Hello, we are a family of 5 hoping to travel from Venice to Rome on Saturday 5th August ideally in the morning. I can't seem to get any results. I know there is some work on the line to Rome in the summer but thought that just affected Night Trains.

I’m from the Uk and am interrailing for a few weeks and then staying in Sweden for a couple of months. This will take me up to the 90 visa free limit. I’m then going to Bulgaria for a month straight from Sweden. I’ve looked online and it says I don’t need a visa because Bulgaria isn’t part of the Schengen area, but I just wanted to confirm this before booking flights etc. 

This is a chronic issue with Interrail staff. Very simply, I cannot fathom how a travel agency can operate with no telephone number, no way of contacting them, no email address. This is at the fringes of legality. All you can do is write to a chatbot that represents the current highest standard in artificial dumbness.Three days trying to get in touch with someone and instead I have to deal with this annoying piece of dumb software that tells me 750 times a day that I have received a confirmation email and a ticket has been created.Can someone send me a phone number or email address? Can I talk to some real person?

Hello there, I’m a French student in London and I would like to know if there is a pass that could help me do round trips from London to Paris during this whole month? I would like to go to Paris at least twice or 3 times starting in March if it’s possible. Is there any mobile pass that I could buy that’ll allow me to do so? Thanks in advance for your answer! 

I thought I figured it all out… I am travelling with my Interrail Global Pass (mobile) for the first time. My first journey is from Amsterdam to Frankfurt, with ICE 123. In the Netherlands, I have a NS Flex Dal Vrij subscription, which should allow me to travel for free on the Dutch part of the trajectory. I read everything I could find about this, on this forum and on the NS website. So what I did: I added a trip to my pass, manually added a journey to my trip with the ICE 123, starting at Emmerich(Gr), ending in Frankfurt. I brought my NS card but did not check in in Amsterdam. This is how I understand I should do this.However, the NS personnel on the train made me pay a ticket from Amsterdam to Emmerich(Gr), maintaining that I could only travel on my NS Flex subscription without checking in if I had a ticket from Amsterdam to the border station as well. This cost me 61 Euro (1st class). They did not give me a 50 euro fine.Were they right? If so, how co

We live in the UK. We booked and paid for 2 rail tickets with bike spaces (no they do not fold down) from our home town to Newcastle where the ferry to The Netherlands sails from. Then afterwards we bought a 3 month Eurail pass and realised it INCLUDES one trip to port of leaving your home country and one back from port of re-entry in your home country to our home town. I have been to my local rail station and they say there is no issue with giving me a full refund on these tickets - BUT nobody seems to know how to add our bike spaces (2) onto this Eurail pass! They just look blankly at you as it’s not a UK company! Any tips appreciated - I am going to get the money back as it was £122.60!!! Thanks Community…...

Never done train before. Traveling Venice to Rome,family of 6. Concerned about having. 2 or 3 large suitcases plus maybe 4 carryon. Can it be done? Which train?

Mi esposa y yo deseamos realizar un viaje por Europa  en sep. y oct. con los siguientes recorridos: Madrid a Santander (1), Santander a Burdeos (2), Burdeos  a París (3), Bruselas a Amsterdam (4), Amsterdam a Bruselas (5), Munich a Venecia (6), Venecia a Milán (7), Milán  Florencia (8), Florencia a Roma (9) Barcelona a Madrid (10)... Not a Eurail question really. I am from Australia and my friend and I want to see some out of the way places and are considering hiring a car rather than buses and trains. However we drive on the left side of the road. Is it safe and is it very hard?? We would only do it in the regional areas not in the cities and big towns. Cheers, Renee 

Hola, quisiera saber si al obtener el global pass de 7 días, el destino final de llegada debe estar contemplado en el 7mo viaje. Por ejemplo, mi duda es si con ese pase podría viajar saliendo de España, yendo a Paris, Londres, Holanda, Bruselas, Frankfurt, Barn, Milán y por último regreso a España o debo regresar a España desde Barn?

Hello all! I will be visiting Europe for the first time this coming September (solo trip)! I have been looking into getting the Eurail pass but I am still a bit confused as to how this all works and I was wondering if I could get some help please!I’m from the United States, specially ohio and we do not use trains here. I am flying into Paris then traveling to Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Budapest then flying to Dublin. I am assuming the 5 day pass is what works best for me? I want to do the first class pass because I want the space but is it worth it for just me? also, where will my huge suitcase be stored? and how do I know if I am on a high speed train or not? I see all these people talking about different types of trains and I also see when I need a seat reservation but I don’t see it ever say specifically “this is a high speed train”! I’d rather just get to my destination as quick as possible, I don’t need the scenery trip.Thank you! Savannah

Buenos días. Esta va a ser mu primera aventura en interrail y tengo dudas. Una vez compré el billete de interrail se puede reservar el tren en la aplicación rail planner, aunque no haya que reservar asiento? Es que veo que en los trenes disponibles se agotan los horarios. Entonces planifico un viaje y si no puedo reservar cuando llegue la fecha ya no hay trenes. Cómo se puede hacer? No entiendo. Si voy a la aventura, entonces no me compensa porque no puedo viajar donde y cuando yo quiera. Gracias

Hi, me and my friend are currently travelling with an interrail ticket from Bremen to Malmo C. Due to the øresund bridge being closed we are stuck in Copenhagen until at least midnight. Does anyone know if we are entitled to compensation for the hotel room we booked in Malmö or the hotel room we will need to book for tonight in Copenhagen?
