Hello!I’m trying to do this on CD.cz Website but “I want a reservation only” doesn’t appear :/ how is it necessary to do? 

I'm so grateful for the help I have already received here! There seems to be an endless amount of questions while planning a longer trip, so one more question. If I change from Vejle- Copenhagen airport to Copenhagen airport- Stockholm (time of arrival 12.25, departure 12.35), will the trains leave from the same platform, meaning, will there be enough time for the change?

Hi! I got 2 months pass on May 10th. I know the ticket is valid to use up to 11 months. So, it should expire about April 9th. My question is do I need to start to use the ticket latest 10th of Feb to travel for 2 months? Or can I validate it in, for example, in April 1st and travel until June 1st? Thank you!

Hi, we are planning to visit Italy, Switzerland, Paris, Netherland in a few days. is eurail global pass is worth for that? How much is will cover in Switzerland?

I booked the train tickets for my trip last night. I'm leaving in 3 days. The payment seems to have gone through but I still don't receive any confirmation emails with my tickets. What can I do? 

My wife and I are booking a journey from London to Frankfurt. We have to change trains in Brussels.On my wife's Android phone both halves are treated as the one journey and use one day.On my IPhone the part from Brussels has to be activated separately and it says this will count as another day. How can I fix this?

Quick question,ill travel to London for 4 Days and found a nice connection. But on my way back it seems like every train from London to Brussel or Paris is fully booked with Interrail. Is there any chance that ill get my reservation on the 24.07 or is it normal that every Eurostar Train is booked. (I checked for Trains starting 22.07 - 10.08 and every single one is not available) thanks to your help

Hello, I am very sorry if this question has already been answered.I am planning to travel from Lyon-Part Dieu to Barcelona in September and I have read that it is possible to make a seat reservation per phone (which is new I assume?). Does anybody know what information I need when I make the call? (which cards are accepted and how does this work generally? Do I have to provide them just my card number?) Also, do I need my pass cover number for that?Since, I have 2 months left, there is also the possibility to buy it via the rail planner app, but then I’d have to wait for 6 weeks at least for the paper ticket to arrive, which sounds a bit risky.What would you suggest? Per phone, or online and wait? If it does not arrive on time, is there anything you can do? Thanks in advance,Cheers

I just wanted to let everyone know I have never experienced such a horrible site. This is absurd; the fact that I am not able to book my seat reservations smoothly is horrible. I will NEVER be referring Eurail to another person so as not to put them through the hell I have gone through. I am unable to book anything because this site is trash. There is no customer service whatsoever to help you and the fact I have to go to a community forum of a bunch of other confused people is disgusting. I would honestly cancel my ticket if my friend hadn’t already successfully (after 1.5 hours) gotten her reservations booked. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WORST SITE EVER! Will never be booking through this scam again .

Hey everyone,I have a 5 days Global Pass. My country of residence is Germany. I was travelling from Sweden to Denmark, then into Germany and tomorrow I wanna leave to England. In January I will come back to Germany. I have just read that I can only use one inbound and one outbound journey. What should I do? Should I book a ticket to Brussels without interrail so I don’t use another outbound journey, Will I be able to use interrail from England in January?Many thanks Laura

Hello, I am looking for my pass cover number to make a seat reservation. I booked my interrail ticket yesterday and I found out that you need to make a seat reservation for the eurostar either on the interrail/eurorail website (apparently currently not working) requires my pass cover number which I do not have (mobile pass)Could someone help with this?  Thanks

Je n’arrive pas à effectuer la réservation du siège qui est apparement obligatoire entre Zürich et Vienne.  Or, j’ai déjà ajouté le trajet à mon pass et j’aimerais savoir comment procéder pour réserver un siège ?est-ce possible qu’il n’y ait plus de place disponible malgré le fait que j’aie pu ajouter le trajet à mon pass ?  puis-je voyager sans réservation ?  merci d’avance pour votre réponse. 

Hello! This is Julien, and I have an URGENT question that will need help from the customer service team. I booked an interrail pass for me in December 2020( Order Number: INxxxxxxxx) for a trip. However, due to the covid, the trip was postponed, and I received an email saying that the passes we purchased are valid for 3 years due to covid. Now I(Pass Number: xxxxxx) plan to start his trip tomorrow (July 10) morning (in 7 hrs!) but when I tried to activate the pass today I failed. The reason is I bought a pass for young people(under 27 years old) in 2020, but I just turned 28 years old 1.5 month ago this year. I have been looking forward to this trip for a long time and I have quite a tight budget and time so I have to depart already tomorrow. I believe this 3 years offer by interrail should also consider the circumstances that I am experiencing, and I will appreciate greatly for your help in this matte

What extra charge is there for reserving the Bucharest-Istanbul train when you hold an Interrail Pass. Also, it seems like one can buy tickets for this train using the Romanian State Railway Company’s website, but not sure if you can use the Interrail Pass on this website? Does anyone know?

Greetings everyone from Romania! :) First of all apologies if the title isn’t too explicit or if a similar question has been asked previously --- tried to find it on own but I couldn’t.  Now the question I have: got myself a global pass & from what I’ve read in the user guide I have to note down my journeys. I want to do this the old-fashioned way to keep the vibe. However I don’t understand how should I proceed if during one travel day I change one or more trains. Do I have to write each train separately? Let's say I go from Budapest to Prague via Linz. I go into that journal & add like this: Budapest - Linz → new line → Linz - Prague, right?  Does it the same apply to the inbound / outbound journeys? For example Bucharest → Brasov → new line → Brasov → Budapest?Thank you all for your help! :) 

Hello,I want to go in a night train from Berlin to Warsaw, the problem is that I found some good routes (with a very good price) in the interrail app, and then when I click “go to webside” and I search for the trains the first disgrace that I find is that the prices are much higher. Then I click on the journeys that appear there and there is a message saying “prices unavailable” and doesn’t let me do the reservation. Anyone knows what can I do? is it possible that in a future I will be able to do my reservation on the trains? Thank you in advance,  Melcior. 

Hi,  my pass EU30671829 is showing all trips for the 7 days are used up however i should have 2 days remaining.   Two of the trips were mistakenly used as i made an error while using the app.   Please check your system to confirm, that i have only used 5 days out of the 7.Could you please help with updating my account so that i have 2 remaining days of travel left.I need this to be urgently resolved as i need to travel again in 3 days time.thankyou very much!

Hey!I booked seats from Pisa to Monterosso and got a mail as follow, what should I do? Just wait? Booking is paid already.  Dear Michaela,   There was an issue with your reservation in order number 0000 Although your payment went through, there seems to be a technical glitch at the moment which means that part of the order could not be confirmed with the train carrier. You can see the failed reservation/part of the order by looking for the status “PRE-RESERVATION MADE” (successful reservations have the status “BOOKED”). Don't worry - you can still get your reservation (our team will re-book it for you).

Hi! Wondering if I am eligible for interrail if I was born in Denmark and hold EU citizenship but am a permanent resident in the US. And if case I am eligible, must I bring my American passport that says my US address or my danish passport to prove I am EU citizen? Any clarity would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

Hello, I wanted to know, how through the website of the German train company, the route will be linked to my pass (just with a reservation of seats)? It won't. Reservations are completely separate, regardless of where and how you make them. This also means that you always have to add a journey to My Trip and then (shortly before boarding) to My Pass. Hello everyon, i have some doubts for my first interrail:-Is it possible to leave Italy and arrive at the destination? even on the way back? Doing so would use 2 days of travel, right?-I would like to leave for Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm staying 2-3 days in each city. Is it possible to do it with a 4 or 5 day global pass?Thanks a lot and good evening.
