Hi :)I would like to book a reservation, but my country is not on the list of “Place Of Issue Country”.How can I make the reservation?TIA! 

Hello! My husband I were booked on the night train from Stockholm to Narvik last night. Upon boarding we were told that due to some issue to the tracks we would have to get off in Lulea and board train 96 to Narvik. We are here in the station now, but don’t leave until 10:00. My question is this: how do we know which seats are ours on the new train? There was no information provided, and there is no one working here in the station. Any ideas or help?

As I was on my way to the train station, I lost my phone. So now I am trying to add the pass on to a different device but it will not let me because it was already activated on my lost phone. What can I do? I already submitted a request but my friend and I am hoping to leave early tomorrow morning and I am worried they will not get back to me soon. Please let me know!!

My family and I are trying to book the 3-day tickets for Top of Europe with our Eurail pass but the website lists the dates we’re going to (December 22-25) as ‘unavailable’ even though they said tickets would be available by December 11 2022. In fact, all the dates seem to be unavailable. Is there another way to book tickets for this?

Hi!Where can I get a copy of my interrail pass without an access to the application where I had it originally. I need a document of the ticket to apply reimbursement from a work-related train travel.

I want to book a compartment with DB, I can see that a compartment is available to book so that’s fine, but we are only 5 people and there are 6 seats. Is there any way of reserving more seats than people?

Hi all.  i am new to the forum. Travelling with the family to Paris from Munich later this month. Have a connection at Mannheim where I go from ICE to TGV. Have to get there is just over ten minutes. I can’t find where it lists what platform I need to go to. Can anyone help or is the platform decided on the day?

Hey all, we are looking ahead for our Europe trip to get everything booked ahead of time. So the Paris to Munich train is typically around 6 hours. Everything in that time frame (Sept 23) we look at is 14 hours long. Is it because it’s too early and the rail companies haven’t added there schedules fully yet? Any help would be very appreciated! I am wanting to travel somewhere next year. I don’t mind where, I just want to catch a long distance train that is most suitable for my needs. I am hoping your can guide me on what is available and best suits my needs.  I live with multiple sclerosis and use a mobility device to get around. I am terrified that my mobility device will tip during the long trips and would like to know if there is anything available to secure my device during my trip. I am very comfortable in my mobility device and will stay in it for the duration of the trip.   I would also like to travel with my partner. And he can assist me with my needs.  What is the best train and service for my needs?

Hey all!  In the beginning of January I am going on my first interrail trip together with a friend. We have a month pass with unlimited travel days, but only managed to get days off for two weeks.  We notice we want too much for the time we have and would love to have some suggestions/opinions on places we could skip or places we should see instead. Also we don't know yet how we could round off our trip back to Rotterdam from Prague. We now picked Leipzig and then ?Also, are there any places we could better visit in a different order because there are better (night)connections?  Thanks a lot!  

How does it work for occupying seats on a “no reservation required” train connection between Copenhagen-Hamburg-Prague? We are family of three travelling on 22nd December and want to sit together.If and when we get three seats together at Copenhagen, how to ensure that they are non reserved for the entire duration to Hamburg? Can anyone at any of the stations ask us to move if they happen to have reserved that seat?Thanks in advance!

Hello, We took a One country pass for Austria with my girlfriend. We leave Paris for Salzburg and then go to Vienna and finally return to Paris from Vienna. To go to Salzburg we go through Mannheim and at each reservation whatever the time we can't book the tickets, it's written "Not available for some travallers" we have the same problem for the return (Vienna->Paris). I don't understand because It is written on the website that we have the right to leave our country of residence and return to it with the One country pass. What is the problem and how to solve it? Thank you for your answer. 

HiiI will interrail in 2023 in UK and Ireland. I would have time for two months but I don’t know if it’s worth spending the whole two months there? I have no planned route and however I’d like to hike some days in the scottish highlands. Would you recommend buying the one or two months pass? Or have some must-sees in the region? Thanks for the help!

Hi. I’m sure this question has been answered hundreds of times but I’m still a tadge confused. I have a 2 month pass and it says on the App that it has to be activated at the latest by 9th April 2023. Does this mean that I can input a 9th April Activation date (with all journeys taking place between 0001 on the 9th April to 2359 on 8th June ) or do I have to activate the pass on the 8th April by 2359 and complete all journeys by 2359 on 8th June.
