Hi, I put my tickets in my account on the app. so all my tickets are in the railplanner. But I cannot put them on the sktop version of my account. The tickets where bought by my husband under his name and his emailadres. But I put the tickets ON MY PLANNER APP. That didn’t seem to be a problem. BUt now I cannot see the tickets in my account on the desktop on my laptop. SO how can I CONNECT APP and DESKTOP?
I am a first time Eurail user. I am using the planer to go from Luxembourg to Heidelberg and it say there is a replacement bus. Is that normal and if so will my Eurail pass be accepted?
I want to book reservation for Jungfraujoch early as it may be sold out fast. But I prefer to book the tickets later when I am certain of the weather conditions. Normally, it is fine to book both separately but I checked with AI which says that to secure the 25% discount offered to EURAIL pass holders one must book both the reservation and tickets together ss a bundle Is that true?
First time using Eurail in 35 years so a bit rusty with destinations. I have purchased Frankfurt - Berlin tickets for myself and family. When I selected it had Berlin (any stop) but the ticket says Berlin Suedkreuz. Do you know if we can get off at Central Station? Or do you need to get off at the exact stop? Thank you (I have messaged Eurail help but as we leave in 2 days I am getting a bit anxious)
Hi travelers! I'm about to go on my first interrail with friends and one of my concerns is what bag I should use. I have 2 options; 1. A hiking backpack with waiststraps, opens at the top 2. A weekend bag without waiststraps, but opens like a suitcas Both are around 40-50 litersI am grateful for all kinds of help!
Hi everyone!I have the 6-day Greek Islands Pass and I have some questions:- Do I need the app installed like with the regular Interrail pass and activate my pass from the app?- It says trips must be purchased in order. Is the order for the first international trip in order to activate the pass, or do I have to purchase ALL the trips in order? I mean… can I get the tikets for the international days (go and return ) and later, do the reservations for national trips? - Once booked, can I modify my trips? How?- I want to visit Ithaka. It's not included. Can I use any discounts on the Athens to Ithaka route, or is it only valid for those listed on the 3 websites indicated on the pass? This trip is operated by another company i think.- My plan is to visit: Crete (3 days), Rhodes (3 days), Karpathos (2 days), and Ithaka (1 day). Any recommendation about this plan or other destinations?Thank you very much!
Hey guys do you think I can make it to Berlin in time??? Thank you Interrail for this awesome app
When I tried to connect a second traveller to the Eurail app, it closed as soon as I selected a trip and clicked “connect this trip.” This happened on my iPhone repeatedly. Any solutions? By the way, the passes were purchased together. Thanks, MLZ

I am now in France about to start our travels and on the “ my trips” my name has the date and travels and a ticket but on my partner nothing . I have been intouch with customer service on messenger screen shot showed all and told the trips are all booked in both names . But why does she not have them under her name and tickets . As according to the app she would still have 15 travelers but days and according ti what we are told she is already travelling . Very controdictive ! we need to know we have tickets , we are Australians in France with no help , for two seniors travelling this is making out steam trip very stressful . Please help
Hey everyone! I’m planning to travel to Italy in late June from Paris and I’d love to connect with other travelers who are heading there around the same time. I’m up for exploring cities, enjoying some great food, taking scenic train rides, and just having a fun, chill experience. If you’re planning a similar trip or open to linking up for part of the journey, let me know — would be great to share the adventure with some cool people!
Yet again I am going to be affected by the train strikes next week in France. I’ve got a tight schedule, on May 9 from Mulhouse to Paris then the Eurostar to London. Last time I tried to travel in France, all the trains I’d reserved or planned to use were cancelled due to a strike - and now it seems that there will be a lot of disruption again. May 8th is apparently a very busy travel day if anyone else is trying to travel then!. I’m thinking that I’ll have to reschedule and go north via Germany as I have to be in the UK by May 9. Does anyone know if there will be any trains at all from Basel to Mulhouse and return? There don’t seem to be any buses that are well timed. SNCF won’t release information until the evening before which is useless! any advice would be very very welcome if anyone has experience with this issue: thanks. (am arriving in Europe on Tuesday)

Hi, I’m Nathan, I’m French and I’m 18. I'm making this post to talk about my interrail trip that I'm going to do with 2 other friends. 🚃🚞🚄Our trip runs from July 10 to July 23. We're leaving from France, to go to these different destinations: - A quick stopover in Hamburg (a few hours before an overnight train)- Arrival in Stockholm (we're staying one night and 2 days)- Night train to Narvik (beyond the Arctic Circle, in northern Norway, where we stay for 2 nights and 3 days).- Return in the opposite direction by night train, passing through Stockholm on the way to Copenhagen. We spend 3 nights there. - We then headed for Prague, where we spent 2 nights. Our final destination is Vienna in Austria. Another 2 nights there, before returning to France. The trip takes a total of 13 days, almost 2 weeks. If anyone would like to meet up in some of the cities we're visiting, it would be a pleasure to meet new people of all nationalities. Please let me know if you are available. I'd also lik
Hello, if I leave the UK early morning (eg 6am), arrive in Turin (Italy) in the evening (eg 9pm) and catch a night train that same evening arriving in Messina (Italy) the next day, is that 1 or 2 travel pass days?Thank you!Julia
I will be travelling from Paris to Mannheim on may 10th, but I am finding it a bit difficult to make a reservation. I got into this link for the DB ( see below) and found that I can make reservation for the train I want for €5.20, which is much cheaper than the €20 reservation through the local trains in France that would take me to Strasbourg. I made the reservation in the DB site and got an email with my seat and car, but there is no bar code or QR code or even nothing that states my name, so I cancelled that reservation. I wonder if someone can help me if reservations through that DB site are ok, or if there is a better way to reserve that would not give me trouble while traveling! Thanks a lot!https://int.bahn.de/en/buchung/fahrplan/suche#sts=false&so=Paris%20Est&zo=Mannheim%20Hbf&kl=2&r=13:16:KLASSENLOS:1&soid=A%3D1%40O%3DParis%20Est%40X%3D2359120%40Y%3D48876976%40U%3D80%40L%3D8700011%40B%3D1%40p%3D1744661048%40i%3DU%C3%97008711300%40&zoid=A%3D1%40O%3DMann
Guys which pass should I buy. I only use trains in five days (28 july, 31 july, 3 august, 6 august, 8 august) but the planner says 6 days…
Hi - I recently purchased tickets for traveling throughout Spain. All of the tickets we purchased were Comfort / Premium. I know meals or snacks are provided and I just saw that they can be purchased when booking which I did not do!! Does anyone know if I can go back into the Rail Europe app and try to add a meal? I did a chat on their site which said I didn’t have to pre-select but it was a robot so I’m not sure I feel completely comfortable with that answer!Thank you in advance.
In September, I'm planning to have a two-week trip via Amsterdam, Vienna, Venezia, Rome, Barcelona (via ferry), and Paris. I don't have specific dates yet, but maybe there is someone who is interested in joining me. :) I'm now 17 years old (get 18 in May) and from Germany 🇩🇪.
