Hi everybody, me and my friend booked a seat reservation for the train Bergen-Oslo. It was supposed to arrive at our hostel (Hostel Montana, paper ticket..) but it never arrived. And the fact is that we didn’t get any email/receipt but we payed. now we have two options: to explain our situation on the train (but I don’t know if it’s a good idea) or buy another seat reservation (but as I said we’ve already paid and It’s unfair..)Can someone help us? Hello community, I failed my ferry reservations at helenic seaways and booked them in the wrong order. Does someone know how i can cancel the reservation? Further question: Does someone know if the highspeed routes are included without additional costs? Thanks for helping me out in advance.

Hello, I have a digital Interrail pass with 4 flexible trips within a month and wanted to book my last ticket for August 12th from Basel to Berlin in the Railplanner app (i.e. back to my country of residence). It was only possible to set the current day, August 2nd, das of the booking and I could no longer delete it. Now the app shows me that I had already used this day, 2.8., as the last day of travel, even though I had not booked a trip there at all. But I have to go from Basel to Berlin on August 12th. I already asked for help at the Station desk and capable Friends, Bus no Solution of the Problem. So, does anyone here has an idea? Would be great :)
Dear All,I have a Global Interrail Pass, Poland is my country of residence and I am trying to book a seat on a Warsaw-Berlin train, PKP Intercity does not allow making that reservation online (it would for a domestic connection, but not international), so I tried to use the Interrail booking system. It does not seem to work: the reservation prices don't show the places are supposedly/possibly sold out, but that doesn't seem true, because sometimes prices do show, on the very same trains. But even then I can't do the booking, because the only option the system knows is to send it to me via paper mail, and when I fill in the address, I am told it is too late and it wouldn't reach me on time. Is this really the only option? Can't I just have the reservation sent in printable electronic form?
Hello all!I’m planning to start travelling at the beginning of August but I have the wrrong country of residence on my pass. Is it possible to change it? I have contacted the support team but they haven’t responded in a long time. The residence on my pass is currently Germany but its wring and I would like to travel through it - I’ll use more than the inbound/outbound journeys.Thank you!Roman
I’m travelling at the start of September from bar, Montenegro, and was wondering if anyone had visited Belgrade recently. Are there any trains out of Belgrade that go towards Central Europe. I think my only option is a direct bus to Budapest. (Or going through Croatia from Montenegro, although really wanted to visit Serbia) Thank you
Hi, we are planning to travel from Brussels to Paris (13.08.2022 / 7.13 pm) with Thalys and called the customer service for seat reservations. But, I just realised that they gave us 1st class seat and now I can not call them again. Anyone has the same experience? How did it go? I saw a post that someone can still board the train but need to pay the differences. However, I wonder how much the differences will be? Any prompt response or suggestion will be very much appreciated since the travel date is coming soon and we will be travelling with a baby. Thanks all and have a good day!
Hi everyone. I leave tomorrow Switzerland so I am finally ready to activate my pass. I went to go activate it and it asked for my passport ID number. When I put it in, it keeps telling me that something went wrong. I leave tomorrow morning and I’ve already made all my reservations. Please help! I am desperate I don’t know what it’s not working.
I am taking the Eurostar tomorrow - From Brussels to London with connections up from Germany using two ICE trains. I know there have been many cancellations and problems with these ICE trains recently, especially between Frankfurt and Brussels. The one I need to take was cancelled today for sure!There is an alternate route (via Aachen and Welkenraedt) which I will take if there are problems. With this though it is likely I will miss my reserved Eurostar. I have 2 questions!What is the policy for missed connections onto Eurostar? If the ICE trains are delayed / cancelled, will Eurostar put my on next available train, even if travelling with Eurail/Interrail? If so, how do I prove that I was intending to take these trains?! With a “normal” ticket, this is easy to show. But with a mobile Eurail ticket I will have to completely remove the affected trains from my planner / ticket in order to add the new (later) trains that I must take. Thanks!
Two people with 2nd class Interrail global passes want to travel on a SJ night train.Among the sleeper options shown on the SJ website, some are referred to as 2nd class and some others as 1st class (e.g. a private sleeper compartment for two people).After inserting both passes’ codes, any option seems to be bookable, both 2nd and 1st class.Replies given in a previous topic stated that even 2nd class pass holders were entitled to book a private compartment, but it was shown as 2nd class in that case.I just want to make sure that 2nd class pass holders are entitled to book a private compartment on SJ night trains when it is classified as 1st class.
I am flying to Madrid from London on Thursday and would like to get the train to Valencia from Madrid on the Friday. Is the eurail valid for spain high speed trains ?also I am then flying to Amsterdam on the following week. Can I use the pass to get from Amsterdam to emmen ?
I travel tomorrow morning and today I got a notification saying I hadn't connected my journey to my pass. I checked rhe website to see how to do it and I've already done everything it said. My tickets show on my pass on the app so I'm not sure why I've got this notification? Has anyone else experienced this?
Hello, I have a question about making a reservation from bucuresti to budapest. We first made a reservation through the interrail reservation page, which led to paper tickets being sent. Unfortunately the tickets were not accepted by delivery and are being returned to sender now. We don't have enough time to reserve paper tickets again. We tried to reserve tickets through the Hungarian and Romanian railway company but then we have to pay full price (ticket and reservation) because we can't manage to get discount with our mobile passes. Is there someone who can help us with booking the reservation directly at the railway company? / Does anyone know if we can get these tickets at the Romanian (or Turkish, as we are now in Istanbul) station? I booked an Interrail Poland Pass for my trip from Wiesbaden to Sedzilaw with my wife and the recommended train connection to do so is to take the ICE1557 at 8:26 am on the 15th August 22 and to drive to Dresden-Neustadt.The Pass however won't allow me to book the ICE to Dresden-Neustadt. The reason for this is according to the app that my bought Interrail Poland Pass is not valid in some countries.I used once the same Interrail Poland Pass and it worked out for me because of the "Incoming and Outcoming" guarantee. What can I do?
Hello,I want to travel with my friend through sweden and norway. We discovered, that there are no more rails in the higher north, above Narvik. Or between Narvik and Bodoe. Can we also drive with Bus? Is the interrail-ticket also valid for bustours especially the line 100 wich drives nearly all around the noth of norway?Or do we have buy tickets from ENTUR?Helen
