hi all! I’m considering traveling from abroad towards my country of residence. Since I might want to make another trip later that month, can I then still use my Global pass for the outbound journey and then buy a ticket at the border when I come back from that second trip? Thanks a lot in advance! Cheers,Maricke

Hello,Eurorail is ruining our holly days. It is a shame of a Website! I’ve been trying endlessly to buy two Greek Islands Passes in vain, as the Mobile Pass  option button doesn’t work. We have tried from several devises with no success and there’s no way we can use the paper version while travelling in Greece. I can’t believe it s an online service using the post ?! Can someone give us a solution??? 

Tried since Friday night to contact support because I want to exchange my pass for another type. No response from them yet. I don’t want to activate the pass, since it’s harder to exchange them, but in the meantime, I can’t use the pass for traveling. Anyone know how to contact a live person at Eurorail?

Hello! I’m having trouble with adding mobile pass on the railplanner app. I have bought interrail tickets and I have received the confirmation email with my name and passcover number. It starts with an I and 8 digits. When I fill it in it says “your details dont match” It says make sure you have a mobile pass and not a paper pass. I think I have a mobile pass but if I have a paper pass can I still use the app? Or do I have to change the paper pass into a mobile pass?Thank you for the help! 

Hello, we are planning to visit Rome, Florence, Venice, Lausanne, Paris and London for 15 days. Does Eurail Global Pass suit for this travel? We will be two adults and one 8 years old child. Can we use a Eurail Global pass to travel from Paris to London? Can we use Global pass on local and regional trains in all these countries (Italy, Switzerland, France) and the UK? 

Hello everyone !I purchased an interrail pass for me and one for my brother. Im supposed to have a 10 days one and my brother a 4 days one. I accidently exchanged those and he has the 10 days one. I realized my mistake when I activated them. Is it possible change the names on the passes or to use his pass for the rest of my travels ? Hi there everyone,I’m pretty new to eurail, as the last time I was in europe was with my parents. I have some problems with my mobile pass and the travelers on my account, as follows:The birthdays on the pass are wrong by one day for both travelers. I’m not sure why this happened, as I know I put in the correct birth dates when buying the pass. The current reservations are not added to a trip. I’d like to add them to a trip, but as far as I can tell the only way to add reservations to a trip is by creating the trip first and then booking the reservations WITHIN the trip. 

I need to know that if i start my 2 month pass on July 12th, will my last day be September 12th?

I urgently need a pass cover number for my eurail mobile pass to book my tickets. I've tried multiple other channels like email and chatbot but I've not received a response over the past several days. @Leo @Magdalena @Nanja  Can you please help!
